Continue running your marriage with your one man army mindset.

Smh.
Bro both of you have valid point. But me think he should let the woman get a car first... He can often borrow the car once a while to run whatever business he wants to do with it and make sure he returns before she needs it.

I don't even understand epik and their offers...

I recieved a 500usd offer since 2weeks ago on an epik domain, and I have accepted same day, I recieved it because that was my minimum set offer for the said domain. But till today no show. Buyer hasn't paid and am not sure epik even sends a reminder or notify them that offer has been accepted.

I sent buyer a mail through that provided by epik, but no reply.
always make move on whatever business you are doing. exhaust all options. Did you contact Rob Monster?

I was quite displeased when the Epik support told me that.
What does it take to send a reminder to a buyer??

Considering several innovative services epik is creating, it's just strange something basic like chasing buyers (sending reminders) can't be automated.
Epik is still growing. If you suggest this to them, I am sure they will do something about it. Rob is always willing to help.

Though i'm not in support of the government taking away the source of survival from the bikes and keke drivers without first offering them an alternative, but i think this is a good development.
Too much tricycle and bikes runing around in a city constitute trash and pollution which further encourages insects, pests, mice, rats, pigeons, and flies all thriving Off of decomposing garbage.
Trash Clogs Drains. ...
Trash Pollutes Natural Resources.
Trash Turns Away Tourists.
Trash Lowers Property Value. ...
Trash Is a Safety Hazard. And not to talk about how those bandits from some parts of the nation are secretly executing their hidden evil plans in the south by killing, kidnapping, stealing etc all in the guise of a keke or a bike rider. Kudos to the Lagos government for this initiative.
Only idiots will not see your systematic ploy to deceive Nigerians into believing you mean well...

cool

Watch how some developers and Land grabbers would rush to Akwa Ibom and claim no mans land

I must say i have huge respect for Akwa Iboms past and present Governors, they are strategical about diversifying from oil
*They built world class Stadiums and backed it with 5 star hotels and several golf resot and to crown it the started their own Airline Routing Lagos and Abuja.. this is tourism master peice
*now they are about finishing their own seaport and to crown it up an industrial estate is being built and almost completed,
*If only the can build their own Intergrated Power Project and the development and industrilization would be astronomical

This is why Vissionary Politician like Tinubu, Ameachi, Akpabio, Udom, Ganduje, Kwankwaso and Fashola can never ever do any wrong in my eyes

.
It is simply HOME TRAINING. Akwa Ibomite are well raised from home. They are the cleanest in Nigeria and well disciplined. Go to Akwa Ibom and you will not see the kind of dirts you find in other states. It is simply home training. A lot of parents have failed this country. I lived among them during my school days and their ideas about personal hygiene is second to none.

Blue3k should know this because I once read he is from the state...

Akwa Ibom AYAYA!

The FEC should approve the project expediently. I would also like Amaechi to plan a north south rail for this project. It would reduce the amount truck that will inevitably come into Akwa Ibom. Then the FG could make money on freight shipping.

The schools in Akwa Ibom should be offering skills training if they aren't already. The state has its own university and polytechnics. Even the high shools could prep graduates on it.

2sexycom
Thanks a lot. Anything about Akwa Ibom gives me joy due to a relationship I have with the people(especially my friend and big brother) there. I believe you are from there. I do visit Uyo once a while and I was there May last year.

Akwa Ibom has the best road Network in Nigeria and they are standard and clean... as in, forking clean. What I feel the state needs is huge industrialization and I feel this seaport will play a HUGE roll there.

Aside Lagos, Akwa Ibom is a place I do not mind building a house and living.

I am very happy about this project and it is my hope, wish and prayers that it is completed in earnest.

Smart GUYS should go around that seaport and acquire lands... even if it is 5Million per plot, You will not regret it!

You can have your money sent to your local naira bank account. Just input your bank name, sort code, iban number and your savings bank account in naira. they will send it there but will deduct $25 as transaction fee

Bro why are you deliberately making this thread turn toxic. For the Records nobody owes you any answers in this thread, if at all anyone answers your questions they're only doing you a favor, if you didn't get the answer as much as you have wanted then it is up to you to go back and research. Nobody is here to spoon feed you. And the way you have reacted leaves much to be desire of and might endanger people's future contributions to this thread going forward and those who sincerely wants to learn will be affected. From the look of things your initial questions were given due attention to, so what exactly is your problem? Please i urge you to retrace your steps and if possible apologize and let's move on. Nobody succeeds online by showing attitude or ego when a simple mutual understanding would have settled everything. We are here to learn from one another and i hope that's your aim too.
Kindly do the needful or let the sleeping dog lie.
So this thread can move ahead.
