Hehehe....I find your submission funny. The reason he is doing this is because of his affiliation somewhat with the schools. If he has affiliation with other schools in the South, I am very sure kind gestures like this would be extended to such institutions. And between this business is private not a Governmet institution, he may decide who and where to hire from, it is within scope!
