It is hard to get a breed from there that wont have one or more of the below health issues.

* Retained Testicles, (can be fatal eventually.)
* Cherry eyes ( observed in 90% of them)
* Hips and Elbow Dysplasia (very common)
* Cataract
* Wound that never heals in their forehead.

These are noticeable genetic disorders observed in almost all the neapolitan in Jos.
This is mostly as a result of inbreeding among the defected breeds which have then resulted to descendants with certainty of having some of the above health disorder.

Thanks for your detailed explanation. I used to think cherry eyes is an abnormality in Neapos which one has no control over whether it occurs or not.
