My advice is to stop buying second hand anything. Since the late 90s, companies have started doing what they call, planned obsolescence. This means they deliberately make things to not last long forcing you to continually buy parts. And the parts cost too much to worth it. So the best thing is to lease a new product and give it back as soon as the warranty period expires.
