Find a clean responsible guy that will be attractive to your wife, have him tested for HIV and other STDs, draw up a contract that binds him solely to your wife and making him liable for damages if he infects her with any disease. Then unleash him on your wife with the understanding that this is purely a physical relationship and will be terminated as soon as you get a better job or more free time.

His friend had no qualms knowing his sister was having sex in a room and wanted to barge in. Even immediately after Intercourse he waited for his sister to come out and entered without batting an eye.

When I was in school I was opportuned to visit a friend's friend at thier home. The sister was having sex in the next room and was loud. I was terribly embarrassed especially for the guy but he didn't see anything wrong with it and even made a lewd joke about it.

Yes, wife beating can be genetic.
You marry a man that has high levels of adrosteron which makes him easily aggressive and he can genetically pass this on to the kids making them aggressive as well. Such a person has a harder time dealing with self control especially when triggered via inciteful words or actions.

Now unto the more important question.

Who have u reported him to? His parents? (not your parents, not yet). His pastor/imam? His friends? You need to alert someone who will act as a check for his aggressive behaviour. Don't die in silence.
