more and more russians every year are going to countries like philppines to do university because its cheaper there and sometimes better education than russia as russia is crumbling in academic status as capitalism/mafioso culture takes over there..russia may still have the phyisical structures of the mighty power it once was,but it has crumbled from within its structure in unseen ways that prove many easier and cheaper options in other countries, even for russians themselves to travel to for education...racism in europe is very wreckless in countries that have none or little history of black citizens,and then adding the factor of the cold,i would not even waste the money to go and visit if i had millions of dollars to waste....there are black people there making life progress and so i must give credit to whoever decides to go and i wish them success which is possible even in the worst countries

I have been to mexico many times..its true not many black people there...I knew of americans there who were husstleing to survive there even though they could go back to USA..many USA fugitives hide there and yes there is lots of drug gang murder up north involveing government and personal fights.....there are safe palces to go further south and away from the pacific side sinaloa and michuacan and some US citizens i know love to go there often for holiday...if americans would husstle there,then nigerian would not be so worried there with a better standard of development also high population and commerce..i travel and stay in central america often but below mexico in nicaragua also again this january 2 weeks time for 6 month stay...i use US passport but there is the mexican visa info for abuja someone posted above and $36 is cheap compared to what i pay with US passport in countries near mexico...i lived on the border of mexico for 5 years 1997 to 2001 and i would go to mexico every weekend and often go for several weeks far south..once i drove 4 days south into mexico to puerto vallarta and back to arizona USA...many beautiful beach resort cities there...there is lots of official coruption at border crossings and possible random places,they try to extort bribes often and if you are black in mexico,it is likely that anyone who does not know you will think you are black american there...i remember children trying to jump and touch my hair to see what it was like ,very rare for them to see black people...i also remember children trying to grab my wallet and run one time...if mexico is easy visa from nigeria,its worth the try to go and it will have you centered in the americas with many nice countries nearby

in some parts of the world where natives were colonized and forbid to speak their own language by missionaries,today they spend many millions of dollars to make education programs to teach the new generation to speak the native tounge,because the language is not used any more publicly other than in books,students and a very very tiny few elders when they get together and talk old times.....This is true in Hawaii which is now a state in united states since 1952 or was it 1948?? Its to be thankful for every dream even the nightmares...the great prophets of the bible and other religions and cultures have many stories to show this...It was good that joseph was able to help the pharoah interpret the dream that troubled him...It can be said to be a bad dream that helped them to prepare for the bad times to come and store food and resources so as not to die of starvation in famine......I had quite a few bad dreams i am thankful for because when i met a man who i remebered from my dreams killing a woman with child, i was careful with him,some time later he killed his woman (my ex wife),he killed her while she was pregnant with his child.....i am thankful for the dream that showed me jonathan strikeing someone with a machete in mexico..when in real life a jonathan asked me to come visit him in mexico and he had money for me (he was mega millionare)..i did not go to mexico because of the dream and later i was told that jonathans friend there also named jonathan chopped someone with machete...Another time dreamed about motorcycle accident i had,i did not prevent it but it was my fault for not getting rid of the motrocycle after i had the dream,to this day i carry permanent injuries on my smallest left finger as my dream had showed me i would lose fingers..lucky for me i only lost partial use of one finger...the list goes on of nightmares i have had that were gifts of blessing to be thankful for as a way to choose for a safe future....I was in mexico with some native huichol tribes men and they say that one night with dreams is better than a lifetime without..they say so for the reasons i said above and more reasons,they have tribal ceremonies where they eat certain desert plants as medicine and spiritual enhancement to have stronger visions/dreams in life,yes i have taken part with native american tribe ceremonies and such plants

