I cannot stress this enough, whether you are a man or a woman; if you want to date a person make every effort to know where he/she comes from, the people he/she associate with and previous relationships. This is very crucial in making an informed decision. It's simple, you are not a magician, you are not expected to know another person's mind. So do your due diligence and leave the rest to God. Go into a relationship knowing you have done your very best and only then do you love with all your heart. Chances are you will be still get hurt, but let it happen on your own terms. If you must be a maga be an informed maga, if it quacks, walks and looks like a duck, my sista it is a DUCK!

All a guy needs to do is make enough money and he'll have his picks in women to marry. It is the single most important factor for men and women. If any girl talks about money not being a factor please check her nose, she might be related to Pinocchio! Even the wealthy ones hardly goes for guys not worth their status, so all the qualities written above are just extras. The Nigerian girls always look for the easiest and surest path to success, it is in their DNA!

This has nothing to do with Trump. Nigerians and other Africans have been denied visas for several years and the trend will continue until a large majority of those on tourist and student visas stop violating the terms of their visas and return home in a timely manner. Conference or no conference, the reputations of Africans is nothing to be proud of when it comes to American visas, not everything can be blamed on the white men!

Of course! It has already shown in Lagos, landlords would say they accept one year's rent but would silently show preferential treatment to the prospective tenant that pays for multiple years.
Properties › Re: Senate Pegs Landlord's Rent Duration At One Year In FCT by abbey621(m): 4:51pm On Mar 20, 2017
Idiotic idea that is bound to fail. Any landlord could refuse any tenant for any reason, thereby giving the prospective tenants the impression that unless they pay for multiple years they would lose out on the property. Scenario 2: Landlords would just continue to increase rent to justify the loss in income, there's no law stopping landlords from increasing rent yearly from 20% to as much as 60% in some areas.

This has nothing to do with Trump! The 4 Nigerians were refused entries because they failed to impress the officer. They were asked purpose of visit and their phones including other belongings were searched. I can guaranty that something was found in the luggage or the phones that contradicts their purpose of visit. People keep forgetting that just because you were given a visa does not mean you will be automatically allowed entry. I remember even in 2013 I was detained and questioned even though I had my green card with me, it's not a pleasant experience but they are well within their authority.

There's no such thing as overeating, your body would naturally tell you when you are full and can't take anymore but the main concern here is eating all your body can take and living a stagnant lifestyle. People who overeat but are very mobile and active rarely gain weight because they burn up whatever calories they consume, this is why athletes such as defensive backs playing American football eat up to 8 times per day but are very healthy. We also have people who eat the right type of foods at the right time, if you eat a very large breakfast, a medium lunch and a very light dinner before 6pm daily along with drinking your body weight in water, you would be amazed at how healthy you really are!

Guy gets frustrated and lost his cool, he gave one slap too many and that's all she wrote. My only gripe here is that he should have just walked away, no woman is worth the victimization and the character assassination that comes from beating a woman. Even if the woman is in the wrong, the society we live in will always sympathize with her!

Therein lies your problem. You can't use abuses to deceive people. You make it sound like he filed chapter 11 to prevent folding up like he had a choice. The company was in HUGE debt. Chapter 11 was a way of reducing personal liabilities so stop saying it like it was a good thing. What happened to the company after? For those who care, here is the timeline of your so called genius bankruptcies. A record of bad decisions.

Bankruptcy No. 1: The Trump Taj Mahal, 1991

Trump’s first bankruptcy may have hit the businessman, personally, the hardest, according to news reports.

He funded the construction of the $1 billion Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City, N.J., which opened in 1990, primarily with junk bonds at a whopping 14 percent interest. A year later, the casino was nearly $3 billion in debt, while Trump had racked up nearly $900 million in personal liabilities. So Trump decided to file for Chapter 11 reorganization, according to the New York Times.

As a result, Trump gave up half his personal stake in the casino and sold his yacht and airline, according to the Washington Post.

Bankruptcy No. 2: Trump Castle, 1992

Within a year of his first Chapter 11 filing, Trump found himself in bankruptcy court again for Trump Castle, which opened in 1985. It was his "weakest gambling hall," according to the Philadelphia Inquirer, and ironically faced competition from Trump Taj Mahal. In March 1992, the Castle filed a prepackaged bankruptcy plan, and Trump gave up his 50 percent share in the casino for lower interest rates on $338 million worth of bonds.

