dustmalik: Good, because we have been looking for who to use as target practice. Let them bring on the war. oga malik, the score is still boko haram 30,000vs burantashi 0, they even put jara by burning down his house and killing two people there.winning war is not about push ups, snake charming and frowning like a zombie in front of a camera after given a pompous speech. |
Politics › Re: Tension In Niger-Delta As Tompolo Resuscitates MEND by abouzaid: 3:56pm On Jul 23, 2015 |
rubbish, tompolo was never part of mend, its asari dokubo that controls mend. since buhari came to power, their boys have been suffering, yesterday, vanguard newspaper reported that many of them undergoing pilot training at Lufthansa pilot school in Germany have been dropped by the school because the Nigerian government have not been paying since buhari tookover.the amnesty program have money to pay but they can't access the money because buhari is yet to appoint a new head for the amnesty program. last two weeks, punch newspaper reported that many of them schooling abroad have been withdrawn by their schools because of lack of finances. buhari is leading this country to the path or destruction. |

49cents: rochas is our kith and kin and we know him too well
personally i hate people who who are conmen
rocahs is not a liberalist or nationalist
he is a man who has excessive self belief and feels he iis wiser than everyone else
uet his wisdonm is not empowering anyone in imo except his family and ilaw who make up his government
he wants to be president through calculated gestures rather than through character
i what should be key for every nigerian is a just countrty where every region is given its due and allowd to develop at its pace
an igbo presidency, like the yoruba presidency of obasanjo will not improve the lot of anyone from the ruling region
even with northerners in the government now,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it doesnt improve the concrete well being of the lowly hausa man nor that of his family
what we should agitate fpr is is re_structured country where justice and equity hold supreme i honestly fear for the future of Nigeria |

samento: Tell them to start the bombing. You will soon realise that this is not Jonathan's regime. That the mantle of leadership has been handed over to more responsible and responsive leader. the army is now led by a burantashi that could not even present resistance to save his own house from been burnt down by boko haram.if you can't defeat boko haram that fights face to face with you on wide desert land, how then can you defeat creek militants that would just burst the pipeline ans disappear? i pray for peace while i plan for war. |
Politics › Re: Buhari Will Probe Jonathan’s Govt Only; Not Obasanjo’s, Others – Presidency by abouzaid: 10:14am On Jul 23, 2015 |
EUROBOMBER: I have carefully analysed recent events and taken time to study a lot of what happened before during and after the Biafran war.
The truth is that if the Igbos succeed in pulling out of Nigeria, the Niger Delta might not completely be part of the new country but they will definitely also seek to be on their own and manage their resources. This would effectively leave only the SW and the North in Nigeria. If it turns out this way, the Yorubas most likely would also gently ask to be left to be on their own. At the end of it all, we go our separate ways.
Let me quickly add here that Igbo land is much bigger than the Nigerian politically defined SE. Should Nigeria break today, all Igbo-speaking parts of the SS will be part of our new country. The Igbos will force no tribe to be part of us, we will accept those that want to stay with us and those that don't want to be with us will be free to stand on their own or join any other groups they so wish. I am saying this loud and clear so that some people will not come here and start shouting, "We are not part of your Biafra, leave us alone, leave our oil alone."
The Igbos can do very well without oil. There are many countries in the world without oil and are doing very fine. Germany is the most powerful economy in Europe today and they don't have a cup of crude oil there. Israel moved into a desert and converted it into a country very comfortable for habitation. The list is endless. Recent trends have also shown that oil is becoming worthless by the day. What really matters for a nation to be great is the quality of human resources available.
For the parts of the SS that would choose to be part of the new country, we can accept to run a regional system of government between the core Igbo states and parts of the Niger Delta. We can even accept a solution such that both regions would take 80% of revenue accrued within the regions and contribute 20% to the center. This the Niger Delta can never get in this present Nigeria.
For those people from the SS always shouting leave our oyel, I want to tell you that the Northerners are already drinking your oil and have even become drunk on it. You are shouting at Igbos to leave your oyel whereas Northerners are taking the same oil from under your nose and you can do nothing. How myopic and sentimental can some people be?
On a closing note, I believe in one Nigeria but one where there is justice, fairness & equity. For me, Buhari should hand over to an Igbo man if Igbos are truly part of Nigeria. We are part of the big three and too big to be ignored. God bless you, but if buhari should handover to an igbo man, he would likely handover to rochas okorocha whose mother is a fulani from the sokoto ruling family and is well known to be atleast a marginal Muslim. he had built many mosques in the north and his first if not only completed project was to build a mosque at the imo state government house even though no government official there is a Muslim. his candidacy would be rejected by the igbo but the north and southwest would push him through using underaged almajiri voters if not outrightly rigging it. the old eastern and Midwest region have no future in Nigeria, the war was fought for oil and it's d only thing that is holding this nation together. |

a design student in the house, i have been learning on my own. pls what do you guys think about the national building code as relates to required setbacks? compared to what i have seen online, i think it's too stringent and encourages urban sprawl bearing in mind that most plots been sold nowadays measure only 50*100 feet in dimension. |
Properties › Re: Buy Lands At Our Planned Estate "Royal Palm Estates" Ugwuomu Nike, Enugu by abouzaid: 7:10pm On Jul 20, 2015 |
why don't you guys just follow the national building code which dictates that each plot must leave a minimum of 20 feet from the front of the building,10 feet from the sides and the back. that would be better to enforce with exceptions given on a case by case basis as practiced by the urban planning office. that would leave enough room for parking and ventilation. pls how much is a plot in your estate? |

Politics › Re: President Buhari Writes Article On Washington Post. by abouzaid: 6:18pm On Jul 20, 2015 |
dustmalik: Show us what you mean by the bolded. read any article written by the likes of Reuben abati, chimanda adichie or any regular newspaper columnist and u would notice the difference. the write up is disjointed without good use of conjunctions and paragraph development to connect his thought seamlessly from beginning to end. however the contents makes a lot of sense. |
Politics › Re: President Buhari Writes Article On Washington Post. by abouzaid: 6:00pm On Jul 20, 2015 |
written by a media aid and the write up lacks fluid flow of thought expected from a professional. wishing him luck in his leadership but he must first declare his assets publicly as he promised during the campaign before we can take him serious. anything apart from that is just business as usual. |

These people don't have any job. They are waiting for the monthly 5 thousand naira promised them by the dullard.
It's that entitlement mentality that's controlling their reaction to their messiah's absent-minded governance style.
Buhari's supporters can actually spend their entire adult life doing nothing than staring at his photograph like a programmed North Korean robot.[/size] all these Hausa people here in the north are seriously waiting for that money o, they claim it's allowance for each of their house wives. |

pedel: I understand your feeling. Two question I like to ask you: have you ever held a leadership position? What whould you do if you were made Nigeria president instead of PMB? Your answer will be a blessing to us. Thanks. (1) he is supposed to have selected his ministers starting from the very moment he was declared the winner and hit the ground running (2)he failed to sustain the winning tempo of the anti terror war (3) he should play down the propapaganda and witch hunt, it's heating up the polity.(4) he should constitute an economic team to give direction to the economy (5) he should make appointments that don't show him to be pushing a northern agenda cos it sends bad signals to investors, more coming |
