Firstly, no one can tie you down except you are a slave or kidnapped. It is not by force to go into a relationship neither is it for kids. Relationships that will lead to anything are started by two mutually consenting adults. It takes two to tango. If either is tired or does not believe in it going anywhere, the door is always open to walk away.
A broken relationship is far far berra than a broken marriage.

No they are not! The lady's decision to stick to that man means you believe in him or something come what may. It is only a dumb ass girl that will not start asking questions about where the relationship is going few months after meeting the guy. If he cannot satisfy you with answers, the answer lies right above. Let no man manipulate you by crying or threats of suicide if you leave him. While in love, you must always use both your heart and your head.

And btw, there are lots of guys who were not yet "men" that still married their hearthrobs, women who stayed till the man was made. It's all a matter of perseverance, hope, trust and love. Sure, there are also some ugly stories buh like I said, while in love, you must always use both your heart and your head. and most importantly, always seek God for answers, he knows all.

I think you already know what to do about the relationship as you have every reason (16 actually) to call it off but are still hanging on based on pity.

Although no love is perfect but obviously you don't love him so why postpone the evil day? You are only attracted to him physically but cannot bear his real nature being a former "spiri-coco", so what are you here? What attempts have you also made to help him get back on track or which one do you even prefer sef (The spiri - coco or backslider)? undecided

The ish here is not about dating your sister's friend but the fact that you are just managing this guy because no other guy is looking your way. I wd advise that you both save each other's time, talk over the relationship now and end this earlier if you both don't see a future together.

I am not against you getting a standard education but you can try some of the private universities that we have in the country offering Pharmacy courses.

I understand that women are particularly concerned about financial security. Being a need, many women would rather settle for 2nd, 3rd, 4th or even 5th place in the house of a rich Alhaji, yahoo-boy or chief with many connections in aso rock. Be that as it may, I know that there are several women out there who would not go that that route. However, dating an entrepreneur or even married to one out of unexpected circumstances (e.g job loss etc) is a different ball game.

From experience, I would prefer that my lady shares similar passions with me so that we can build the business (then our lives) together. Two heads are better than one and their rewards shall be more. Most start ups usually have the owner as the only staff and this can be very demanding when there is no financial strength to hire another person initially. These days, it seems quite sensible to pour your brains onto someone who will be a valuable asset to the business for years or forever, hence your wife fits that perfectly. Most men who get busy with being successful IN LIFE without carrying their wives along are digging their graves. If you fail to upgrade your wife at the time you should, when crisis comes you may not survive it because there may not be cushion at home to fall into.

The role of my woman will not be limited to the kitchen because my having skills in that area can also make her job in that area dispensable (so to speak). In summary, she should complement me in all facets.

As for the other side, we should be able to agree on joint projects when it comes to finances.

I know of someone passing through an ordeal. I mean, he is abt 62 years of age just lost his wife and none of the four kids are married yet. Interestingly, the old dude is already thinking of a second wife but the kids are not in support of this yet he is about to do that all the same. So am asking now what are his reasons for wanting to get married? I mean the old man - mind you he is a retired caterer and has nieces and nephews living with him for companion sake.