Bankruptcy No. 3: Trump Plaza and Casino, 1992

The Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, which opened in 1984, declared bankruptcy at the same time as the Castle. A $210 million joint project of Trump’s and Harrah’s, the casino had racked up $250 million in debt by 1992, after a staggering 80 percent decline in cash flow. So Trump Plaza filed for prepackaged bankruptcy that spring as well.

Bankruptcy No. 4: Plaza Hotel, 1992

Later that year, Trump filed bankruptcy on another Plaza, this one in New York. Trump purchased the Plaza Hotel in Midtown Manhattan for $390 million in 1988, but it accumulated more than $550 million in debt by 1992. In December 1992, Trump relinquished a 49 percent stake in the Plaza to a total of six lenders, according to ABC News. Trump remained the hotel’s CEO, but it was merely a gesture; he didn’t earn a salary and had no say in the hotel’s day-to-day operations, according to the New York Times.

Bankruptcy No. 5: Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts, 2004

Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts filed for bankruptcy again in 2004 when his casinos -- including the Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Marina and Trump Plaza casinos in Atlantic City, and a riverboat casino in Indiana -- had accrued an estimated $1.8 billion in debt, according to the Associated Press. Trump agreed to reduce his share in the company from 47 percent to 27 percent in a restructuring plan, but he was still the company’s largest single shareholder and remained in charge of its operations. Trump told the Associated Press at the time that the company represented less than 1 percent of his net worth.

Bankruptcy No. 6: Trump Entertainment Resorts, 2009

Trump Entertainment Resorts -- formerly Trump Hotels and Casinos Resorts -- was hit hard by the 2008 economic recession and missed a $53.1 million bond interest payment in December 2008, according to ABC News. It declared Chapter 11 in February 2009. After debating with the company’s board of directors, Trump resigned as the company’s chairman and had his corporate stake in the company reduced to 10 percent. The company continued to use Trump’s name in licensing

What exactly is your argument? You are the one that brought up his bankruptcies making it sound like he was a complete failure, I simply educated you on some key business terms and principles. Look at the highlighted part of your comment and see why I said restructuring of debt is a lot better than completely folding up, his personal liabilities in each of those bankruptcies were less than 5% of his net worth, he could have folded up and still remain filthy rich. In case you don't understand kindly research the difference between Chapter 11, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, there's no need to argue when it's clear this is uncharted territory for you. Once again 6 bankruptcies out of over 300 businesses is a high success rate, I challenge you to prove otherwise!

You are too arrogant so i will stop going back and forth. All of a sudden you know if i have worked for a fortune 500 company before? Arrogant much. News flash. I work for a company that is actually in the top 5 of the fortune 500. Figure it out yourself. You think you can get on online forum and continue bragging about your success? Leave out your personal details and stick to the topic. You are trying to get self gratification online that you can't get in the real world.

Common sense tells you that a company that keeps running into hard times and subsequently keeps filing chapter 11 is nothing to brag about. The fact that he used the law of the land now makes him a genius? The same people that used the law of the land created the 2008 financial crisis. Would you say the same of them? My guy, go siddon. Everything you stated has been mentioned by Trump so i take it you are one of those that just repeat whatever he says. Next thing you will say i watch "Fake News CNN" It is really sad that people like you have to wait for Trump to coin a name for things or say stuff before you make up your own mind
Stop embarrassing yourself! Once again it's not bragging when it's reality, I am allowed to use my experience and qualifications to bolster my argument, once again it is not bragging just reality. I don't know you and it's quite possible you work for a Fortune 500 company but your analysis shows that you are a novice in the business world and politics, sorry you've not shown proper business acumen to think otherwise. I also don't have time to be going back and forth as I see no point in this baseless blabbering of yours. To make my final point, I like to use your own words against you, this is what I mean by your lack of business acumen:

Common sense tells you that a company that keeps running into hard times and subsequently keeps filing chapter 11 is nothing to brag about. The fact that he used the law of the land now makes him a genius?
1. Your quote above shows you know how to read but comprehension is a big PROBLEM! Chapter 11 bankruptcy is a restructuring of debt, it has happened to a lot of companies and it is perfectly better than completely folding up.

