DauraDullard:If creating a nuisance on Nairaland is what brings joy to your life then keep it up.......Awesome achievement ![]() |
DauraDullard:Judging by your moniker, you seem to be one of those not interested in the development of the nation but rather you seek payback for the defeat of your beloved GEJ. I hereby declare you in contempt and sentence you to a mandatory lifetime of bitterness! |
Nonsense! The reason we have many armed robberies is because people can't defend themselves. When the average man learns how to shoot and owns a gun legally, I can assure you armed robbers would think twice before acting. Try robbing a house over here in the States, you'd better think twice cos the owner might be an ex military man or one of those hunters from Duck Dynasty...... |
I believe this list is just an opinion and nothing more because I see no measurement standards. Does the OP even know how many Nigerians we have with ICT roles. Many of which are billionaires but very unknown to the public. There's an executive at Microsoft right now that's a Nigerian and is at the center of groundbreaking work, maybe this list should be about those known to the public ![]() |
People making noise where there is none! 90% of the people here have no understanding of the Constitution neither can they fully comprehend the dynamics of Nigerian politics. Just a few days ago people were complaining that Buhari was slow in organizing his government, now the pieces are falling into place and yet people still shouting crisis, please let us all just chill, grab the popcorn and enjoy the show. The mastermind is at work.......SAI Buhari!!!!! |
Dumbass! |
Very useless thread! So basically all men cheat because most men fall under one or two of these categories. The topic doesn't even say' likely to cheat' rather it states 'will cheat', another generalization blunder by a guy copying a link from an untrusted source......Nonsense! |
Does anyone actually believe this garbage? |
If you are looking for government support, I would say don't hold your breathe! If you are looking for private sector support I would say create a product or service that would revolutionize the industry. Nigeria's job market is still very much in it's infancy and we are yet to fully undergo the industrial revolution. When it comes to I.T, it's either you are relevant or not. The problem with most Nigerian I.T professionals is that they try to be a 'Jack of all trades' kind of employee. No one is inventing rather we are using recycled products and/or services. What I'm trying to say here is this; create your product or service to suit the needs of the consumers or organizations! |
Autolord:Would you shut the hell up! How many Muslims have you spoken to? Let me tell you something, most credible Muslims realize that groups such as ISIS and Al-Queda are not representing true Islamic values. The only problem is that someone is funding these groups and we all know what money can do. Don't blame Islam or people following their religion peacefully rather the blame should be on the elites who have chosen to turn a blind eye and allow the poor illiterate ones to be used as suicide bombers. |
Luukasz:Clap for yourself, have you solved your own issues? I think you have more problems in your life than trying to criticize another person's religion, remove the dust from your eyes first before trying to comment on Islam cause the rubbish you've written above can only come from someone who's not thinking clearly! |
ChikezieU:Another poor grammar usage! What the hell is nit wit? It's nitwit! Boy you've got a lot of learning to do! ![]() |
ChikezieU:If it's immeasurable then nothing can be beyond it.....Learn proper grammar you douche! |
BraniacX:Oh hell no! I only trust Buhari, all other APC leaders are on their own especially Lai Mohammed aka master of propaganda ![]() |
BraniacX:Yes verbatim, I challenge you to find an article with direct quotes from Buhari criticizing GEJ for seeking international assistance. You won't find it, what you'll find rather is criticism of GEJ waiting so long to act and then wanting other countries to take the lead in the fight against Boko Haram. What you'll find is criticism for the way soldiers of Chad were in the fore front of the fight instead of the Nigerian Army. Get your facts straight and stop being irrational! |
donnypool:On the contrary, I just found ignorance the least insulting word available ![]() |
Good post like this dey and we are now just seeing it on the front page, talk about bias! Since June 2 na wa o! Kudos OP, enlighten them a bit but I fear they have eyes but won't see and ears but can't hear! |
donnypool:Another classy example of ignorance! Kid go to bed! |
ChikezieU:Clap for yourself, now go hang yourself! |
Vikkie14:All I see on the front page are some wordings which can either strengthen my case or strengthen yours. Or are you referring to the cheap photoshop image? |
