well im not surprise.its a reflection of the nature of politics in third world countries.there exist adverse relationships between our public office holders and their predecessors.
this relationships is primarily used by these political godfathers as a medium for receiving political and economic rewards as well as political influence of their political sons.its called patron client relationship and is one of the factors responsible for underdevelopment in africa.

this is a welcome development although it isnt enough to sanitize the banking sector of the economy as well as reduce the rate at which customers are bn exploited.
