FCMB staffs come to my school campus sometime ( 3yrs) ago to open an account for students and I happen to be one of them.

Fast forward to last month I wanted to start using the account, so I went to their branch office here in my state, so as to upgrade and deposit some cash in the account.

To my greatest surprise I found out that this so call FCMB staffs used another man's passport on my account. When I asked, the lady in charge told me to update my data and also deposit some money into the account to facilitate my account upgrade.

Please legal practitioners in the house, is there anyway I can press charges for this act.
