Lunch..
Smoking hot spaghetti |Baked beef |Berries |Parsley

The beef was baked with a crazy marinade I made.
I felt like experimenting, so I marinated the beef with my local marinade for 10hours before baking.

The marinade was made up of:
Heavy cream (leftover from culinary school..I'm surprised it hasn't gone bad in room temp)
Strawberry and gooseberries
Ginger, garlic and fenugreek
Brown sugar
Sesame oil
Salt
Sweet chilli sauce
Curry powder
Fresh rosemary
Vodka
Grated coconut..... It's crazy I know. The taste of the beef was mixed. I feel the sesame oil overpowered others...

What Breadplanet said is exactly what you need. Oven that retain heat. Even if you gonna use electric oven, it must be those ones you see in bakery.

Below is my oven. Second photo is my ciabatta.
No hope for me then

Your oven looks like somebody's house o...shuoo. It's fine sha... can I lodge there? The cold here is too much grin

Your Ciabatta top is inviting. Did you design on purpose or it was a coincidence?

I think you will need those stone abi mud oven that retains heat like mad to be able to get that look in the original picture. The bread is also baked on stone slabs not our normal oven trays or pan. You try sha. D crust looks amazing
Wow. That's another thing. I tried my best sha.

Thanks. The crust was flaky and yummy

Boss Boss cheesy

Looks good to me, you are really trying... Much respect.
The problem is not your ingredients or how you mixed it.

From the look the problem is your oven, ciabatta might likely not come out well when you use home oven to bake.
Thanks Chef

Oh! What kind of oven do they use

One thing you have to understand is some great innovations were born out "mistakes".
When you make something, it doesn't have to look or taste or be like what inspired it.
Yours look good as well, and I'm very well sure it tasted great also. Just own it!
Looking at the both pics, I'd go for yours because the other looks too dry to me.
Know that you have the ability to create new things out of old ideas.
You're very correct. I will note this somewhere....Thanks!

The taste was lit. It tasted like bread for the elites. I thought it would be tasteless but I finished it o.

I have never made it but I reckon you should have used warm water. Anyway, sprinkle it with olive oil and eat it with ham or meat and some veggies and it will be tasty. It looks like it is supposed to to me. I like Ciabatta a lot, especially with meat and salad.
I used warm water. I guess the problem came from over flouring while I was trying to shape...it was too fluid and wet and was just sticking anyhow.

What's ham again. I ate it like that jare. It is one of the best bread I have ever eaten. The taste was super unique with its crunchy outside and chewy inside. I love the bread but the stress no be here.
Thanks

I made this rustic Italian bread called Ciabatta yesterday.

It was a miss. I don't think I will want to make this bread again. It took twelve hours to make this and it didn't come out well at all. Although, the taste was perfect but the texture (inside) wasn't how it is supposed to be. I just weak!

Chef Prestonn..what could have gone wrong

Modified
The bread is a no knead bread, no butter, no sugar bread. It requires just 4 ingredients (flour, water, yeast and salt)

Second pics is the interior I got
Third pics is how the interior ia supposed to look like
