Does anyone know if naepolitan mastiff and american bulldogs can live together without problems? I am considering buying a naepo but I am thinking of how it will cope. I already have 2 bullies, male and female and 1 mutt.

it's a regulated rule that when a student have carry over's or fail a course after the stipulated period of rounding up his/her course of study, such student can be given a period of 2 years to write and pass that course or courses and if not being able to pass within such period, such student will b given a Certificate of Attendance (COA) instead of the normal Certificate.

Its been over 2 years now since i left school cos i failed some courses and have not done them and a new calendar is starting next Month and I want to know if it's still possible for me to go back and rewrite my failed courses.

Good day all.

Please, I need your advice on one wicked stubborn tenant. My family gave this our tenant a quick notice since February this year 2019. As a matter of fact, the tenant and our family went to Lagos Arbitration and Mediation Centre. It was at the Mediation Centre that we both reached an agreement that he should leave our apartment.

So, we gave him 6 months quit notice in February, 2019. His previous house rent elapsed that same February, 2019. So, for the 6 months quit notice we gave him, he didn't pay any money. He actually said he would need 6 months to search for another apartment at that meeting we had with him at the Mediation Centre in February. So, we gave him the 6 months for free.

The 6 months we gave him elapsed at the end of August, 2019. When the 6 months elapsed, he refused to vacate the apartment. So, my family went back to the Lagos Mediation Centre to complain. The Mediation Centre sent him (the tenant) a letter giving him 7 days ultimatum to vacate the apartment. At the end of the 7 days, this man refused to leave. My family complained again to the Mediation Centre and they said they would look into it.

After another 3 months again by last November, 2019, this tenant refused to leave the apartment. My family went back again to the Lagos Mediation Centre and one of the officials there said "So, the man has not left the house since?". We responded yes. At the Mediation Centre there, they said something like they are incapacitated by the law to take any action.

This is December now going to an end. The tenant is still in the house. He has refused to vacate the apartment. It's about 10 months now living in our apartment without any payment. He has refused to leave.

The apartment is a 2 bedroom flat in Aguda Surulere, Lagos. The tenant's name is Mr Chigozie Okongwu James.

We don't want to take law into our hands as it seems there is no solution to the problem through the Lagos Mediation Centre. It's about 10 months now!

What can my family do to get the man ejected from the apartment? Your advice are welcomed.

Please don't listen to those saying you should remove his roof. You will be sued heavily. Just get a lawyer and go to court. Remember to add all the money he's owing plus the debt that will accumulate throughout the trial and also the legal fees that will be charged by your lawyer.

For these people to say they met for the 1st time at the police station, they should be stoned to death. They were both working for Alhaja at the same time. They were the ones that even told the police where they dumped Alhaja's corpse. Their plan was to sell Alhaja's house and share the money. I'm glad they have been sentenced to death. Wicked people

Sorry for your loss. When you lose a loved one, prepare your mind to live with the pain forever cos that person is never coming back. The best way to deal with the loss of a loved one is to make sure you do everything you can to make them happy while alive and to share quality time with them. When they are gone, you can comfort yourself with the good memories.

Try exercising ur dog from time to time... A fat dog does not necessarily translate to a fit dog. This would help her during and after pregnancy.

Yes. There was communication problem when I wanted to buy it. I did not know there's a difference between a bully and a pitbull. While I kept saying pitbull, owner was saying American bulldog. Eventually it turned out to be exactly what I wanted cos pitbulls are smaller

The landlord ought to give you quit notice but since he didn't. Refer back to your tenancy agreement. For the new owner, he has no business with you, he can take possession of his property when he deem fit so get prepare to move out.

They have not even asked the OP to leave the house so what exactly is he trying to sue for?

Why should the owner inform you before selling his house? Ownership has changed and you have been informed. That is all that matters.

Just of recent, we discovered the house where i rented a room has been sold. Though we have been hearing the rumor since last year but none of the landlords confirmed the rumor either through a letter or any other notification, not until today when a Tipper truck came to offload sand at entrance of the house.

The said house has been managed by Administrator General and Public Trustee of Lagos State over the years and this public Trustee department has been the one collecting rent. Again, they didn't not notify us through any formal means the intention to sell the property. Meanwhile, my rent will be due by December.

In as much as i don't have anything against the landlords selling the house, but i have these questions:

1. Shouldn't there be a prior and formal notification to sell the house?
2. Shouldn't there be a Quit Notice served to the tenants?
3. What step can i take to ensure my tenancy right is not cheated?
Please, your contribution is highly appreciated, because it seems they want to eject everybody out of the house in a very short time.
