Kidnapping or hostage taking has being on the increase over the years.Many have lived to tell stories of their ordeal in the hands of kidnappers.While others have been sent to their early grave by these devilish human beings.the rich n influential personalities are always the target of this inhuman practise. Mr cobham,the father to the deputy governor of cross river state,his excellency mr effiok cohbam was not spared this morning as armed men numbering about 20 invaded his compound at mbarakom,creek town,odukpani local government area of cross river state and took him away to an unknown destination. Eye witness reports that they culprit arrived in an engine boat at about 7am on friday 11 october.They then headed straight to his compound while firing shot into the air to scare away the inhabitants of the village.Attempt by the villagers to resist the invasion was futile as they were being taken unawares. A close source has it that they kidnappers were acting on vital information provided by an insider,probably sum criminal elements in the community.Reasons being that they acted swiftly.the attack was well cordinated too. However,the kidnappers are yet to contact the family of their victim. More details soon |

Screwface: Sometimes too many changes to a cause can become detrimental. There's this thing I've always loved about the Catholic...before. Despite the advent and the changes in the world (espeically in Christian dome) over time, they've managed to maintain and preserve their age long traditions. Now those old traditions that I feel have helped the Church in maintaining some sanity gets chopped up daily.SANITY CHOPPED UP;where did u get dat?sanity wen sum catholic priests and sisters are busy commiting fornication n all other forms of atrocities?some of dem evn have offsprings . |

The fact is dat mr johna.had a bad impression of mr amaechi with regards to the 2015 presidential race.the former tot that the latter was about to deprive him of the opportunity to occupy aso rock villa once more come 2015. secondly, the role of akpabio(gov.akwa ibom state) in the rift cant be overemphasized.when tony anenih got wind of his actions,he almost sent drove him out of his abuja house.