2. Did I ever call Trump a genius? Why do you love fabricating lies? Trump has his flaws just like all the previous president but he is no slowpoke! A man built/invested in over 300 businesses with only 6 of them being regarded as a failure and another 10 considered as a loss. This is a 94.6% success rate, in my book this is a SUCCESSFUL man. Stop being a hater and appreciate success when you see it!

Video of Trumping claiming the American GDP was 0....Good thing is you can't call this fake news. I'm sorry but anybody who can boldly state the GDP of a country is 0 has no credibility.

Mr Trump also claimed he won the election by the biggest margin which was proved false on live TV.... So while Trump might not have committed any crime, every smart individual knows that its wise to double check anything that comes out of the mouth of Trump. How can you be credible when i can't take you for your words?
Talk about double standards, so who is credible? Obama? Obama that assured everyone they can keep their doctors when Obamacare rolls out, please leave credibility out of politics, it's all a show! Trump is a lot smarter than you, do you want to know why? He's playing towards his base in order to get them riled up. He needs to paint a picture of the economy as gloom so that his accomplishments would not be seen as mediocre or just the norm. It's a tactic many businessmen and politicians use. When he said 0, he was referring to percentage of growth in last quarter even though the number is closer to 1.6% but still economist agree that a growth of less than 3% is bad for the USA. As far as his victory goes he is an entertainer, it's all part of the show. So relax, those of us that voted for him have full confidence in him. See Trump is not foolish, he knows that a strong USA means businesses including his own will continue to grow. This is the benefit of having a business minded person in the Oval office. Trump might not fulfill all his promises but he'll accomplish over 50%, that is a lot more than Obummer!

There's a difference between morality and legality. Credibility is mostly based on morality not legality that's the reason why companies/ business ask for references not police reports.
I'm sorry this is highly inaccurate, here in the US companies run a background check meaning if all your references are good and you fail the background test you will not be employed. Credibility is a mixture of legality plus ethics. You don't have to have high morals to survive in the business world, just ethics and regards for the law. This is why CEOs and VPs are ethically bound to the stakeholders but not morally bound. Nice try but you analogy fails again!

No need to sugar coat it. If a business files bankruptcy, it means it is cash flow negative. It is not running a profit. Shikena. Let's stop making someone look smart because he used bankruptcy laws to his advantage. When a business files bankruptcy, a lot of people lose money, contractors don't get paid etc. Someone did this 4 times and people make it seem like it is okay.
You know nothing about running a business and I doubt you have ever worked for a Fortune 500 company before. The Casinos operated for many years, if they ran on hard times and decided to file for bankruptcies it was because profits were shrinking and they saw no way out of their contractual agreements, this is business. They used the law of the land and there is nothing wrong in that. Once again you chose to focus on the 6 bankruptcies instead of looking at the bigger picture, if he was such a failure, he would be a dead-beat by now. 300 businesses and counting, you can only pray to be half as successful.

It is up to you to determine whether i live in the US or not. I don't have to prove anything to you. What i hate is when someone generalizes based on hearsay. Did any of your aunties, neighbours and colleagues get pregnant when they had no insurance and then get a new job? Stop unnecessary generalizations. They probably had insurance. By the way, i am not talking about people that were under medicaid in the past. Why are you arguing unnecessarily. I bet the aunties you referred to are married or were married. If married, it doesn't apply because your husbands policy will carry you. I specifically said, single WOMEN and you are rambling. If you were single, lost your job or had no job, were not covered by medicaid, got pregnant, got a new job this applied to you in the past.

What happened was that the insurance companies would "chose" if they wanted to pay or not. With Obamacare they have no choice. YOU ARE COVERED.

Your use of average surgery costs in this context is wrong. By the way, you do know, you still have to add hospital stays and physician costs to the actual surgery bill. The odds you will get into the hospital for a low cost surgery if/when you do have one are low. As an example, an out of status Nigerian student had to remove his appendix. His bill ended up being 48,000 and change because he spent more time in the hospital recovering. Of course he didn't pay and had to enter an agreement and they reduced it to less than 9,000 with a payment plan.