Vikkie14:Show me Buhari's exact words which criticized GEJ for seeking help form Chad and Niger and I'll show you his exact words which criticized GEJ for waiting so long to act. I'll also show you his words criticizing him for seeking outside help instead of championing the fight himself(To put it in simple terms, help yourself first so that outside countries can help you too). Listen and listen well, don't always believe the media, some of them are not credible! Buhari of all people knows the military strategies involved in tackling terrorism, let's leave sentiments aside please campaign is over! |
Vikkie14:I disagree, unless we want to be bias GEJ wasted 2/3rd of his tenure doing nothing about Boko Haram, it wasn't until after the kidnap of the Chibok girls and international outrage that he sought help from neighboring countries. That's what he was criticized for, asking countries like Chad and Niger to take the lead instead of leading! |
It's elementary knowledge to know that the first part of fighting terrorism is to secure our borders. We can't keep letting terrorists ship weapons from Niger & Chad. Good work PMB, next increase military funding and bring in heavy artillery. By the time everything kicks in, Boko haram would have nowhere to hide! From the comments I read on here, are people actually criticizing PMB for building a joint task force against terror? Copy or no copy, all options are on the table! |
When will you people give it a rest? If you truly cared for the victims, start a protest, band together and let the president know of your frustrations instead of ranting on Nairaland like psychotic chickens! Reasonably minded people aren't expecting Boko Haram to be wiped out immediately, to think otherwise is to believe in fairy tales! Many are still in campaign mood and are obviously still shocked by the defeat of their beloved GEJ, so I completely understand the need to create a nuisance, carry on crybabies! |
In the study carried out between 2001 and 2011, about 2,750 heterosexual couples between ages 18 and 32 participated in the study, focusing on how much each person contributed to the total income in the home and then tracked who cheated on who. It was found that such men who depend on their wives financially tend to engage in infidelity as a way of doing what other men do and a sense of security because men sometimes define masculinity in terms of their sexual exploit. According to the study, carried out by Christin Munsch, an assistant professor of sociology at the University of Connecticut, United States, such men do so because they may likely be undergoing masculinity threat or their ego may be at stake, hence, they tend to do things that are culturally associated with masculinity. When responding to articles such as this let us try and remember that such studies are useless because it only considered the people within that geography! The study is flawed as it was based on American viewpoints and lifestyle, it definitely does not represent the Nigerian society! For goodness sake how many people between the age of 18 to 32 are actually married in 9ja in order to provide input? |
People shouting up and down yet they don't know the content of the Bill. The Bill does not make it legal to have sex with an 11 year old. It simply dashed out stricter punishment for those caught abusing children under 11 years old. Before the Bill such offenders did not get a life sentence, some never even saw jail time. The biggest problem with most Nairalanders and Nigerians in general is pure ignorance, everything gets done based on emotions instead of knowledge! |
9ja girls and their misconceptions, don't some of you realize that in some homes the father pulls more weight than the mother. In some homes if the father does not like you, you are gone! Anyways that is by the way or by the bush. My final advice is to be yourself and focus more on the person you are dating, it is okay to be liked by the family but don't make that your focal point, respect yourself so that they can respect you. Someone like me really hates when families meddle in relationships, I can break up with a girl for being over confident, believing as long as she's got my family's support she's good ![]() |
All these fake surprise marriage proposals, we always trying to copy Western civilization, SHAME! Typical 9ja relationships talks about marriage well before proposal, most even meet family members before giving out engagement ring, so what's all the drama about, as if she had no idea they plan to get married, nonsense ![]() |
I don't believe your story one bit! Most guys even when caught red handed will try to make up an excuse or deny cheating outright! Are you telling us that after telling you he was banging another chic, he asked for forgiveness or are you the one still hung up on him? Let me be honest with you, when you date someone for a long time such as your case there are bound to be issues, perhaps the guy just decided to cut his loss and find an alternative, I suggest you do the same instead of reminiscing about a stale relationship! |
Prayer can never be too much! I'm waiting till 100 days in office before I judge the president on his progress towards dealing with Boko Haram and other economical issues. Let the cry babies continue crying, soon river go full! |
ECOTERRORS:Developed countries didn't wipe out terrorists in one week, stop your blabbing! |
