We all know that seccession of Nigeria into 2 or more countries will result in a war. We know it. The best approach is true federalism as practice in USA.

1. 100% taxable resource control. Each State control their national resources, with a certain % of tax paid to the central government.
   A single parliament is okay, why do we have House of Reps and Senate, na same work dem they do.

You should know that that os against the army constitution, A soldier according to the code has no ethnicity, he is the property of Nigeria and his family is his fellow soldiers, so they are not to be sympathetic towards any particular tribe. Do you know the most of the soldiers sent to Niger-delta are also from same. i have seen people trekking more than 30/40/50 miles on a daily basis due to an inability to get a bus as recent as last year with okadas charging an arm and a leg
bus drivers charge people exorbitantly because they know majority of the commuters don't have a choice same as okada drivers

i would rather sit comfortably in a fairly used tram and get to my destination than thumb my nose at it and continue trekking almost 80miles on a daily basis

The explosion destroyed at least eight cars parked near the church on a main highway running through the region, said Yushau Shuaib, a spokesman for Nigeria's National Emergency Management Agency.
An emergency official told The Associated Press that at least 25 had been killed in the explosion.

"We were in the church with my family when we heard the explosion. I just ran out. Now I don't even know where my children or my wife are,'' said Timothy Onyekwere. "I don't know how many were killed but there were many dead.''
