Thank you!

Few clarifications please

1. Can fresh ata rodo(scotch bonnet) be used as substitute for the chili oil?

2. The cooked rice, does it need to be basmati or the normal regular cap rice? What is the level cooking that needs to be achieved with the pre-coooked rice before stir-frying?
1. I used fresh ata rodo and ground cameroon pepper for its aroma and pungency.

2. I used regular rice. Any rice will work though. The rice should be firm; not overly soft or hard, just firm and chewable

With all due respect to people contesting the prices of used items, I like to say, you can’t always dictate the prices of used stuff. Used stuff of GOOD QUALITY, not some antiques I see here.

People sell for various reasons and I think relocation sales still remain the best bet, especially people relocating abroad. Maybe it is happiness or something, they are always more willing to sell at giveaway prices. You don’t expect someone stuck in UAR with you to sell his electronics using the old price when he would have to upgrade to a new one and deal with the prevailing dollar rate.

We can only pray God touches their hearts to be fair in fixing prices, but we just can’t tell them to sell at N1. Na you go add money for them to buy new one?

Why exactly did the price of Nigerian used cars go so high and have refused to come down till date?

I pray God blesses all of us, because na lack money dey cause 95% of problem wey dey Nigeria currently.

Abeg, nobody should attack me. I am in labour and we all know I don’t have good character on a good day. kiss kiss

Wouldn’t that be heavy? Considering the fact that baking powder does not have enough power to proof a dough mixture till its at least double in size.

Unless it’s the cake doughnut mixture you’re referring to...
I don't know about cake doughnuts. I've watched videos. It actually looks doughnuty.
I think they use more eggs and milk to lighten it. I'm not sure

I really enjoy eating oats,it is my best food,I also enjoy oat swallow,it is better than garri, fufu and other swallow that are dangerous to the health. I remember then when I use to take eba,I would always feel heavy and lazy but with oat it is different,I feel light after taking it,the only downside is that it is expensive.
Most people don't care about their health, all they know is to eat anything that looks like food. If you tell them that pounded yam is bad, they will tell you that their forefathers ate it and lived to an old age but they forget that men of old worked hard on their farms from morning till night and most times they eat their food with lots of vegetables, and they take herbs from time to time.I just hope one day people will realize that what they eat plays a major role in how healthy you are.
The truth is that myself and the average Nigerian cannot afford oat talk more of using it as swallow. The least price of 500g pack of Oat is 1000 naira. Now, imagine using 1000 for just two swallows. It will not even be enough to feed a family of 3 per eating (swallow).

IMO, there's nothing bad in eating yam/pounded yam. We should not let this white people deceive us or make our traditional meal look like poison. Yam is a good source of carbohydrate (polysaccharide) and we (Nigerians) need enough energy to survive this era. Also, yam is not eaten alone. We enjoyed our yam with soups which are good source of proteins (meat, fish) and other vital elements.

Like you said, we need to work out. It's very important we work out and take fruits, herbs and other nature's supplements.

Forgive my sermon.

Recipe for this please oga akpors
Recipe
Golden penny spaghetti
Salt
Onion
Fresh pepper
Soy sauce
Curry
Carrot
Knorr cube
Soy or groudnut oil

Using a big pot, add salt to water and boil.
Add spaghetti to boiling water (do not break biko cheesy ). Don't cover too (my opinion)
Remove the spaghetti from heat when it's Al dente (not too strong or too soft, something chewable). Sieve via a colander or our regular filter.
In a small pot or pan, heat your oil. Add in onions and fry till translucent.
Add in your chopped or roughly blended pepper (be careful here so you'll not choke to death lipsrsealed ). Fry for some time.
Add in the other things with exception to soy sauce. If the sauce is getting too dry, add in little quantity of the spaghetti water.
Add in your soy sauce (it gives it that jollofy dark colour. It should be the last thing you add).
Add in your spaghetti. Mix till everything is well coated and combined.
Cover and allow to simmer. Stir again and serve!
