Lagos seems attractive to job seekers cause all the industries are well represented there en-masse. But so too are job seekers. Nigerians should rather ask about which cities would favour their intending profession better. The odds of landing a civil service job is greater in Owerri/Umuahia, an oil industry job in Uyo/Calabar/ I crave ur indulgence, I 4got my pills this morning... |
Sagamite:Men, how I missed my moronic cretinous fuuktard-cilline injections ![]() |
abatically:Those such cars dont have such d1, d2, rather they have +/- .The plus shifts up while minus down shifts the gear. Some like mercedes have it also behind the steerin like paddles. In my experience with my Mercedes C-class, ML and volks passat cars, they never upshift or downshift except in extreme cases of engine rev above or below safety limit. It makes the experience similar to driving a manual car without the third pedal |
hadizasaf:Can a saloon or crossover like Venza be registered as a utility inorder to get it? What about the Peace Ambassador Number? |
Faraidi:I crave ur indulgence, but do you have any ideas as to how one can get hold of Ritaline or Adderall (or the equivalents) in 9ja? |
joenicewake:You just lost me there ![]() |
henrinco:Risk factors for mental illness include genetic inheritance, depression, childhood trauma, bereavement or separation in families, and abuse of drugs, including cannabis. Heredity seems to be the greatest factor. Millions of nigerians get large doses of some of the above mentioned and nothing happens coz we typically have high mental stamina. On the other hand even though you cannot inherit madness, you can inherit a low mental stamina. Hence a moderate dose of any of such above mentioned, can cause mental disorder. |
Just like guys be singing "Times are hard", "boys not smiling", yet men dey build, dey push sleek mobs, dey weekend overseas... na so them they watch Joenicewake vs Filashade & Gracile vs AgapeChris... Conclusion: Poster is probably unemployed. Get a job, get a life. Even my gateman dey get strong hits, even from applicants seeking an audience with Oga... LOL |
ketoprofen: When they are already exporting or doing business with people in other African countries and Dubai, china, etc, you are here saying one can't do biz with them cos they are illiterates .A typical shoemaker goes to shop and works from 8-t0-5 to make a paltry NGN1,500 and is content coz he makes shoes for lower middle & lower class folks. You would think such a person would be looking for a way to upgrade right? Well u would be wrong. Give him capital to upgrade his biz and improve quality, he runs to the village ( Ngwa) with the funds to start his building. Pay him NGN200 above market rates and he treats ur job as urgent if u can stay around. But pay him 2times the price and book to collect it at future date, and u will have to make trouble b4 u get ur goods. Agree 4 bulk purchase from him and pay him in advance, and next day he dosent come to shop coz he has a handover from hosting his whole street on palm-wine and 33-beer |
100Cents: I am always inside a car, long or short distance. I hate being failed in my appointment because of a slippasThat didn't sound like a typical biz guy to my poor soul. 100Cents: So business people trek to market or can't own a car for the type of legedez Benz he was referring to ?Just saying that no original foreign slippers can fail so easily |
100Cents: Sorry, I am always inside a car, long or short distance. I hate being failed in my appointment because of a slippas or a toilet soap or any other kind of thing.I dont think we are being entirely honest here. If u are always inside a car, then I'll take it that u do some type of formal work. Since most offices/corporate bodies don't allow open-toe foot wear except on casual Wednesday (or casual Friday), that means you almost never wear it to the office or official meeting/business. And since clubs don't allow it too, you sparsely wear it weekends. Since u're "always inside a car, long or short distance", there will be less issue of rain water spoiling. HENCE, If ur information is correct, then it is safe to say, YOU BOUGHT A FAKE. Note: Some of those cheap products on Amazon are all fakes shipping from China. Always buy known labels |
ggoldmine: Please where can I buy Original and affordable aba-made Female foot wears in Aba? I would luv to order on wholesale. my official numba: 08067105242.(please,text messages only)Aba only does quality male foot wears. The female versions always disappoint. Besides u can't do biz with those illiterates until u either come down to their level, or get an agent to do that. |