Another guy ended up being tboned at an intersection. Spent a one week on life support and another 8weeks. Bill ran up to 1.2 mill.
My point is that for you to think that you will end up in the 20,000 range is rather myopic. This is why it is called insurance. Even though you don't need it now, chances are when you do need it, it will end up saving your life due to the unexpected HIGH costs.

There you go bragging again. Yeah you have a high credit score. Okay, say you get in a bad accident and your bill runs in the millions. You pull out your credit cards to pay the debt. What happens when your require further treatment and you've maxed your credit cards?
You apply for another credit card or loan? OOps, you now have no job so how easy will it be to get approved?

I repeat, stop bragging. Thank God you are not in this situation. There are people that were 5 times richer and on a better footing than you that went bankrupt because of a simple medical situation. This is not my opinion. It happened to several people in the past. For you to think the "change or access to credit" that you have can secure your medical freedom is a fallacy.
I asked where in the US you are based so that I can understand where you are coming from but never mind. Since you failed to understand the meaning of the word average and you continuously fail to understand majority of Americans do not have medical bills in the millions. I even went ahead and acknowledged that in rare circumstances medical bills could be in the millions but you still insists on talking about rare cases instead of the statistics for majority of people living in America. Let's move on from that, insurance is nothing but protection against risks but God is the ultimate protector. Who are you to dictate how I deal with risks? I worked in the insurance industry a long time and know all there is to know about risks. Your analogy of being in an accident and ending up on life support is just like saying don't drive cars because you might end up in an accident and be killed. Your analogy also sounds like you would be willing to justify paying 20,000 dollars a year on health insurance and an increase every year after. When does the madness stop? Finally I'm not immune to anything, if it happens it happens but I'm well secured in my savings, investments and my credit facilities to sleep easy at night. It's not bragging it is reality, if the situation you mentioned happened to many people does not mean it will happen to me, I refuse to live life based on fear mongering, Obamacare is a failure not because of it's principles but because it is not sustainable, premiums will continue to rise and I cannot justify 25% to 40% increase every year just because there's a risk I might need it in the future, this is my personal situation and a lot of Americans agree.

For someone who talks of "draining the swamp", coming to equity with clean hands is the first thing that should be on your mind. Every one with a brain knows Trump wasn't going to put his company in a blind trust or release his tax returns, His plan is to use the position as President to finally make up the billions he claims he owns.

Successful people, learn from their mistakes, not Trump...
Another fallacy, draining the swamp simply means bringing in an outsider. It has nothing to do with financial status. If you truly knew how the U.S works you wouldn't talk about the presidency being enriched through shady deals, this is not 9ja. Everything he does is under a microscope and I have no doubt Congress would keep him in check, unless you are insinuating that Congress would be in on the shady deals as well....LMAO! 90% of the Billionaires in the world have shady dealings, that is none of my business! The fact remains he has over 300 businesses. It just means the amount of money they financed could no longer be justified by the profits they were making. I understand you are still a kid but let me give you this quote, " Show me a successful man and I'll show you a man that has failed many times". Finally you speak of blind trust, please shut up! Kids with guns have killed more Americans than Muslims and Mexicans put together. Last year, Lawn mowers killed more Americans than muslims and Mexicans last year. Anybody who wants to stop the indiscriminate killings of Americans needs to start from gun control, anything other thing is just noise. Also the 7 countries in EO ban have killed a total of 0 Americans....So when Trump bans Saudi's from the US, you can bring this up

Jobs that have left the US are never coming back and it has nothing to do with taxes. Mexico has trade deals with 44 countries plus low wages.

3. Renegotiate Trade deals: NAFTA and other trade deals puts the US at trillions in deficit every year, no more wasteful USA!

Well some people are good drivers but they still have to buy care insurance. Trump has NO plan, i repeat NO plan. He boasted during campaign that repealing Obamacare is the first thing he'll do once in office, Republicans have control of both houses yet they still can't repeal it because they have no solid replacement...

You mean Trump that has declared for bankruptcy 6 times? A guy who basically could not run a casino when ever other casino in America was killing it? Please, there's a reason why Trump won't release his tax returns, he knows he's a fraud and releasing them would show his supporters like you that he truly is a fraud.
A guy who complained about Obama playing golf has been to his private club the last 5 weekends....

