This is very sad. It was done with malice. I really don't see how much Ekiti can hopr to save from these 30 places. If the parents reside in Ekiti, they should sue. I do have one problem - why would a normal human being go and live in Ekiti unless he was forced to?

Sue who?. Can you honestly waste your resources in suing a country like Rwanda for monetary compensation?. How can you sue poverty personified?.

Divorce his azz and divide his wealth into 2 and then slam him a heavy child support bill. While you are at it, do not forget to  demand for the house as part of your divorce settlement. By the time you are done with him, Ijeoma will find him broke and distasteful. The police in Lagos State, southwest Nigeria, have arrested and arraigned a 47-year old man, Akah Nkereuwem Udoh, for allegedly impregnating his sister’s 13-year-old daughter who was living with him.

After impregnating the little girl, he offered to marry the victim at the Igando police station as a condition to settle the matter, even though the victim is the daughter of his blood sister.
The incident occurred at 31, Rauf Adebiyi Street, Igando, on the outskirts of lagos.
The Akwa Ibom state-born Udoh is now facing charges of sexually abusing the girl at the Ejigbo magistrate’s court, Lagos.
He was said to have gone to his village and promised his sister, Mrs. Blessing Bassey, that he would take one of her daughters to Lagos and send her to school, a request her sister gladly accepted.
Udoh then brought the victim to Lagos under false pretence of sending her to school and they started living together with his wife and two children at Igando, Lagos.
P.M.NEWS gathered that not quite long after he brought her to Lagos, he seduced her and started having sex with her without his wife’s knowledge.
He warned the girl not to tell anybody about it.
He reportedly returns home to have sex with the girl when his wife leaves for work.
This continued until he impregnated the girl and kept her somewhere to conceal the pregnancy.
Trouble began for Udoh when members of the victim’s family were contacted and they demanded to see the victim.
He initiatially refused to disclose where he kept the girl until state welfare officials intervened and contacted the police.
The police arrested Udoh and took him to the station where he confessed to what happened and promised to marry the pregnant girl.
The promise, however, did not deter the police from charging him to court.

A Nigerian, John Onyenaychi, described as “one of Britain’s most dangerous men,” has been jailed for life in Britain for trying to kill two police officers.

Onyenaychi, said to have committed violent offences since the age of 12, was out on licence from a two-year prison sentence for causing death by dangerous driving while high on drugs.

Onyenaychi, who was sentenced on Tuesday, according to Daily Mail, slashed a police officer, Paul Madden’s throat with a Stanley knife, in front of commuters near a bus stop.

He reportedly lashed out at other officers and shouted: “Let me finish him off.”

The officer, 23, already over-powered by Onye-naychi, reportedly collapsed with wounds to his neck, throat and face and would have died within three minutes through blood loss, but for retired heart surgeon, Samad Tadjkarimi, 65, who rescued him.

The presiding judge, Peter Beaumont, gave him two life sentences and ordered him to serve a minimum of 25 years after a nine-day trial at the Old Bailey.

Lagos – ’My wife is unfaithful; I once caught her coming out of a hotel with another man around 6:30 pm.

“She told me that the man was her brother’s friend.

“But I still love her,” 42-year-old Wasiu Oyekanmi told an Igando Customary Court on Tuesday in Lagos.

Oyekanmi’s wife, Sherifat, 34, had asked the court to dissolve their twelve-year-old marriage due to “irreconcilable differences.”

‘’We did introduction and he paid dowry on me but I don’t love him anymore,’’ said Sherifat, a fashion designer

The marriage, which did not produce any child, started crumbling when the husband began accusing his wife of infidelity.

‘’He always monitor my movement, he accuses me of extra marital affairs,’’ she said.

Sherifat also told the court that her husband did not care for her.

“When I lost my mum, he did not contribute a dime to the funeral’’ Sherifat said.

Oyekanmi, however, denied it all, saying he was doing his best to cater for his wife.

“When her mother died, I have the highest number of guests and I catered well for them.

“I gave my wife N50,000 to buy and sell Ankara material and I later gave her N10,000; I do care for her in my own little way,” Oyekanmi said.

The president of the court, Mr Adewale Eko, adjourned the case to Nov. 1 for further hearing. (NAN)
