Who is selling Nigeria to the enemy if not the people in government. How many Chinese have been left to enter the country between January and March 23, knowing fully well they are the source of the Convid-19 virus. Meanwhile the same Chinese attacking Africans as being responsible for bringing Convid-19 into China. |
faceland:You are just a wicked soul. Heavens forgive you for rejoicing the loss of the innocents. |
DonMustafa:You must be an online scammer. How many white people have savings to give you cash. What they send to your 419 colleagues are from credit card withdrawals or from their pension funds. Karma will catch up with you all. |
mancityguy:Even the ancient Egypt is more than 10,000 years going by when archeologists thought the sphinx was created. How about the ancient Sumerian Empire. You folks are living in darkness. |
I think its this woman conscience that is hitting her hard. She said she could work away from a mess around the house unlike her husband who can't stand the mess and would try fix it. You are simply taking advantage of this guy and don't expect it to be like this forever. I've been in a similar situation to just a less extent. Period when my wife was not working, I will still come home to take care if the mess in the kitchen. She could walk away from it unlike me. But these days I have given up. It will come with cost if she continue this way. I just can't tolerate people with such attitude and it could strain a marriage except the guy is super-tolerant of such attitude. |
Kingpele:Only a Nigerian can use all his savings to buy a car because he has a steady income. I know a businessman wouldn't do that. So, meaning only an employee can do this. This type of person need prayer. Or you are a victim of Nigeria's "unnatural" circumstances. So, you bought a car on the basis of avoiding police checkpoints. Who still normal for this Nija? |
0 to 20%? Obviously this poster is a Nigerian. How in heaven could one expect your car to be worth 20% of total value of your asset? Except you use your car for business and generate income from it, it should be less than 10% for a typical every day people. For most folks, your car is a liability that depreciate in value with time. Imagine you bought a new car few minutes ago and use drive it home but decided to return it following day. Do you think the dealer will take it from you at the price as the sale price? |
100 millions years ago is even too far back. Just 10,000 years ago it has forest, a sea and many more. Rocks there has drawings of lions, elephants and others herbivores that suggest it was covered with thick forest. Remember that the ancient Egyptian Sphinx represent a lion which shows that the Sahara was not a desert in the early days of the ancient Egypt. Even now, satellite imagery shows huge underground drainage channels. |
Where was this mad man when people in Kano ignored lockdown and social distancing rules, and even congregated in large numbers in mosques and soccer fields. Na dem sabi God pass? |
Righteousness89:Cancel what? You are delusional. A lot of Nigerians don't go for medical checkup and have health issues they are not aware of. You, when last did you do a general medical check up? And it get more tricky from age 40 |
See Vanguard grammar! "Investigations revealed that the sky threatened rainfall in the early hours on that fateful day" ............. Grammar no be our language but are we supposed to carry axe take butcher grammar. |
stupidity:Your prayer is not practicable. You ought to pray that "God should help Nigerians liberate Nigeria from bad leaders and politicians". God won't come down to do anything for the people but God can help by renewing their tribalistic spirits to one that allow people face national problems solely as one people. It is that simple. |
Good proof that not all of us Africans are stupid. And that some of us are better described as "ant of Africa" rather than giant of Africa. Good job Senegal. Senegal probably has the best jollof. ![]() |
joyandfaith:While America will send you guns and arms to kill yourselves or even package deadly virus in vaccines for you Africans, Cuba will send you doctors. |
SirKomA:Cuba is only close to North America but it is not in North America. There are only three countries in North America. Try to use google. |
Frankcallys:Great point. A lot of folks on this site are nearly zero. No enlightenment or knowledge of history. What America cannot offer its citizens, Cuba does it free of charge for Cubans. Has Anerica ever offer Nigerians or Africans free medical training of the highest quality? Yes, there is poverty in Cuba but their healthcare is high quality. They recognize long ago that health is wealth. |
gbebodye:Very ignorant statement. A bulk of Cubans have African heritage. I am sure some of them may even share Yoruba traditional heritage. South Africa and Cuba had a long relationship as far back as the apartheid years when Fidel Castro was one of the main funders of Nelson Mandela ANC. Not just that Cuba even supported many African countries against colonialism. In one African country, probably Mozambique, Cuba mercenary was led by Fidel Castro second in command during the revolution years. It seem we have a largely ignorant and unenlightened population of youths in Nigeria. Sending doctors to different parts of the globe to offer helping hands and offering scholarships to citizens from less developed countries to come study medicine is part of Cuba foreign relation strategy. They have been doing this for ages. |