PS: Obama was the President of all Americans and that includes the LGBT people, you don't have to like it but he swore an OATH to protect them and he kept to that OATH.
PS: If Republicans had done well, Obama wouldn't have needed to bail out the Auto industry, Wall Street e.t.c
I don't have time to pick apart everyone of your point but I'll deal with two:

Kids with guns have killed more Americans than Muslims and Mexicans put together. Were these kids of only American backgrounds? Could it be that some of them were of Latino and Islamic backgrounds? If so your statistics might be skewed. Furthermore, you are still missing the point, even if only 1 American dies because of illegal immigrants or radical extremists that would be too much for every life is sacred. A country without proper enforcement of its immigration laws is not a country but a dumping ground! If America crashed today, a lot of the so called immigrants would run back to their countries, so I do not blame Trump for taking a hard stance on illegal immigration and radical Islamism. As an immigrant and a Muslim myself, I can not fault him!

Spoken like a true novice, before you rely on CNN for your facts you might want to examine bankruptcy laws and how they work. Trump never declared for bankruptcy on the contrary the businesses that he ran did. Of those 6 businesses, Trump only owned 2, the other 4 were co-owned. Now unless you are some business tycoon that can guaranty never to fail at any business, give the man a break he currently has over 300 businesses, to me that is a success! Finally, you call him a fraud for not releasing his tax return but fail to mention there is no law commanding him to do so, would it be a good gesture? Yes! Would people have more confidence in him? Yes! Is he mandated to release them? Absolutely not! Like a popular addage goes, what business does someone that already had a wedding have with a wedding gown?

Furthermore, how do you sleep and place laptop on your lap? If the laptop was small and lightweight perhaps but if that is the case most of these lightweight laptops are equipped with a fail safe mechanism that shuts the computer down when the temperature is above 100F or higher current of over 260V. I'm willing to bet there was some type of external agent that got into the laptop causing a reaction!

Please lets deal with facts and not hearsay. Your average surgery costs 20k? Na appendix you dey remove? Let me tell you, if you are involved in a ghastly car accident with broken bones and spend a week or more in the hospital, your bill will easily run into the 100 thousands.

Please quit the bragging and remove your credit score. No one cares. A lot of us also have excellent crefit histories. With the old system, one major incident could run you bankrupt and tank your score.

Again stop using hearsay. In the old system a lot of pregnancies were prexisting conditions. The only exceptions were if you got married and your spouse already had the insurance. As a single mum, if you got pregnant before your new job or insurance they had the right not to pay for the pregnancy. They did in many cases because i know quite a few.

You say in the old system, you could shop around with pre existing conditions. You are a joker. Yes you could shop around but would be denied because the insurance companies only wanted to make profit.

Pray you never fall ill and require major medical attention because your arrogance is disheartening. I know a couple with 890k dollar bills on their head that just decided to move back to nigeria because of constant harrassment from bill collectors.
Do you live in the USA? If so where? Because what you just wrote above is jargon! Firstly there were plenty of exceptions under the old system for various types of pregnancies and even if one provider turns you down, you end up choosing from several other options. After all some of my aunts, neighbors, colleagues and peers gave birth under the old system and were covered by insurance, stop making silly generalization! Was it more expensive? Perhaps! But was coverage available? Absolutely! Next, do you understand the meaning of the word average? While I'm not disputing medical costs could reach upwards into millions, all I'm saying is the average cost of surgeries is bout $20k when you factor in the highs, the lows and divide by the number of occurrences. Finally, if you understood how the USA works, you would know it is a nation of debts. You can have debts of a million or more and those debts could be wiped away easily as long as you can prove you don't have the means to pay, I put my credit score out there so you know the various means of finance available to me, one surgery can wreck most people but it can never wreck someonee that knows how to make the system work for him or her. I worked with a very large insurance company for over 4 years and I've seen various forms of accidents, when I say average medical costs is 20k, I didn't pull the figure out of my a** you know grin grin

I don't wish sickness on anyone but stop the arrogance. If you get cancer or require surgery, your savings will do absolutely nothing. Numerous people go bankrupt due to medical bills. Please tell me how your savings will save you from a $1.5 million dollar surgery bill? And if you say you are that rich and can pay it then $1000 a year should not bug you?

