My sympathies for your loss, but no one should 'sweet mouth' you to join. Any form of coercion, sweet mouthing and pledging humongous sums should be discouraged. That was the problem with kyle.

Just like lottery or betting, any adult who chooses to join, willingly, should fully understand the terms and risks, WHICH ARE CLEARLY SPELT OUT.

The owner of this website is a known to be passionately against such schemes, and had made that abundantly clear in the past, but you dont' see mastrubating on these threads; instead he's busy with other issues, constantly seeking way to improve on nairaland.

As I understand, there is no time limit on how long the president can be out of office. That's the problem.

The idea of course is that as long as he has transmitted the letter to NASS making Osinbanjo acting president, he has fulfilled the necessary requirement. The latter can (or should be able to) act in full capacity as the C-in-C until the return of this principal.

The only persons or group that can declare him unfit are the FEC. That provision, I believe is a serious flaw in our laws.

However, I will concede OP raised valid and salient points, and I say this as one who fully supported PMB.

The issue here is,

1. My Gh order was mysteriously removed

2. My new PH order is a sign to recommit, but @MMMNIGERGERIAHELP on twitter on the 18th of february posted that if u havent gotten the cash
at hand, don't PH, but I PHed on the 17th, shoudnt apply to me.

3. Why was my PH matched in less than 48hours.

4. It means if I Pay for my PH, I will be putting all my eggs in one basket!
We were asked to use our spare money, which is what am doing, where would i get extra money to pay the people I was paired with.
5. The customer agent, Uzo, was Rude. Telling me I will be blocked after all my explanations (Have a chat prove with me).

Please be guided. Invest only what you can afford to lose. The one in question now is not infallible. It may fail one day like others...please use spare money; stop being greedy. Don't use borrowed money and don't use money in your care...you may lose it all! Some would gain, many will lose.

That is the heart of the problem. The scheme makes it clear that one should only use spare money. But I still see peeps putting in hundreds of thousands and even millions. All of a sudden my GH was deleted and on thursday my PH was paired, Just two days after..haba.

which spare money I wanna use to pay them.

Wrote to Livechat, they said I should write to support, I wrote to Support and informed Livechat

they told me it will take 72 hours..(I have a prove of the chat history)

meanwhile I was paired to pay and my time remaining is 27hours.

sorry but really can't see the issue here. why can't you wait till you'e received your GH before making re-commitment? GH is now occurring in record time so you will be fully merged paid within a few days. In fact a colleagues of mine who GH close to 1m last week friday was merged in just a few hours and by today has been fully paid.

Not holding brief for Kyle, but I dont think its fair to call him a scammer.

You seem to forget that GHW went on smoothly for over a year before it starting having issues around Feb this year. And this was due mainly to the likes of sgtponzihater and his crew PHing stupendous amounts and deliberately defaulting on payment. At the same time they mounted a heavy propaganda on NL and other sites that GHW was going to crash. IT was therefore only a matter of time.

GHWx was hurriedly put to together to assuage nervous members that their monies had not been irretrievably lost. however, like all beta programs, it had flaws. Added to that, like you rightly observed, was the habit of kyle constantly fiddling with the system.

A lot of people benefited while it lasted, so its not fair to say ponzi only pay the owner. The problem of course is people PHing unreasonable amounts.

Just for the records, like I've always maintained, I would NOT encourage anyone to go into ponzischemes, but at the same time will not demonize them if they do, or deliberately scuttle the platform like some are wont to.
