Create time and confirm the fuel pump was changed,after the change confirm that fuel is getting to the fuel nozzle.
If issues still persist,check the nozzles,check the coil and ignition coil in the sequence to confirm all working as at required.

My 2007 Bank type Corolla was having a hard start and I changed fuel pump at mechanic's suggestion. Now the hard start remains though not as much as before.

Please advice.

Lagos State Government, if you are reading this, I want to give you a very valuable advice:-

1.OUTSOURCE THE BUILDING CONTROL AGENCY to proven Private Structural Engineering Firms to handle for you. For instance each LGA can be handled by 3 Firms approved by Government. The workers you have right now in Physical planning and Building control wont be able to fit into the Megacity plan for Lagos state. Imagine how many times that we take drawings there and those guys will condemn drawings done by EXPERTS because they dont understand them. Then the ask us to give them to redesign using their own in house Architects and engineers. They will do shoddy shallow designs that they easily pass since it was done by someone they know.

2. Make Building Approval Process to be completed under 72 hours for large projects and 24hours for small projects like 2 storey downwards.

3. The cost of Approval should be drastically reduce so that every completed building and proposed ones will gladly rush to do it. Can u imagine them charging me N3m to approve a building.

It's obvious you're deeply into Construction business in Lagos.

Well, that my own pass hand tear-tear o. I almost rebuilt the car. Leaking wind-shield, bad steering pump, etc. At a time I need to hit the engine box before it starts. Finally timing belt cut on express and road side mechanics fixed it after serious hammering and many shit.
I just stand there dey look dem, for my mind I just conclude I no need this car again.

I submitted a land survey to LASPPA for documentation, which they confirmed was acquisition free. Few months later I went ahead to submit the architectural drawings for the same plot et al and paid the assessment. Only for them to call me today that they couldn't chart the survey plan as there is no pillar number on it.
1, where is the pillar number usually indicated on the survey plan and how's it written.
2, is it possible for the surveyor to assign the pillar number after several breaking of wall has happened on site.
Will appreciate prompt feedback.

You are not being reasonable . The car you are asking for is 2005 model corolla...the tokunbo goes for 1.850million to 2million for accident free. Then after using it for a few months someone will now present 1.1million to you....will you accept? I understand there is what we call distress sale but is not an everyday activity and doesn't represent reality. That is why people with low budget looking for a few months use always end up in the hands of scammers....They see u as greedy.... Also you don't 've to blame dealers cos they encounter cost in the act of doing business. Just last week two corolla were vandalised in my friend place...ownersbmo wan hear story ....he has to buy and replace brain box, tapping buttons for both cars....it doesn't come cheap.... I am not discouraging you but I can assure u that u will get what u are asking for....Good luck to u
