I think it's just the branding issue.
I've used Sentra, almera and primaera and those cars are bloody strong. Esp the 1997 - 2001.
To me, the major problem is the poor second hand value. |

LadyBeee: I wrote my ATM card number on the envelope. I mean those numbers in front of ATM card. Not pin. Can he use the number to tamper with my account? I'm not a banker, but I don't think he can. Your Security (3digit code behind) and pin are needed to access your account. However just to be safe and depending on the funds involved, you may consider asking your bank to block the card. This would means you need to get a new one. As possible aviod giving ur details to third parties. |

LadyBeee: Someone stole my Treasury bills certificate from me. It contains details of amount invested, interest and amount. I hope they can't use it to tamper with my account What on Earth will the thief use it for? Probably just know how much you dey invest! Anyway like others have said, u don't to worry. At maturity the money will be paid straight into your account, so unless he has access to your card details/pin your money is completely safe. |

Gavrelino123: It seems our TB wasn't treated... My Account officer said that my instructions came late......Something i submitted by 10:00AM Tuesday morning.... The day i submitted my instructions, she wasn't in the office......So i went through Customer-care which they sent to both my account officers....! This really got me SAD.....She said she will put me in Secondary markets which is closest to 364 days that for now,she has none.....I told her that i will be patient for the next primary markets auctions....by then the 15% for 364 days will be stable. The smartest way to beat them is to submit one's instructions next FRIDAY before bid week or Latest MONDAY on bid week...... GTB can misbehave sometimes, but overall I think I like thier service. Sorry about not making it this cycle. @bolded, absolutely right. The TB officer at my branch actually said it's best if email instructions come in latest Monday of the bidding week. |

Truth is the Nigerian evironment is not very conducive when it comes to business. Just power (electricity) alone can chop all the profit.

nelronaldo: Embarrassing, if true. The man used his wealth to develop part of Ovia North East especially his home town Okada and Ovia south west benefitted from that. They shouldn't be ungrateful because Idahosa has promised heaven and earth. I am not even sure the people who embarrassed him are ovia residents.
Idahosa is a strong force, the guy is sound and focus, i agree he wouldn't be a bad rep. However, Omosede has done well and deserves to represent us again.
For those saying he looted your commonwealth. It is sad that APC can't campaign without calling opposition thieves. It is true his son Lucky Igbenedion governed Edo state and is one of Edo's worse governor but the Esama was already wealthy even before his son became governor. He has been the Esama since the 1980's and that chieftaincy title is only given to the most influential person in the kingdom. Your commonwealth didn't make him who he is. His son was governor for 8 years and the road to his LGA was a nightmare during that period. I was around that area and used to see this convoy passing. Itook the govt of Oshiomole (for all his many faults) to repair that road. He should be very much ashameed of himself I'm talking of the uppers siluko road esp the teachers house and Egor mkt portion. |

gentlemate00: The election fever in Nigeria is not a child play however when its come to investment we have to look beyond some certain things in the polity and policy. I did Tbill last 2 weeks with 14.5% after my account was debited my upfront was around 4.3m, though i was worried but making money aint easy too. My point is naija no dey break go anywhere the Godfathers or elite are making lot of money from the entity called Nigeria. Election will come and go naija will remain. @bolded, Lol. we hope soooo. My investments must be secure!!! However, I agree the fears of breakups are rather too alarmist; elites -including 'oga @dtop' - are feeding fat from the entity, they'll do anything thing to maintain the status quo Interestingly, I just went trough GTBs outlook for the year and they are envisaging higher rates. Proposed minimum wage, election spending, borrowing to fund the budget deficit, etc will all put pressure on the naira. Below is an excerpt: We expect that short-term interest rates will rise to reflect the increased tightness in market liquidity, with implications for lending activities in the year and a slight rise in fixed income yields during the year to encourage the return of foreign portfolio investors and capital formation We'll see as how it goes |

Though I have strong reservation over the actions of PMB regarding the suspension of CJN, I have issues with the obvious 'failure to remove plank from eye' action of the US.
Any follower of US politics will not be in any doubt how Trump has been making a complete mockery of the office.
Even with all the checks and balances, he's still able to get away with all that he does. Now imagine if he were a third world leader? That's a full blown dictator in the making. |

Politics › Re: Hypocrisy? See Reno Omokri Support CBN Governor's "Suspension" In 2014. by alezzy13: 8:46pm On Jan 26, 2019 |
Both were wrong there is no doubt about. GEJ should not have removed SLS the way he did, and PMB should not have suspended the CJN
However to put the governor of CBN on the same pedestal as the CJN is plain silly. CJN heads an independent arm of govt; he is the fifth most powerful Nigerian after speaker, fo cryin out loud!!!!! CBN is more or less an appendage of the finance ministry.
Can PMB suspend the speaker of the house or the Senate president? Can the Senate president suspend d executive?? So why do we justify this brazen act of tyranny? |

But let's be realistic. OP is just trying to display his writing skills.
I've stayed in many states in Nigeria and can say for a fact that what he described, if true, is not peculiar to Makurdi.
Notice he didn't tell us the price or the name. Fact is you can't pay less 3k for a room and expect royal treatment, esp for alternative light which is usually the biggest budget for most of them.
If you really wanted solid treatment, should have gone to Doo palace, hallidays, Benue hotels and the like. |

As far as I'm concerned, all the lawyers in his cabinet (about 8, if I'm not mistaken) should resign. |
