But if gaddafi’s plan had come true then they wouldn’t have depended upon the dollar they would have had the money already being printed within africa hence there would be no shortage of scarcity and since the currency is tied to the gold reserves of Africa there is never any massive devaluation or fluctuancy in the power or worth of the currency allowing African businesses to develop without American input.
