If the track had more straights, Civic will not catch up.

Talking about the argument, i certainly did not say the Civic will beat the LC in every (my emphasis) track. Neither do i agree with the op that his list of cars that no V8 can keep up with. Instead, his title should have been, cars that will put up a decent challenge to any V8.

Even though the bolded statement is an exaggeration, i would not agree to the unexaggerated version either. I never come out as strongly as you do without facts or an absolute certainty. We are not talking about 0-60times or any of those standard performance ratings. We are talking about real tracks and several track conditions.

Last time i checked, mythbusters, national geographic are entertainment shows yet life is put on the line. Even though WWE is entertainment, they get hurt, even boxers get hurt for life. We’re all in for a treat today — some friendly stranger has posted the Lexus LC 500 vs Civic Type-R race from a recent Top Gear episode:

The LC had everything stacked against it on this track: rear-wheel drive and a naturally aspirated V8 needs more straightaways to be effective. The Civic and its 2.0L turbo definitely had the advantage with all the turns and short straightaways, as it hits the power band sooner and longer.

(Really though, it’s all about the fun of watching two mismatched cars go head-to-head regardless of the winner. Top marks for Top Gear on this one.)

Generally, T12 should be good, though i have seen T10. However, the quantity depends on the the plan and whether you want a chain lintel or not.

For the short individual lintels, some people prefer projection of half a block while others a full block.

A chain lintel is casting the entire external wall perimeter the casting. This type helps to prevent wall cracks and comes handy if the building floor plan is to be changed in future.

It depends on your pocket size but you need professional services.

I suggest you ask your contractor for a quote then we can help determine if its fair or not.

What you said about acceleration played out. The LC has a better acceleration plus being a V8 and rear wheel led to too much drift. Before the LC recovers from a drift, the Civic would take the lead. The LC had to slow down on turns to prevent spin out at the same time open wide before the turn.

#3,200 is materials and labour. The original question is for labour only. Besides, am not sure that rate is feasible these days. It is more like #3,500-4,000. Labour for POP is #500 minimum and it depends whether the panels will be casted or bought.

There are few people with such company and qualifications in Nigeria. He is simply competent. If a company started producing election materials for 2019 election in 2016 when its boss was not interested in a political position there would be disorder if the same company's contract is terminated when it is 85% completed because its boss decides to contest for a legislative seat late in 2018.

He is not a referee.

What makes a PVC readable by a card reader? Its the chip which has a unique authentification. He can produce all PVCs for himself or APC, card reader will not authenticate it because the coding is INECs responsibility and rest with INEC. Say produce card 1 to 10. INEC card reader is programmed to read car 1 to 10. In this case card 11 to infinity is not authentic. Another 1 to 10 is a duplicate and must be used in the same PU as the authentic card which will flag off the duplicate.

Gullibllity is at its highest in the Nigerian history of elections. Am really disappointing at the reasoning of educate fellows that they result to believing very cheap propaganda.

But the form for senate seat was opened around four months ago my question is are you people saying inec should cancel his contract and award to another company without previous experience and manpower ready? The case of burnt pvc recently was rectified easily because inec already had responsive printing company. Another point to note is that pvc printing is a continuous process since 2011, are you saying his company should stop printing immediately when their director obtained Senate form. It is same people that will blame inec for late printing of pvc. What I will say is that let us believe inec chairman as he said.

Believe me, everything the PDP says is either focussed on casting bad aspersions towards Buhari, APC and INEC or mere propaganda which will culminate into rejection of the election results if they fail.

From this post, all current PVCs should not be used for elections since the contractor is partisan. Infact election should not hold, Buhari to just hand over to PDP for peace to reign.

2. The smaller lobby is unnecessary waste of space. Transfer the bedroom doors to the main lobby, then use the small lobby as a wardrobe in the adjoining rooms. The depth of the wardrobe is 620mm + 150mm blockwork=770mm x 2 for both sides which is 1540mm then the remaining space can be shelfed and used as extra storage accesed through the main lobby.
