We know all Nigerian politicians are corrupt. So please stop disturbing our senses of hearing with gratuitous banalities.
Go to court and do the needful.
We want to be hearing the number of jobs Buhari has created in over 8 months in the saddle.
We want to see the dollar exchange for N200 let alone N1.

We want provable performance. Enough of these distracting noise. Who are the we, you better wake up you are on your own, baba can't be wrong at the moment. |

RedCapChief: This really allows for comparison
OPTION A: Confiscate the goods of errants traders, therein they'll recover them after "settling" the boys
OPTION B: Demolish shops and goods. Ask traders to start paying 11,000 naira a month for new smaller shops as against old rates of 3,600 naira a year

11 thousand is even a generous offer, the least price you can get in that location is 30 thousand naira small size shop, some of those textile dealer are already paying a hundred thousands because this location is Oshodi road. The other new shopping complexes on agege motor road is going for 120- 150 k per annum, I think Ambode did well by giving them that Sopakodowo market, my only pain is that they should have moved earlier than having to be forced to move 'cause as it is now the crowding going on in that place means others who are not affected by the demolition will definitely cash in to take those shops too. |

ZUBY77: Since Buhari and his cronies are hell bent on tagging every PDP member a thief, everybody will move to APC.
Lets see how he handles that. Apparently, Democracy in Nigeria is already dead. It's only a matter of time before you see it. The moment you start to gag everybody, even the opposition spokesman, obtaining usless court order from one Aboki to another, to keep them locked up, the others will end up in APC like Amaechi, Saraki, etc.
And for those kids shouting PDP is dead, you don't get it. PDP is turning to APC. So the dead people are shifting their Graves closer to the house. Sooner or later, the army will have to take over this shithole again. And we will be rolled back to 1970. I hope we can all see why BAT remains the boldest Nigerian politician alive, playing opposition for 16 years and some can"t even play opposition for 16 months. |

You people should stop the persecution complex about issues you know little or nothing about. They don't know what they are talking about, the shops in that market belongs to the LASG , the rent is 50 naira for the lock up shops, while the kick lamp is 20 naira and later reviewed upward, the government office is right there in the market so I just walk in with my mum's previous receipt to pay for our shop and we even pay on monthly basis. Most owners had probably sold the few surviving shops to the current occupant after the first demolition exercise, out of fear that LASG will eventually demolish the market. |

My favourite channels are CI and ID. This tactics are even used in developed countries. Someone is suspected for murder....but u don't have enough evidence to hold him for murder....but you can clearly hold him.for illegal arms possession. What u see is they arrest him for illegal arm possession to keep in custody why they keep working on the murder case so he doesn't escape out of town. If he is released on bail or parole...they have him rearrested for murder this time if they have gathered enough evidence.
As long as no bail have been granted for the fresh charges.... There is no case here. Except someone can point out where it is written in the Constitution that u cant rearrest someone on bail for another offence!
Buhari on point!!!! Anytime I tried to say the truth the mods will ban me, I thank God that the decision that shapes the lives of ordinary citizens of this country does not depends on the comments on blogs like nairaland and their mods. The truth is that baba is too lenient with these fraudsters, baba should bring Dasuki out on the street and let us see if the mob will not stone him to death, as for Kanu as long as all the charges against him are valid he should be made to answer for his crimes. As for those who are saying nonsense to discredit and discourage our president we know your problems, most of you are probably a recipient of Dasukigate largesse and you are now cut off, go and find something meaningful to do, the era of free lunch are over. EUROBOMBER: I have a message for the ijaws making spiteful comments about Igbos that we are watching. Pray Nigeria does not break after we finish drinking our oyel.
I laugh at you fools saying Igboland is landlocked, we don't really care about oyel, what we need is a straight line to the sea and my news to the Ijaws is that should Nigeria break tomorrow when oyel & gas finishes, we will break through the ravaged ijaw lands to the sea, it will be by force.
Any attempt by the ogogoro drinkers would result in their being referred to in past tense.
People we say there used to be some people called ijaws here, so it will be taught in schools.
When the oyel & gas is no longer there the north would not waste hundreds of thousands of her youths fighting Igbos, they would be more concerned about how to develope their lands for agriculture. The Yorubas will never waste their young men fighting Igbos because of some kainkain drinking ijaw bats from the ravaged creeks.
That time the ijaws will understand that the world was there when "Rwanda" was going on. We will not eliminate them but use them as slaves.
Tonyebarcanista would be sent to the farms to harvest cassava for Igbos.
Nuff said. Maka why. |

Onyocha: honestly speaking, what happened on the road is very much irrelevant. Both sides are wrong there.
What is relevant to me is that the army used the earlier road incident as excuse/cover up/pretext to launch two assaults at the worship center and at the cleric's home. During the siege and raid many were killed and the structures got demolished. These are crimes against humanity committed and human rights violations. No one really care that the army reacted -by taking law into their hands -to road block and many understand that the blocking of road and confronting soldiers who don't value lives is wrong. The problem is the siege on the house and the hussainiyyah.
Many are distracted by what happened on the road. The army is using the road incident to cover up their assault on and demolition of the house and hussainiyyah. Many lives were wasted. That is wrong and unjustifiable even under military rule.
The siege and assault on the home and worship center came after the road incident had ended. Why?
The COAS should please not resign. He should either remain and continue to tarnish the image of the APC government and the image of the country, or let him be sacked immediately and punished for his crimes. This is a democracy and no one should be a victim of religious persecution. Citizens should be free to choose what beliefs they want to follow. Bros stop reading your quran upside down, say no to religious extremism, shiites, sunni, sufi, tijaniyah, quadiriyah, all na wash, i can't remember the last time the animists among us ever create any problem for Christians and Moslems, it is always the so called children of God that are creating problems everywhere. Reference: Warning. You guys are too slow to the table. I thought anti-corruption was the be all end all of government. Much so that when ye seek first the kingdom of righteousness all other things shall be added unto Nigeria. Anyway as the holy book says. Have faith. I support every policy that will stop Naira from becoming toilet rolls, our leaders mad crave for foreign luxury is the reason for the state of Naira. Norway is expected to make a net withdrawal from its sovereign wealth fund this year for the first time since the SWF was set up, to help pay for tax cuts designed to stimulate the economy. Its $830 billion fund is the world's largest, holding about 1.3 percent of global stocks. People like us are called fools and illiterates whenever we tell Nigerians to vote for credible leaders imagine this nonsense, as far back as 2013 when oil price was at its peak " the report by BGL Securities Limited revealed that while Norway, the country with the single largest SWF of $737.2 billion, has daily oil production of 1.92 million barrels per day (bpd); Saudi Arabia with $657.9 billion has 11.55 million bpd production; United Arab Emirates (UAE) with $627 billion has 3.21 million bpd production and Kuwait with $386 billion produces 2.78 million bpd " Furthermore, it showed that Algeria with $77.2 billion has 1.8 million bpd oil production while Nigeria with only $1 billion set aside for the SWF produces about 2.2 million bpd , " absolute total rubbish. If only Nigeria is blessed with visionary leaders, Nigeria would have managed to save as much as $120 billion as far back as 2013 and i want every sane mind reading this to imagine how much Nigerian would have as SWF with 10% interest rates as at today. But what do we have?, " CHOP AND QUENCH SQUANDER MANIACS OR SHOULD I SAY PRODIGAL LEADERS ". it shall never be well with all of them. |
