Why can't they channel such resources into research? Acquisition is not the same as aspiration. His wealth was only a reward to make pc ownership along with its enterprise solutions that will shape the world become reality Are bet9ja youths aspiring anything else but being simply rich. We must change the narrative in this age. |

ZorGBUooeh: Mr aspiration..What is ur own aspiration? To own ad show off the products of the Black man abi? For clarification purposes, I am using a Nokia phone to type this, a white man's invention, even if it was conceived and made by a black man it doesn't change the fact that acquiring this phone was never an aspiration, i needed a tool to communicate that's all. I mentioned the white man not in a racist sense but to show that their culture aspiration aspires creation of solutions, of leaving the earth better than the met it....ours remains hammering, acquiring and showing off.... Is it a coincidence that the Mike Tysons, Wesley snipes and evanders are bankrupt because of this mentality as what represents their aspirations? What is the black man doing for the world even with the same education band information reservoir available to us thanks to the internet?? |

KAYCEEJUNIOR: if a black man at the top wont give a leverage opportunity for a black youth to explore and invent, then the black people will make due with what is available. I don't need a black man at the top to achieve anything. My point is acquisition of possessions is what defines the aspiration of the black culture |

timidapsin: Vanity upon vanity" everything is vanity. What I discovered in my first visit to a mortuary!
The human body after death: *3 days after death, the finger nail begin to fall. *4 days after death, hairs breaks out of skull and all body hairs fall. *5 days after death, the brain starts to sag, the flesh fades, The buttock, breast, penis, vagina, will decay ( All those things that used to drive you into sin,) *6 days after death, the skin begin to and gradually detach from the bones. *7 days after death, the belly belts and radiates a strong odour beginning with a gaping mouth and a genital organ appealing the marauder. *60 days after death, the whole human body is reduced to nothing bone. # So Why too much pride? Why too much selfishness? Why too much hates? Why too much jealousy? Why too much evil deed? Man is dust and must surely return to dust to help the land to be fertile. Why not give your life to Christ as your personal lord and Savior? Do you think you are the owner of yourself? Why not humble yourself? Why not love your neighbours? Stop those selfish acts.
The best way to live your life is to give your life to Christ...... Death is certain for every living things.... Nobody knows that very day! So this is what will happen to all those thread talking about girls flaunting curves.... Vaseline crew see how useless a life you have chosen for yourself |

Romance › Re: How Do I Tell My Neighbour She Has Staph? by 49cents(m): 9:32am On Nov 02, 2017 |
kelvinUchiha: Hi Nairalanders,
I just packed into a new house last month and things have been moving really fast for me. So much stress and I had spent a lot of money furnishing my apartment and moving stuffs. So, two weeks ago my neighbour came to my house to greet me(as new neigbour things) I was very excited because she was beautiful and around my age bracket. I told her to come in, this was around 11:00 am i offered her a drink and we were talking about so many things.
I found out she was just my type of girl quiet and intelligent. We talked about the previous tenants and she told me my house was fine. I was happy, I said finally all the stress from packing was worth it. She left by 6:45 pm that day. The next day, I saw her spreading clothes outside so I approached her, we greeted and she asked me if I've eaten. I said no so she said she cooked spaghetti and she would bring for me. She arrived with the food, I thought to myself this must be a wife material o. We were both eating till she said let her feed me. Like play like play I'd feed her and she'd feed me. Before I said Jack Robinson we were already kissing and smooching.
I wasn't with my condom and I wasn't prepared but I felt this girl was a nice and innocent girl. She probably just likes me. So I gently removed her clothes like a gentle man and we had sex. I swore to myself I won't release early or get tired so at least she would feel me and come back for more. We enjoyed ourselves, we were happy and I know she enjoyed it as well, she held my hand and we were stack naked gisting for about 20 minutes staring at each others eyes.
So eventually she went home.
After three days, I went to ease myself only to see white pus from my penis that morning. I was so surprised. My heart started beating and I rushed to my phone I googled it and I got things like UTI, gonorrhea, staph, HIV. I was really scared. I called her, she came and she was normal. I didn't tell her about it. I just wanted to find out if she purposely gave it to me but she seemed like she didn't know. I travelled home to see my mum. I went for test spent about 3k for urethral swab, blood test and urine analysis.
It came back positive for Staphylococcus. I was so annoyed at myself for not using a condom the same time relieved that it was negative for HIV. I spent a total of 9k on drugs and injection and I came back home. Mind you, I bought two packs of condom in case.
I like this girl and she likes me but I wasted one week treating the staph without telling her and if I tell her now she would see me as a bad person and I don't know how she would react if I tell her she gave it to me. I'm really confused because I don't want to lose the relationship. My mind is telling me not to tell her and continue using condom( she's very sweet) but I love her and I don't want it to be harmful to her but she may decide not to give me sex again. I'm worried. for matured minds okay. Its really important, life is at stake. Thanks. If you were mature you would know that pre marital sex is beneath your dignity as a human being.... |

