A lot of Nigerians left Nigeria to get university education because Nigeria did not have any university until the late 1950s and some of them stayed abroad after university.
This had nothing to do with that, if it did, they would be able to connect back to their root. The wife was born in Zambia and Zambia was one of the few African countries that recognized Biafra as a country and according to the end-user, he said "they arrived in Zambia during hard times"

Even though they couldn't pinpoint the genesis because the grandparent refused to speak about it (trauma), the little piece that was shared point to the civil war. There are Igbos who left to neighbouring countries and never returned, some lost their children when they went to check for them after the war. You won't understand if you are not Igbo, bro.

Let me stop here cos this is a domain thread.

I noticed something in this business, those oyinbo people like honest people even if you are Nigerian not until you are using VPN or Oyinbo name. With your real name and maybe foreign number from Dingtone Incase they want to call you plus good domain name, you are good to be making sales. Good Luck to us all.
Yes, this is true. I recently sold a name. Though, I don't make it seems like I am from a foreign country or use a foreign number. Apart from my English name which is the same on my passport, custom email (name@website.com) and website... that is about it.

A few weeks ago, I had locked this UK guy in and he opted to use Escrow.com, even though I suggested Epik escrow initially. I knew I can only tell him the truth at that point. I told him I am a Nigerian and Escrow.com does not accept Nigeria after the company was bought. I gave him reasons and appeal that we should use Epik.

He sensed my level of sincerity and told me that his wife is actually a Nigerian. He said not all Nigerians are scammers but one still needs to be cautious.

The deal was done via Epik.

I later found out that the wife is even an Igbo descent whose grandparents left Nigeria a long time ago and she can't even trace her root. The grandparents didn't give much information to her dad but they are very sure that they are Nigerians and possibly Igbo based on some strong features. I suspect it had to do with the civil war. Maybe her dad was still a baby when they left because some Igbos were actually airlifted to neighboring African countries.

It was one of the most emotional interactions I have ever had with any end-user and somehow, I was broken when they couldn't get more information so that we can help link back to their root.

SOLUTION

The solution is for a win-win middle ground to be found between the government and the artisanal refiners in form of regulations. Government gets revenues through minimal taxes from them and in turn they help government create employment, etc while reducing the negative environmental impact to its minimum.
People have suggested this several times but the government is not interested.

I am sure that they will track these guys down before the month ends.

Apologize?

Has SARS not been disbanded? What was the further protest for?

So Lagos State first declared curfew at 4pm on the day of Lekki event, but considering those that would be caught unaware, it was moved to 9pm.

According to the report, the army arrived at the scene at 7: 45pm when the protesters was just about to start their party.

Does it mean they were ready to defy the curfew declared if not for the army intervention?
You will be online defending nonsense and one day you will caught in web of military brutality with no of save you from a crime u know nothing about.

I don't know what is wrong with most of you... There is always someone that will behave like a brainless nonentity.

You packed CEO names, you didn't pitch to any of them but went to fill escrow form with CEO name and email and when the transaction was followed, the company owners were shocked and surprised because they had no prior contact or knowledge of what is going.

Imagine the embarrassment you brought to everyone.

why are you like this for heaven's sake? JUST WHY? is it that your brain is not functioning or what? You better go and apologize for the nonsense you caused. You know yourself.

Virtually every Tom, dick and harry are all into transportion/sales of onions and yes I agree it's a good business but it doesn't interest me. Y'all should know business is really not only about the profit you'd make but also weighing ur odds. Fine I should transport down south n sell, how easy would it be to transport? how quick would it sell? who can I trust in dealing business with? these are one amongst questions to ask

But that's by the way, everyone got their diff plans n biz ideas but me I'm tryna use the high population of the state and the boarding Northern state to my advantage
Lol.... I didn't say u should buy and sell o. I said, help people buy for a fee and send to their location.

Meaning, your own job is just collect money, add your own fees, go to the market with what buyer gave u, buy the onions and send it to them.

You are more like a errand service in this case. You get your profit instantly as soon as you collect the money from buyer.

This will require you to make contacts though

Yes,if $5k, i believe it's a good price for both buyer and seller as at 2016.

Likes of Abdulbasit won't let it go at That price today
yes. I actually said nothing less Than 5k and it does mean they bought it for 5k. It means the lowest, under probability, is 5k. Which also means they could have for 6k,7k, 8k,9k and the lowest is 5k if at they would get it cheap.

They would pay nothing less That $5k for that name.
