Sorry sis. Use balm to massage it regularly. Also exercise ur wrist as if you re ringing a bell. If you can buy this small exercise ball,hold it and press as many times as the pain allows. Or just make a fist and release as if you are pressing a ball. Do it as many times as you can. All iz well

Asked my mum and she knows nothing about sleeping on the left side? Too many rules these days .. Do people in the village, less privileged ettcc practice this sleeping on the left alone and them dey born more than 5

31+. They said so during ANC. But LO kicks nonestop whenever I lie left. No matter how I try I wouldn't be able to sleep but once I turn right,we both doze off.

D lady owns d blame. It is d man's matrimonial right. It is NOT A MUST that every love making must result to pregnancy. Your husband won't open your womb to find out if you have a contraceptive in there. Let d husband have his way but d wife has final decision as to if it will lead to pregnancy!!! But there are matured ways of handling such issues. #say-no-to-violence.

Of course we know the woman will always be at fault since all men's are angels. It is a fact that many unenlightened men fight against contraception. Invite them to visit the hospital with you and talk with the doctor,they no go gree. Reason some women do family planning secretly instead of the joint decision it would have been. Ignorance is a disease but ignorance + stubbornness is a terminal disease.

@mamas I do get tired a lot esp in the evenings. My body will be shaking,my legs almost giving way. I tried Google and it suggested sugar problem. Na so I cried like 3hrs only for me to take the fasting blood sugar test and 2hpp the thing came out normal. I thank God,my mum laughed me tire. I was confessing positively and crying at the same time,oh yeah of little faith indeed. My test is positive for malaria even after taking coartem. Also +ve moderate growth of Candida. How do I handle this Candida issue? My Anc not until Wed.

Nobody is going to hell because of not paying tithe. Tithe is a condition for blessing not for salvation. Let's stop making a mockery of the price that was paid for our salvation. Please read the whole of Num18,Deut 14,Malachi 3. Read the whole chapter not one verse or two or quoting what the pastor told you. The Levites who are to collect these tithes are not to have inheritance among the people. A lot of false teachings are going around in the name of tithe. Tithe and offering attracts God's blessing but you can never buy salvation with your tithe even if you give 100% of your earnings.
