I agree with Ibrahamovic. People should earn based on what they generate. That's why i find it strange that the ladies earn the same as the men in Tennis even when the men play more games and attract more money to the sports. |
naijaking1: There you go again, Sanusi has no Msc in economics! Except the one Jarus gave him here on Nairaland!!! ![]() |
I must say that gradually, Igbo movies are coming back. I watched a few Igbo movies over this Christmas and they include: 1) Ada Mbano Reloaded - This is the latest release of the Ada Mbano franchise. I loved every bit of it just like i did the previous parts. I must give thumps up to Queen Nwokoye for bringing something exciting to the plate and actually speaking the Mbano dialect well despite being from Anambra state. 2) Nwa Abakaliki: I actually saw a movie such as this coming after Ada Mbano and i must say i'm not dissapointed as the lady who acted it(can't remember her name) did very well and interpreted the accent pretty well. I know this because the Abakiliki accent is kinda similar to the Nkanu accent. I can't wait to watch the other part of the movie titled "Ada Abakaliki". I expect to see Ada Asaba, Ada Owerri, Ada Ngwa, Ada Onitsha, Ada Awka, Ada Umuahia and other Ada movies in the future. |
Dhelake: This Guy seems frustratedYou come across to me as a criminal. If you commit a crime, you'll be punished. How does espousing that make one frustrated? |
Keneking: The gov-elect Dr. Obiano hails from Aguleri while I am from Umuleri. I hear he is already surrendered by APGA hawks with their long red hats. Accessing him now is very difficult as he is still under the tutelage of Adaobi ... Someone has advised me to participate in GEJ's signature national conference...by making some noise and be noticed. Even at that, I hear that these elders have taken positions already awaiting its formal commencement. That's actually one of the best ways. Go and ask Reuben Abati and the late Spokesperson of NNPC. Another way is to throw your hat into the ring in any election even if you don't intend to win. That way you'll get noticed by the eventual winner. You could even withdraw from the race and endorse the person you think would win. |
Keneking: At the grassroot level - in my hometown, the stage is currently occupied by the aged ones, even the youth (after taking ogogoro and Kai Kai) tend to behave abnormally, there is a large incoherent setup at that level. Old men, old thoughts and old mentality have taking over the lower echelon at the local level.I believe the best place to start is at the grassroot level except you have some connections in Awka. The best way to breakthrough is to have the right sonnections. |
PapaBrowne: I think the post of CBN would kind of belittle Elumelu. The guy is poised for much bigger. Boggling him down in regulatory bureaucracy would not cut it for Elumelu. The trending words today in global finance are impact investment, conscious capitalism and social entrepreneurship. Elumelu is at the forefront of these three with his Africapitalism model.I think you're right. Elumelu iss a business man and won't be interested in taking up an administrative job such as the cbn governorship position especially based on the fact that he was reputed to have made over 100million dollars in one year alone. I doubt he would leave that to settle for a mushroom position. it doesn't befit his status. |
They should all be punished. It's because of people like that that my website is nowhere to be found today in the google rankings. I think we genuine SEO people should be rewarded and the bad people punished. |
Go to your village and ask for the nearest office of APC and join at the local level and do some hobnobbing with other members and they'll show you the way. I also intend joining politics but want to wait to see if the political killings will reduce. I won't die because of politics. I can only die for Adaobi |
Never you negotiate with anyone when you're vulnerable like when you're having sex cos you can sell your mother without even knowing it. We all know the story of Esau whom Jacob capitalized on his hunger and asked that his birthright be sold to him. I think it's the desperation of some guys that will make some ladies want to capitalize on the situation. If you shoe those ladies that you're not interested in sex, they won't have that leverage to put a gun to your balls. Just as you want sex, she wants money. It's a two way street, so i don't see why you're complaining. |
Nigerians can booast. Kai. |
crazygod: I be think say iyanya na calabar... D last time I checked, 'ify' na ibo nameMaybe his mother is Igbo. |

You can either float them or use tables. |
All you have to do is to register your domain and then host it. You can do that at www.internetvisa.net. |
I've used conditional statements on several occasions and it makes one's site even more dynamic. A lot of people have not explored wordpress to the fullest. All they know is to upload a theme and modify it without paying attention to conditional statements. |
They said he should speak and now he has spoken and he's been verbally witch-hunted. Wetin Jonathan go do wey dem no go talk, You cannot do your job in the bedroom as a husband, you blame jonathan. You cannot speak English, you blame Jonathan. You contract HIV, you blame Jonathan. Na wa. |
I guess those that came up with the term were not aware that there's a term called "South Central" just like "North Central". We sha thank God that they did not opt for "South Middle". I fin all these regional nomenclatures embarrassing and an aim to divide Nigeria along tribal lines. I don't see How Anambra state is more South-Eastern than Cross-River or Akwa-Ibom or why Rivers state is in the South-South but not Abia state. |
rutchiekens: nope, html + css + javascript can create web apps, mobile apps, games for mobile and many more.Where in the op's post did he mention css and javascript. Some of you just like doing "i too know". |