I am extended visiting in Nicaragua central america south of mexico next to costarica...i was sick for a few days and had to go to hospital to check up..Every thing was OK and doctor said blood test showed nothing to concern..So she prescribed me anti-biotics and acetominophen....I was cleared to leave and charged no money...They have free medical care here and i am not even a citizen...Its the same in canada last i heard,but Nicaragua is poorer than nigeria and among the 15-20 poorest nations in the world...The population is less than 6 million by official record and it is cheaper than nigeria to live in developed areas without the hassle of population density...They have slums like in africa,but none rivals Nigerias worst slums....Nigeria is wealthy...When doing developments and displaceing slum residents,Nigeria does not do adequate social services to help resettle...An idea of social services world wide developed nations is Housing and employment assitance,food,school,medical,legal....this helps the nations stability and overall safety from health epidemics,rioting and theft...the nations with the lowest crime rates,have the most extensive social services and or job gaurantee as in Japan and some of europe......its not an issue to be taken lightly and makes all the difference in the world for national stability.....if nicaraguas poor government can do medical for all, then nigeria can do something more.....they say lagos Nigeria is the lifestyle of "WORK OR DIE" and when it fails to have enough room for every one to entrepenuer or be employeed,it has really said that citizens should die..That motto is by product of mentality and hearts of human rights disregard......Charitys exist world wide,but when government reserve is the largest single account(incudeing oil reserves) compared to any citizen,government has to do more charity that in turn always is an investment in nation building and productivity yeilding more tax revenue for a richer nation by humanity values and material wealth to sustain..Oil nations like kuwait have an endowment system to all original citizens of the nation of bedouin decent,years ago the figure was $27,000.oo a year payment for each person/family.....Places like quatar and dubai have around 80% foriegners working their nation while the citizens live wealthy subsudized lives enjoying the services that foriegn workers come to provide......There are ideas in neigghbour nations for what is possible in nigeria....

If you have calories to store,then the appetite should not be still going to eat again...If i eat higher calorie food than normal,i am not hungry again when next meal time comes again...Some people eat because their mind wants to distract from fear and mental pain,others eat more because their body does not regulate hunger feelings according to the calories and nutrition....Also there are certain effective vitamins suppliment i take weekly,and for 2 days after taking the vitamins,i eat less because of higher nutrition level in the suppliment without the calories of fat and sugar.....Eating high calorie foods with low vitamin and other mineral and nutritional value,the body can start to make you eat more and store fat in attempt to get more vitamin/mineral,nutritional value.....Any way the end result is lethargy and slowing of the body performance and the metabolism itself gets lazy...Metabolism can be trained....no matter the genetic or other source of condition,No fat builds unless it is put there and its a choice to allow yourself to do that....There are people with genetic conditions that make them recieve too much sun in the eyes and skin,and we dont see them in the sun getting uneeded sun in their eyes and skin,they close their eyes more in the sun and stay less tie out in the sun.....Why not stay les time in the food if genetic condition makes it unsafe to eat more than enough.......It is first a burden to the people themselves and it can bother others like when i pay aeroplane seat $1000.oo and then i have to fly 10 hours with 25% of my seat holding the fat of the person next to me,while all he does is complain about the aero plane and the pain it caused him..And he never payed 25% more or acknowledge my pain crushd against him in my own seat..And he had health problems ,they had to bring him oxygen can ETC...I helped him and forgot my worries because i knew he was in a helpless state and helping him was good exercise for me and i decided if i endured more suffering,i would be healthier and stronger....If only we could convince the mind of obesity to endure bit more suffering for strength and health

The truth is that we all need to take what responsibility we can and i wont deny that,even when i was a boy in boarding school,i we went to see that body and all we talked about was what the right thing to do is,and we were not even allowed out to go see,we broke shcool rules..when we told our seniors about it,they said they already knew and told the school authorities and still the body lay there even after family worked everyday to find the right vehicle and maybe no money to afford it and try find people who knew how to prepare the body for funeral.....More important is to criticize within full context of the situation and LOOK TO THE KIND OF PERSON THAT KILLED HER ON THE ROAD WITH THE CAR AND DID NOTHING BUT GO AND LEAVE THE PROBLEM AT THE YOUNG BOYS SCHOOL....I am a man today and cannot disagree with SEUNS complaint and have better understanding of the difficulties involved in doing something about it.....When i was a boy,i remeber pleading with my sisters to my uncle to go back and help the man he had just hit with his car..uncle forbid us to speak or to tell of it...We told our father what happened and the next day we drove by ,no body but a big pool of blood and th story of the man having died...My uncle was a drunken driver that night and my father eventually could not endure his company......Among the proffessionals of the world for these issues,the procedure is not to move the body and to contact proper medical and crime authorities.In Nigeria that is a big problem and the reason why not enough is done about bodies on the street...it truly is an issue of the proper authorities in disarray..
