Goodman247:It’s weird anywhere in the world for a woman to approach a man. Just like it’s weird to see a female president anywhere in the world. It happens, but scarcely. Some more scarcely than others. All scarce nonetheless |
I think LinkedIn is very efficient for only a small margin of career types out of thousands - as was mentioned before. Other than that, it’s basically a typical social media platform where people can spy on what you have and do academically/professionally. I personally don’t like that. Here’s a fairly recent company established by a British Nigerian for young black professionals only - without the need for this blended social media experience. https://byp-network.com/ I attended their virtual annual conference last month and was blown away. They cater to every sector and partner with distinguished global brands, names and directors. Job wise, they do get a lot of international poachers trying to diversify their talent pool - you know, the push for anti-racism and all. Plus, unapologetically black . |

Davash222: ![]() OP don’t mind them they want to give you hypertension. |
There’s been a lot of good testimonials, discussions and campaigns to prevent people from joining cultism. What about the members that want to say bye to cultism? The ones that are desperate don’t know a way out or how to get out? The ones that it crosses their mind sometimes, but find the thought too expensive? Or the ones that feel like they have nothing left to lose so the thoughts of death, pain and loss mean nothing to them? Practical methods please, preferably from those who have done it successfully and not spectators/civilians. What should be done and HOW? #SayNOtocultism #SayBYEtocultism |
It’s a shame. Nigeria (or what’s left of it) at 60 years is classified as having the world’s highest rate of extreme poverty, yet some people still find the time to be tribalistic. Pitiful. |
I had been driving for a very long time but despite windows being wide open, music and etc, My car had switched lanes seriously as I was PROPERLY dozing off. Thank God it was night time so practically no cars on the road, no police either to have pulled me over. I kuku just came off the motorway(!) and found one carpark to sleep jejely. I no wan die. |
It is clear you have sought various remedies pertaining the mouth area. I’m surprised that it has not yet been mentioned in this thread apart from what you said about the American doctor and another person said about YouTube - but you need a comprehensive medical check up. Let’s rule out issues like liver/kidney issues, blood disorders, tonsillitis, acid reflux, and any other possible medical condition that may be the cause. The sooner the better. |
I’m sure that soldier wanted to press and it made him uncomfortable. Rubbish. Is it a crime to merely exist in Nigeria!? |
Maybe bleaching is so rampant because although we hear about all the associated risks, there doesn’t seem to be much practical evidence of it - asides theory. E.g. people we can see as examples of how bleaching was costly in the end. Especially with these modernised chemicals/tablets that make everything rhyme. |
forexguruu:Wow, so after all the secrecy, oaths and coding, they can still have a carnival parade on the streets. I don’t quite understand. Or are these the ones that call themselves |
forexguruu:Reading my mind! I watched a video today where they broke down a man’s gated door and stormed in with machetes. He jumped off his multi-storey flat balcony to escape!!!! |
Na wa o, God please save this thread and all of us from this Macro matter. ![]() |
I agree small. It’s not the masterpiece we expected at all, and we KNOW he has it demolinka: |
I was shocked too when he was announcing a new album barely a year later. But maybe it was in response to how he felt not winning a Grammy (he speaks about that a little bit on a track). So rather than going quiet, he now put in double the effort to make him ‘twice as tall’ and be a strong candidate. And this time, he’s linking up with people who have serious global weight. It’s probably why Diddy is saying ‘album of the year’ because that’s the main objective Me too - what do I know, maybe I don talk pass my self ![]() Budline1: |
Exactly. Your profession comes before sentiment. So if you can do a referral or escalate it to the appropriate person, do so. Please do not carry his matter for your head and then chop disciplinary action for misconduct for speaking beyond the purpose of your appointment. Not sure what your management or patient is like, but in my opinion, don’t be sentimental in your office. LannisterIMP: |
Not sure all this judging is helpful madame. Why not drop some advice or better yet, enquire further? Graxie: |

This album was intended to give him a broader audience which explains why a lot of us feel that the album is not better than African Giant. The sound is very varied from start to finish, with features & references from all over the world and different genres - literally. But he is a true musical creative and the message in each song is super deep. Remember, for all the hype beasts, he did say he ‘no be here to sing song wey dey con de make u dance azonto’. Fav track: ‘Wetin dey sup’. ![]() |

I think you are getting it mixed up sis, from what I see, it’s not that anybody is accusing you of being wayward, but the main point is that such a man is very dangerous and should not be underestimated but avoided at all costs. joliefille: |
Ohhh okay thank you for explaining sir. Truvel: |
To @saynotocultism and anyone else willing to share and teach, Please, we still haven’t treated the female side of cultism - unless of course it’s completely irrelevant or minute?? It’s important for EVERYONE to learn because even I never knew SHXT. But what I have learnt from this thread has enabled me to identify secret cultist guys I knew (I stress the past tense) or even see their mannerisms afar off and run for my life. |
Bollove:Fall down for where? japa! WE DE SHINE EYE NOW ; |
Kobojunkie:It's not training per say, more self-management. |
Woman no go talk because d kin tin we de experience dey serious. No be these 50 shades of GREEN and blue movie scripts. Him first go guilt trip and emotionally manipulate you. Before u fit comot the trance use better HQ, the rest na history. |
OJLion:The symptoms you described sound like ADD. It’s an attention impairment. It is often more prevalent in childhood. This is not a ‘sickness’ and it can be trained. Drugs (recreational or medicinal) will not have any lasting impact, so please don’t even go there. RESOLUTION: Try starting with creating lists of the things you want to do in a day. Let the list be in BITESIZE steps. E.g. 1. Make bed 2. Brush teeth 3. Shower Etc etc. Let the list also be regimented, so not swaying too much from day to day. You are giving yourself additional support to connect your day together, pay attention to one matter at a time and keep your brain from becoming hyper sensationalised and unable to decrease brain activity in other areas to complete a task - how we ‘focus’. (this may be causing the fog). Each time you complete a task, strike it off that list with a satisfying physical action, e.g. scribbling it out, throwing the sticky note in the bin. at the end of the day, you can measure your productivity. your brain will begin to associate completion of tasks with satisfaction. However, you must commit to the regime daily. Which may need additional motivation. As for the personality changes, what it appears like to me is that the more aware you become of the ADD issue, the more it impacts your morale and sense of self. Begin a journal of self-discovery to rediscover what makes you YOU and what you LOVE. Just 1 question a day: e.g. 1) Where would you love to go, why? 2) What are the things you are good at? 3) What makes you smile? As you re-discover yourself, in your daily routine create and commit to time for at least one thing that will make you feel alive. Please remember, one step at a time Love |
OJLion:Hi You mentioned depression, did you experience any particular sudden / extreme trauma? |