Sure, the ACA, has faults but why are we ignoring the positives that far outweigh the negatives. In the past, there were lifetime maximums. If you had cancer, after a while the insurance companies would stop paying and you either die or find money to pay or go to india or mexico.
Also, kids that can stay on their parents plans till 26.
Did you know in the past, that pregnancy was a pre existing condition? Meaning if you got pregnant before your new job or insurance, the insurance company coyld chose to deny coverage?
Finally, 20million people now have coverage that couldn't before.
Even with insurance most people cannot afford cancer treatment so your analysis is faulty, your average surgery costs less than 20,000 dollars and I can definitely afford that, worse comes to worst I'll rely on my 804 credit score to facilitate loans, under Obamacare I pay $680 per month and didn't utilize it once, by my calculations that is over $8000 per year with premiums rising 25% the following year, this is SAVAGERY! Before Obamacare I paid about $300, can you see the problem? My major objection to Obamacare is that it rewards those making less money and those unemployed and punishes those who are making more and are employed. The old system was a lot better than this in my opinion. Under the old system, if you had pre existing conditions you shop around for insurance, there were many providers. Pregnancy was never a pre existing condition rather having a complicated pregnancy was one. Such as HIV parents trying to have HIV free babies or pregnancies with more than 2 fertility such as triplets. The old system was not perfect and everyone agreed that somethings needed to change but this monstrosity called Obamacare is not the answer. Yes 20 million more people have coverage but at the expense of over 50 million people. The Obamacare model is not sustainable as more and more providers would just choose not to participate. This is not what was promised, we were promised AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE, 8000 dollars per year without adding deductibles is not AFFORDABLE!

While Trump might look insecure and at times crazy, it's all part of the show. Keep thy enemies on edge and surprise them at every corner. I voted for Trump because he was the only outsider that had a chance of winning. His policies are straightforward and unless you are a liberal sheep you would understand:

1. Keep those wanting to do us harm out of this country, it is unfortunate that these people happen to be Muslims in extremist countries and Mexicans who illegally crossed into the U.S with histories of criminal activities. Even though all you haters hear is that Trump calls Mexicans criminals and hates all Muslims.

2. Grow the economy at a rate of 3% or higher. How? Remove the ridiculous taxes on businesses. No country taxes businesses more than the U.S, at a rate of 33%, it is a job killing policy. Once the regulations and taxation are lowered, companies will bring jobs back to the USA instead of shipping them to India or Mexico.

3. Renegotiate Trade deals: NAFTA and other trade deals puts the US at trillions in deficit every year, no more wasteful USA!

4. Repeal and replace Obamacare: This is perhaps the closest to my heart. I rarely get sick, when I do I have enough savings to pay my hospital bills but for Obamacare to make it compulsory that I must have health insurance or pay a tax of almost $1000 a year is DEMONIC! To make things worse, my premium just went up 25%, you might as well shoot me in the a**! Trump's plan is to enable a cross state insurance policy, where consumers are free to shop providers all across the U.S, this would result to lesser premiums and a mre robust healthcare system but some of the Republicans want Obamacare completely gone so this might be a long fight in Congress.

Finally, I watch CNN and I laugh. For 8 years we had nothing but a president that promoted homosexuality, political correctness, mugu money spender policies but such policies are not sustainable in the long run, I'm not surprised that a news network that was supposed to be impartial basically announced Trump had no chance of winning and even after his victory kept trying to raise chaos. Obama brought the economy back from a point of collapse but at the same time made life a living hell for the Middle Class. More of the country depended on handouts from the government, those that were employed are subjected to higher taxation, lower wages and lower quality jobs. More companies folded up or moved jobs out yet the big corporations were given a stimulus package resulting in a national debt of almost 20 TRILLION DOLLARS. Such a policy cannot continue! So you may bash Trump based on the propaganda you have been fed but realize he is exactly what America needed! He owns or has shares of over 300 companies with a failure rate of less than 10%, he is business minded and just like any other business minded billionaire, he is not going to hide his feelings, some call it arrogance, I call it draining the swamp!
