My advice
Am not disputing the fact that aboniki works really good.
But at the same time, acute or severe back pain could be an indicator to a serious health challenge building up.
Go to the hospital and run some checks.
My cent
But not everybody wants to spend money on hospital fees at least use three days to treat it mildly unless the pain feels really bad

Shea butter (Ori in Yoruba ) will perform a better magic .Just apply it to your joints after a warm water bath for a week .You can even make it a daily affair for total cure and prevention of joint problems .
It is cheaper and devoid of "pepper" aboniki will give you .Ori is just 50 naira .
Try it and thank me later !
It doesn't help I have fresh shea butter and I just use it for cream after bathing and it has no effect on my wrist and thigh pains i'm going to buy some Aboniki then i'll see the results.

Yep, from a modern perspective where we have loudspeakers and microphones it's hard to imagine how far and effectively these sounds could travel.

I think I attached a picture of one of those village-wide, communication ekwes. They were so large they required someone climbing to the top just to play it.
Yeah i think it was the last picture you posted that was the village wide one but do you see any way in which these could be revived and brought back into a modern system either for cultural or social events?

Compensating with what money? So you're telling me they will find every single trader and business person in the SE and pay them how much exactly each? What about banks as well? Where are they even getting this money from in the first place regardless of finding those who they owe

All of these states would have no problem if they invested in some basic agricultural processing and machinery as well as basic roads that's all they need and they could be raking in tens of billions of naira if not over a 100 billion naira but instead they're there waiting for FAAC allocation my people if una do not wake up and vote in good leaders come 2023 any complaints you have please direct them at yourself for your foolishness there are plenty of good alternative parties to vote for A.A.C, Y.P.P, M.O.P, KOWA, N.C.P etc. Yet we settle for the corrupt and evil APC and PDP year after year as if anything will change.
PoliticsRe: Why No Country Operates VAT Through Sub-national Units, Experts Explain by Abohboy: 3:21pm On Sep 10, 2021
GeorgeTheCoder:
Rubbish.

1. It is not compulsory to collect VAT. VAT can be scrapped and replaced by a state sales tax. The USA does not collect VAT. In fact VAT as we know it is a recent tax started by IBB. What is important is the principle: collect taxes where the items are consumed and that money should go to the state where it is generated.
Yes but America actually practices federalism that's why they're able to hold that system but Nigeria essentially practices a unitary system of government which is why there is still VAT until we get our federalism then we will not have any state sales tax.

Next type of drum

2) Slit or log drums (ekwe, ikoro, etc, etc)
Fun Fact

The Ekwe was used for messaging and signalling in the past there were skilled people who knew how to play the Ekwe at a specific tune to read out a message that other trained people could understand and the noise could travel about 5km so each village had to have one in order to communicate information from one village to the next and there were instances when the Aro started their conquest where they destroyed the Ekwe in each town so they were unable to tell the villages in the area that the Aro had arrived.
PoliticsRe: Why No Country Operates VAT Through Sub-national Units, Experts Explain by Abohboy: 3:10pm On Sep 10, 2021
It makes sense but i'm still in support of the sub national unit formation for VAT although companies will likely have to pay more ( Not Confirmed As Of Yet ) States are able to keep revenue within them and this whole system of poorer and less industrious states benfitting from more progressive states will finally stop at least in some regard the next step is for us to get LGA Autonomy and then Federalism

now I know you don't mean well so I wouldn't waste my time on you. When protest start now you will be among those that will shouting "kill them all or use them as Target practice. As for war, e go reach everybody Yoruba might seem to be safe now but trust me e go reach una one or another
You don't fucking know who I am so don't come and be making up stories, I will never call for the killing of protesters if the movement and purpose for it makes sense a protest to get rid of the current government and i'm in support of it don't just be talking nonsense and my paternal land is in Igbo land I refuse for my ancestors land to be tarnished and my family killed in the name of war it's not possible and it definitely won't happen at least as far as i'm concerned it won't there are better ways to get the things that we want if you really want Biafra create a political party with that sole purpose see how many people join and if you can get it registered see how many votes you can get if I were you i'd call it Igbo peoples union but since you can't use ethnicity in political party names do something simple like Independence Movement Of Nigeria if you don't get votes and you don't get a lot of members there's your answer Biafra is not wanted badly if you get votes and win and having many members move onto forming political alliances with other groups till you can gain power and hold a referendum that is the most peaceful way and the only way any sensible person who actually cares for their people would do.

Revolted? Which revolt it seems you don't know the meaning of the word revolt because there was no major protest or any major action against the government whatsoever so pity yourself when a civil war begins and millions of your people die instead of 0-1000 people in a peoples revolution.

I think I because west Africa was a forest(different from north east Africa)
And we were on survival mode(maybe we ran from something)
Nevertheless we still did a lot
I have a feeling that we were on the way to an African renaissance just before the Europeans came
I mean
A renaissance comes after conflict and need to improve
The fall of the Oyo,bornu etc especially that of Oyo was perfect for an awakening in technology

You guys should check out this dope African historian
https://m.youtube.com/channel/UC12lU5ymIvSpgl8KntDQUQA/videos
Exactly what i've been thinking even Cheikh Anta Diop said the same the Oyo Empire and Benin Empire had all the right elements for an industrial revolution and rennaisance the intrusion of Europe into our lands as well as the Fulani Jihad weakened both of those empires and any industrial revolution that would have taken place was stalled but all we can do is find a way to move forward today and not focus on our past woes.

I'm actually a subscriber to him I love his videos in fact my whole interest in African history and religion is because of his videos.

If in the context of Nigerian politics, that water has crossed under the bridge.

Nigeria had over six decades to get it right with the Igbo people and she failed woefully. No solution will be accepted anymore, only secession. For people like you who prefer political correctness even in the face of obvious systemic failure, posterity will judge who was right.
I'm telling you now Nigeria will not go into civil war if you like don't vote see where that gets you and your movement meanwhile I will work to find solutions to Nigeria's problems

So in conclusion, no working alternative from you to replace the sit at home.

Let me just chip in something here. Though war is bad and the majority will not wish for another civil war I have seen that war and early nationhood are intertwined. The greatest nations had to fight several wars in their early years to achieve stability and become great later. *drops pen*.
Sit at home has shown that there can be unity among Igbo people the next move now is to use this unity to your advantage

You know that registration and election results has to do with INEC so, stop beating about the bush.
What if INEC refused to register your party with a flimsy excuse that it a terrorist party??

The people came together and revolted during endears protests we all saw what happened and how it all ended.
I hope the sane minds can now see that all of you attacking IPOB have nothing to offer.
INEC can't refuse to register a party if all documents are correct look at what happened with Socialist Party Of Nigeria (SPN) They sent their documents to INEC then INEC refused to register them without a reason so they went to court and they were registered as a political party and what can INEC do to stop the collective will of the people? The deaths that would amount from a social revolution wouldn't even come close to the deaths incurred from a civil war i'd rather the people have awakening in consciousness and take over the country through revolution then we have a civil war and millions die

In your extremist parochial political correctness people like you crossed over to the Nigerian side to join a genocidal war against Biafrans. We have seen this attitude before. Asika, Azikiwe and co angry
Okay then go and start your civil war just know this time the death toll will likely be triple what it was back then.
