Recipe
1 cup flour
⅛ cup sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
Almost half cup warm water
Pinch of salt
Pepper (optional)

Mix your sugar in warm water
Add in the yeast, cover and allow to proof (bubble)
Add the flour and water slowly. Be careful with the water, add in slowly so you'd not end up with a watery batter.
Cover and allow to proof in a warm place for an hour or more
If using pepper, add in your chopped pepper, mix very well and deep fry in hot oil

Peppered puff puff and peppered sauce.

I used a thick batter. I blended with less water. Also, I whipped with my hand mixer to make it fluffy

It World Photography Day: A day to celebrate the magic of camera and photography.
My love for food photography started years back; I think it was during my undergraduate days. Seeing charming and tummy rumbling food photographs here and on those food blogs was/is inspiring.

Although I'm not close to perfect when it comes to taking good food pics, but I'm trying. I take most of my food pictures with my 8 Megapixel camera, yeah! My Tecno Spark Youth is doing well. Taking food pictures is therapeutic for me.

I'm celebrating this day with my Oil Rice & Beans, air fried chicken wings and plantain.
