Silly talk, so how many times they come online daily is what determines how influential they are on twitter? In that case one can spend his/her whole life doing nothing but tweets so as to become influential!

Free advice: Think before you criticize!

There is some sense in this article although my own contribution to it is that many Nigerian pastors will actually prefer hell to prison judging by the way they live their lives. They are more afraid of Men than God!

Jobs/VacanciesHow To Gain An Edge In The Job Market - Try Project Management! by Abujafood(op): 2:09pm On Nov 21, 2012

Project management training can give you that much need edge if you’re a job seeker intending on making yourself more competitive in the workplace or job market. Employers complain that they lack sufficient skilled manpower to pick from, especially those with technical skills. Project Management is a much needed technical skill which strongly positions you in almost any environment to work effectively. Job hunting can be very tough especially in the Nigerian environment. As a job seeker, you’ll be doing yourself a great deal of good if you can make yourself competitive while your seeking employment. Most job seekers only have their university degrees to brag about in the labour market. You the potential project management certified professional could have something valuable in addition to your degree, a globally accepted certification in a strategically important field that shines on your resume.

Here in Abuja, if you’re searching for a job but have only your degree to your name, then pause and ask yourself if you are truly interested in getting a leg up in the competitive job market. If you want a strong advantage do something that puts you way ahead of others such as registering for a project management class where experienced tutors try to impart knowledge and skills that will add a valuable certification on your CV.

RomanceRe: Ladies! Will You Date A Nice Guy? by Abujafood(op): 11:10am On Nov 21, 2012
So far the ladies have made their cases known! Nice guys are seen to be weak or boring interesting, would you rather choose a strong and exciting person who's not loyal and caring over a 'weak' and 'boring' person who's loyal and caring?
RomanceLadies! Will You Date A Nice Guy? by Abujafood(op): 3:01pm On Nov 20, 2012
I just had to ask this question when I realise a lot of girls aren't interested in dating nice, easy going guys! Reminds me of MJB's I love my Mr. Wrong

Seems nice guys are dry, boring and may even seem weak to many women yet they often times prove to be loyal and caring!

[What do women really want?]

TravelWuse District, Abuja – A Simple Intro by Abujafood(op): 2:01pm On Nov 20, 2012
Wuse is perhaps the most popular part of Abuja judging by the sheer size of human and vehicular traffic to and from this area. It is the most densely populated part of the city center linking easily to Maitama, Asokoro, Garki and Guzape.

Land Marks

It is here at Wuse that you’ll find some of Abuja’s most popular landmarks like Wuse Market, Sheraton hotel and towers, the GSM village and the popular Civil service commission which is where a lot of job seekers who have had cause to seek employment with the Federal Government have had a visit or two to their credit.

Zones

Wuse is known for its numerous zones. You have probably heard about Wuse zone this or zone that. There are 7 zones in all numbering from 1 to 7 and the extension which is called Wuse 2. Wuse extension or Wuse 2 as most people know it is known as the trendy zone, due to the fact that it is more attractive and developed than the main Wuse district. Popular places in Wuse 2 include Banex plaza, The French Cultural Centre, Aminu Kano Crescent, Ademola Adetokunbo Crescent, Amigo, Bloomsbury Plaza and Exclusive Stores among other equally interesting social hangouts including restaurants, night clubs, hotels, serviced apartments and numerous plazas.

Wuse Hotels

Wuse is also popular for having many Abuja hotels especially in zones 4, 5 and 6 and if we include those found in Wuse 2, it seems Wuse comes first among other districts in Abuja in terms of hotels density.

Gardens and Parks

Wuse has numerous gardens and parks where you can hang out for a refreshing drink or some local Nigerian dishes especially the popular fish pepper soup. You can also join in the local football culture of watching premiership matches at some of these gardens especially the one opposite the popular Sky Memorial Plaza in Zone 6.

Living

If your aim is to live in Wuse then your income should be able to keep up with the expensive rates for accommodation in this part of town. Street lights are usually functional in Wuse as electricity supply tends to be better than most areas. Wuse is also known to be a little bit more secure than most parts of Abuja even at nights. If you are going shopping in this area then Wuse Market is a rational option. Alternatively you could opt for cheaper shopping options, such as Garki International Market which is 10 minutes drive away or if you are on a tight budget then try the Karimu Tuesday Market which is in the distant outskirts of town.