haryorbarmie83:This is not renting of doctors, Cuba does this free and they have been doing this for a long time. Check the history books, they would have done the same for Nigeria before. Many of our doctors were also trained in Cuba. They have one of the best healthcare system in the world. So far you are not getting your news from an American new sources. |
Seunpaul01:Plus other non-Convid19 deaths because no funeral or burial has been taking place in Lagos for several weeks. It mean people have just been dumping corpses of non-Convid19 deaths at the mortuaries in last several weeks. If people have died en masse from Convid-19 in Lagos, the mortuaries would have been full a long time ago, and combine that with those dying by natural causes. Make sense. |
I am beginning to believe the Convid-19 data for Lagos because I use to say that the best way to monitor Convid-19 casualty is through the mortuaries. So, if no funeral or burial have been taking place in Lagos for the last 2 months as the governor said then it meant there was no mass deaths from Convid-19 in Lagos except if families of infected individuals that died choose to bury the corpse in secret. I want to believe nothing crazy will happen in Nigeria as per Convid-19. Even Kano deaths, there is no evidence that the frequency of deaths in last few days is any different from pre-Convid19 period, except if there is baseline data to indicate otherwise. Kano is a state of over 12 million people. |
Nwodosis:Kano is a city of over 10 million inhabitants. Is it not normal for hundreds to die weekly by natural causes? We only need to confirm if Convid-19 is the cause or not. |
The same speaker that gave four loaves of bread to a building that probably contain more than 20 inhabitants as a Convid-19 palliative. People get what they deserve. |
akinsmyk:Looted by who? By who? Not the prof but the people in government. We know who to hold. |
DEROX:You are here criticizing someone for not bending rules for your father's personal gain and for not doing exactly what people are condemning him for though he is also a corrupt individual. You want him to usurp merit and give your father admission based on his connection. Is that not corruption on its own? That is why Nigeria is caught in a corruption hole. I remember my dad sending me to a relative who was a well known professor of political science in Nigeria at the University of Ibadan. He even advised many sitting presidents. Of course my dad did not send me to him for the purpose of bending rules but to see how he could be of help and advise me on my admission. The prof during the meeting simply told me to go back and study again to prepare for JAMB the following year. I simply did as he advised. No hard feeling or complain. I was admitted into the same university the following year. What happened in my case was that I beat JAMB cutoff mark and was on my way to be admitted but University of Ibadan used other criteria to screen me out and my spot went to someone else. My second attempt was stress free with no need to go see anybody. Merits first before anything else. |
emkz:Adewunmi Adeshina and Okonjo-Iweala are both globalists. Avoid people with links with global institutions. They will do the country no good because their masters who are running the global economic systems are on their back and they will always dance to their tune. Nigerians like most Africans are just too naive for the lack of knowledge. |
DanseMacabre:Individuals like Moghalu and Obi will hand Nigeria over to World Bank and IMF without resistance. Please run away from them. You won't understand my point if you do not understand how the global system of resource control, economy and finance work. Sowore will be my choice. Someone with good sense of judgement and who can get dirty with the thieving political and business elites. |
BOOZELEE:And kids infected by their parents take it to school and transmit it non-infected kids who now take it home to infect their parents and older siblings. |
NyamurifIathead:Are you a politician? Why block out someone's post? |
Rich4god:And what if that vaccine is laced with a birth sterilizing agent as in the case of vaccines given to Kenyans courtesy of United Nations or WHO many years ago? https://www.researchgate.net/publication/320641479_HCG_Found_in_WHO_Tetanus_Vaccine_in_Kenya_Raises_Concern_in_the_Developing_World |
mascot87:You can't trust numbers coming from Nigeria and because of that it's useless comparing Nigeria numbers with global data because serious testing is happening in those countries unlike in Nigeria. For example, are they tracking cause of deaths in Kano as Convid-19? So many things are happening outside the view of the govt or public. |
Seerach:The guy did not made his point based on ethnic reason. You are the one that brought ethnicity into it. He only talked about Kano and did not refer to another part of the country; or compare Kano to another state in other part of Nigeria. Nothing wrong with his assumption. |
Nairalandmonika:You mean "herd immunity". |