100Cents: There was this imported leather slippas I bought, but it disappointed me as it didn't last.Guy u stingy die!!! How u expect 2 wear one pam more than one year? And na people like u dey sabi trek-trek with their LEGGEDISE BENZ. |
databoy247: happy weekend folks.Hope u went 4 d partnership. Most people having time and funds will either require u present matching funds before they partner or they go solo. Leverage is everything. Its not easy to get any partner to take 100% financial risk of a venture in Nigeria given our unsecured business operating environment. REMEMBER: 1. If d biz were secured, the banks would have approached u. 2. Leverage is y d rich get richer n d poor get poorer. This is y Igbos being very good at small businesses, never make it bigtyme: coz they dont like d idea of making money 4 someone else even wit mutual benefits |
dabriggs: Long grammar...its simple..You're on point. Addition: "Hell hath no furry like a woman scorned" A man enraged with jealousy will first consider the effects of any action he takes, first on his name, on his children's welfare, on his fortune etc. A woman enraged with jealousy will only consider the rival woman. A woman can destroy her man just to get at her rival if she thinks she can survive alone. Summary: Never let ur wife know if she's ur beneficiary |
Yomieluv: Maybe its due to the genetically modified chemicals all in the name baby food, and early exposure to gadgets also a major effect.1. Advanced glycation end products (AGES) in infant formula during manufacturing due to heating eg pasteurization 2. Bisphenol A (or BPA) in formula that leaches out of the bottle or container into the liquid or food that's in contact with the plastic containers and inner lining of canns of infant formula These two chemicals (No.2 especially) has been confirmed to accelerate aging and unset of puberty in children You owe it to these kids to research before choosing formulas and milk products http://www.babycenter.com/0_are-plastic-baby-bottles-and-formula-cans-safe_14387.bc |
Yemisi63: Before I could utter, what time will I use to search for a husband then?Opportunity missed!!! I know some female friends that would gladly market their personal assets in "churches, banks and offices" if the could find a perfect excuse to be there. According to a friend, "they make better husband material". Well shaa, maybe u prefer a club or bar boyfriend or some random guy that stops u on the street. You didnt look at the bright side. |
Truckpusher: The Op just dropped some useful hints on how our responses could cost us a lot especially in the corporate world and general outlook on every facet of our lives but you turned it to a joke and your kinds are hitting likes for you?....smhThis was useful a few years ago, but not today. Op is still in the 90s. Diplomacy is what works today. That means using a Japanese No(there are 730 different ways to say yes, but none for no in Japanese). Simply agree (Yes) to everything but give conditional terms. Even my GM never gives a direct answer. Eg Me: Sir, workers are complaining bitterly about so and so Boss: Is that so! Tell them I will look into the matter Me: Mr. This says he won't supply coz he hasn't received payment for this and that supplied Boss: Am not aware. Let me talk to Madam about it. Tell him not to worry but go ahead with the supply Me: Sir, so and so is bad and needs replacing, or Mr. This was not promoted Boss: you guys should just manage 4 now. I will raise this up at the next management meeting Even our politicians have perfected this art |
ThaSlimKidd: This new android plan. how is the mb deduction rate like.? anyone using it yet.?Peak periods it burns 2× Off peak it burns 1x Try do ur downloads & updates at 9ite |
88natzy: Please fellow Nairalanders, I am a graduate of microbiology from one of the prestigious universities here in Nigeria, I am result oriented and can work under any condition. 88natzy: Good people of nairaland I greet you all!Nigeria must be getting better!!! Pls beware of msgs & emails from 3rd parties claiming tobe recruiting for IOCs. If u don't read about it in the dailies, itz probably a scam. Beware!!! u can help urself by registering on jobsites like ngcareers.com; http://www.myjobmag.com/; http://getnaijajob..fr/; http://www.nigerianeye.com/; http://www.africaeagle.com/; etc |
Kimmo: First, in this context, it's FILLING, not FEELING.Fourth, is flexibility. Previous galaxies were very flexible. My first iphone was the 5s but I had to give it to my nephew when I couldn't play around with it on my Windows laptop. The irony is that I bought the S5, but coz of itz new security policy no app can download, install, delete or modify anything on it not even download manager or file explorer app. Not having fully recovered from my BB z10 experience I don't know which brand to turn to now. |