Mcowubaba: Some people think Biafra started with APC administration, I laugh.
The wounds of Biafra are still existent in many Families up till today. Personally, I wasn't born then, but I was told Nigerian Government dropped a bomb in our Village market, killing many civilians, my Dad's 2 sisters and their small children lost their lives. The were in the Market, this happened when the war was still starting, it wasn't full scale yet.
My family was personally affected, Nigeria has never apologized for this, even the program to reconstruct, rehabilitate the places that were destroyed by the war, never saw the daylight. I know some disabled people still alive today, who got their disability as a result of the Biafra war
I'm not an IPOB member or a full supporter of Nnamdi Kanu, but Biafra is far from Over.
Buhari given his nepotism, undiplomatic, bigoted and fanatic nature just increased the fire, but the fire was always burning... I still insist that Buhari is a curse from the gods, no doubt. No country deserves Buhari as a president, it's pure wickedness, many people are suffering so much.

pocohantas: You should talk to her. Minding our business got us to this point of high sexual immorality. Sounds like you both are young, she probably doesn't know the long-term effect of her actions or she thinks she is far gone to make a turn.
For you to talk her out of future abortions, you have to care genuinely and she has to know you care. Don't be all judgemental like the average Nigerian, don't use shaming languages. Let her know you're glad you both can talk about this...
Please, make your research and tell her the dangerous effect of abortions. It's also a sin. Since she has already done this one, avoiding future occurrence should be your aim...teach her abstinence, safe sex... Accompany her to a doctor for professional counselling and to be sure there are no debris causing those pains .
She is a strong young girl with a whole lot ahead of her, she is supposed to do things for her well being. That guy doesn't love her. No guy that loves her would have unprotected sex with her, get her pregnant over and over, while she aborts it! Would he be happy if his sister is doing same? No! He is only taking advantage of her naivety.
In future, I see him leaving her to go marry someone he considers has a womb. The next abortion could be death and he would move on...she should use her senses, niggas ain't loyal.
Ladies should work on themselves and date guys with functional brains, not all these slay kings who offer only sex. Slay kings or pathetic s addicts like all those small boys on NL who just talk of sex all day long |

Mynd44: Your wanting to go is being pursued wrongly. You seem to think the FG is holding you when it is false. This protests etc are al good but as usual your being selective about you listen to I blinding you.
A referendum like this does not exist in the Nigerian constitution, how can it get there?
1. Parliament; your senators must push for it but how many of these senators have even spoken about it in either houses? Those are the people to engage. Done that? Nope
2. If the senators get the message, they must engage those from other state to agree, done that? Nope
3. After the senate finishes, there hasto be constitutional amendment that kust be approvedby two thirds of the parliarment in two thirds of the states. Now, this is where it gets tricky, you guys are too busy insulting the very people that can do this. This entire thing has being hingedo. Hate, throwing insults, threats and then playing victim it wont work. It makes this a sort of egostic charade. Why do you think the Brits put Kanu on his own?
Besides, the who reason for Biafra which is basically marginalization is funny. The third largest Ethnic group which has the biggest spread everywhere and has been able to trade in every state, own properties and be successful in every state claims to be hated and marginalized. Irony huh? I am igbo but not pro-seccession I quote you purely on the progression of logic! The 1999 consituition starts with "we the people o Nigeria....." when did Nigeria create the document you are referencing as a basis for nation building? Did Nigerians ever decided no to the referendum in our constituition? |
