I moved in to this apartment on 1st of march 2020 which is located in Lagos, Ajah precisely. I have lived here for years.

So, on sept 2023 I was giving a “quick notice letter which stated I will be moving out once my rent expires on (1st of march)

Then my question now is, Is it appropriate to issues a quick notice letter when your house rent hasn’t expired yet, or I’m getting another few months so I can be able to find another place to rent.

U want to live rent free for 6 months abi?? Ur landlord knows the law......some issue quit notice at the wrong time and end up giving tenant free 6months or even 1 year rent free..

Quit notice law is 6months notice from the day it was issued, provided u are paying per annum..... U have been given 6months notice..

Still....if u have vawulence for your head..u can stay another extra few months, even ,1 year, claiming u have not found another accommodation.....wateva u see u collect shaaa if ur landlord get vawulence pass you

FYI DNA test results are expressed in percentage of possiblity not positive and negative. Quack labs will soon leverage on the fact that a lot of Nigerians are too lazy to do research and start churning out anyhow test results. If a travel agent does visa for u, ur passport is genuine (inbtw) u get the visa u travel n returned, when d passport expire u wanted to do renew it, immigration said the passport as been blacklisted because d visa u acquired b4 leaving had issue, one or two of d document d travel agent summitted was red flag, is the fella who got in touch with d agent at fault also??

It is u that knows u used an agent .....embassy doesn't know agent....... To the embassy or authorities ...it's the owner of the passport that committed immigration infraction and will pay the penalty...

Like I said earlier...there's a lot involved in raising a kid well, feeding, bathing, clothing, discipline, instilling values, protection, money...etc.......so Unless u can somehow show some provide yardsticks of quantitative and qualitative measurement of the care both parent provide to the child, i.e in terms of nature given abilities and non-nature (money)....then u dont have a point.....all u have is ur usual female claims of doing more so that u can claim more than u deserve....
