Very true. The bias is seemingly glaring here. Government must show the people (us) equity always. Government must not be seen to be bias. Unfortunately here it seems like, this anomaly must be looked into and intentional efforts must be exerted to change this bias. The government is for all and it should act so, and not in ways that there seem to be some sort of divide.

I don't know what to call this... I tendered a resignation letter with 3 weeks notice despite that no notice clause is contained in my appointment letter.

They just collected the letter and said nothing. When the resignation became effective, I left the company and they still didn't tell me anything about handing over to someone else as is the practice there in case of sack.

It's been a month I left and they still didn't contact me about handing over. My concern is that they didn't remit a Kobo into my pension account. Why I'm expecting them to ask me to hand over is that I have in my custody about 5k belonging to the company. I didn't borrow the money. It was kind of something left in my care.

So, if they later ask me to come and do proper handing over, should I ask them about my pension? Some people sacked in the past said their pension was not remitted too.

Report them to pencom. This is a very serious issue. If you don't, they will keep doing these things. Very bad. I have been a victim of all of these to.

It is very obvious You can't carry the burden of the whole family on your head. I will advise you to cut down on your financial involvement with the family. Help when it is totally necessary like food and health care...even ur siblings school fees help too but it they are able to work they should so u can meet them halfway. I dont advise you to cut ur family off. The joy of having money is helping family with it but you need to use your head while doing so.

The problem is many pastors and leaders in the church don't want to die too, so the followers too follow suit. Nobody wants to die but everybody wants to go to heaven.
