brendan007: Please any idea how to get ACE centre from Eleme? My test is by 2pm. Thanks When you get to Eleme junction, take a bus going to Oyigbo. Tell the conductor you'll stop at TAP Bus stop. From TAP, you can either walk down or enter a bike going to Ace center. It's adviseable you go early as the roads are quite bad. Also remember to go with your DPR Invitation slip and a valid ID card. Those are the only documents that let you in. Other documetns such as CV, credentials etc are irrelevant. Personal belongings such as phones, folders, wallets are not allowed in the venue. At the gate, they'll ask you to drop these things. However, make sure you go in with a calculator. It's VERY IMPORTANT. Hope this helps. Good luck brother. |

After the expiration of that time, you can then proceed to litigation. While at that, you might also petition them to the CPC. If your in Ph, contact me. |

BrutalJab: Freedom of expression is a notable progress in the advancement of democracy. But freedom of expression does not warrant baseless, unwarranted character assassination.
The reason Christianity is dying is the secularization of the sacred and the non application of common sense in making jokes with God and the things of God. Modern media will make jokes of Christianity and we laugh and regards is normal.
But they do not try that with Islam and because of fear of reprisals. That's how we are dying. We must learn to have respect for limits. Any human being who goes against the law should be punished. But to resort to indiscriminate and unwarranted outbursts on social media against anyone is unacceptable, especially if it's made to diminish the person and image of anyone and sometimes only to score cheap popularity.
The Pastor is not Jesus, Kemi Oluloyo has committed a crime punishable under the law and therefore must be made to enjoy the fruit of her labour.

eyinjuege: A pastor has the right to sue others, if he feels aggrieved. That's a logical place to settle things, impartially. A pastor can also be sued.
However, in this case I'm still trying to understand why she is in jail. Please, is the crime more than defamation of character? Or did she attempt to murder him?
Why was she arrested if its a civil case?
Please, whoever ordered her arrest should also be sitting in gaol with her. Talk of abuse of office. If the pastor also bribed anyone to put her in jail, he should also be made to face the music.
Please, all this police is your friend and rebranding the police image people where art thou? What is going on? Bros please chill . Assuming it was a civil case, the authorities wouldn't have remanded her in Prison. There is actually a crime called Defamation and it is clearly provided for in Section 373 of the Criminal Code. You can check it out yourself. Stop arguing what you do not know. This isn't a civil case |

MathsChic: Unfortunately, Nigerians are not one to tell the truth, or open up when sh..it hits the fan. We have to continue guessing. We are dealing with a population (and a pastor) who understand that denial works well in this country and can be effectively used to garner sympathy. In other saner countries, people don't ask for picture evidences or video evidences. Instead, they lay the burden of proof on the accused, while maintaining the right to still charge the accuser for lying or defamation, should the accusations turn out unsubstantiated. Nigeria is just such a confusing place. Accusations are thrown about and in the midst of this it's hard to even tell lies from truth or truth from lies. It's a veritable mix of spicy slime; too damning to ignore and in some cases too ridiculous to accept.
However, while many may continue to deny it, it's clear there's something fishy going on here. The sultry actress, Daniella Okeke, is yet to respond to the allegations. It begs the question: who in their right mind would not immediately flinch and jump to counter these allegations of misdemeanor, if indeed they were innocent?
Second, when the allegations of sexual abuse by this pastor continues to pile, as it does now, why shouldn't we think there's something wrong and he needs to offer better defensive claims than that he is being persecuted by a vengeful government that didn't like his earlier utterances against it?
I have come to the conclusion that Nigerians are just too gullible. When several women came out to accuse Bill Cosby of sexual assault, not a few Nigerians rolled out the drums in support of these women, immediately tagging Bill Cosby an abuser. In addition, the burden was on Bill to prove himself innocent. The details these women shared showed much more than that they were on a well-planned mission to destroy his reputation. Shouldn't the same apply now in the case of the so-called Apostle Sulaimon? Aunty, the burden is NEVER on the accused person to prove his innocence. It's a well established principle of law that "He who alleges must prove" You can't just come on social media and accuse me without providing credible evidence to support your claims. It doesn't work that way. Now Sahara Reporters has written an article saying Past Suleman bought a house for the actres. No deed of Conveyance bearing the Pastor's name, no receipt , nothing at all! Just a picture of the actress in front of a mansion. Haba nau! |

How can a female lawyer be wearing a male bib on a collared shirt? The other lady didn't even put on a bib on her black top.
The producer should have done a little research. Just two minutes in an actual court room, to see how female lawyers dress wouldn't have hurt him.

EFCC is just terrible.
That's how the other day, I went to their PH office to bail a client. On getting there, I saw an old pensioner who had been detained for over a week. EFCC alleged that the man was a ghost worker and had been ripping off the FG. They picked up the man at the Bank where he went to make some withdrawals and bundled him off like a criminal.
Turned out that the old man was actually a legitimate pensioner who had duly served his country for many years. Despite realizing their mistake, the silly EFCC people didn't even have the decency of offering any apology.
I officially gave up on Nigeria that day.
I don't even want to get started on how they harass and detain innocent Bankers for no reason at all. |

Kachisbarbie: Umudike is a case of the rejected stone, there was a time people didn't want to go there, 'cos they felt they didn't have swag, the school was pretty dusty then (few tarred roads) and it wasn't entirely popular. Thanks to the hike in ABSU school fees, from N26770 to N47500 then N70000>, everyone remembered the alternative (MOUAU).
MOUAU is good in terms of quality of education but in every other area they just recently revamped their style_ they are still revamping Intra campus shuttle? Who dash them?
Fine girls? Oriegwu, if you wanna see fine girls go to ABSU... either OPT or business block Umudike girls that wear green and yellow, yellow and red...like otu nzuzo people...
I love the school though, my hubby graduated from there, my brother and sister inlaws, my younger sister...even our last born is in the system. Heard the school has really stepped up...at least their male hostel is better than Absu's Hostel A where rats bin dey chop our toes everyday. Law and OPT girls were the real deal in Absu then. Who dash Business block fine girls? |

There's nothing bad in flooding the entertainment section with these pictures, but to flood a news blog with such pictures each minute is a turn-off for serious readers. No responsible adult with a busy workload is going to waste time viewing pictures of some people showing every activity in their home. That's what Youtube, tweeter and FB are meant for. christhavemercy: read dat post carefully. Now imagine you apologise to someone and that person says she has forgiven you but goes around telling pple how you went on your knees and kissed her feet. How you wanted a hug but she refused. Is that an adult behaviour? Do you know how olamide and don jazzy settled their beef? But you saw only a picture of them and the beef died. Thats maturity. Madam lacks it grossly, donno the pple that advice her but they are doing a terrible job I've read the post dear. I didn't see where she directly or indirectly said that Wizzy kissed her feet. The point is that this guy insulted her for no just cause. Called her a smelly pussy, accused her of sleeping with his Director, called her a hoe and used other derogatory terms...and then still went ahead to threaten her! All because she blogged about him...and till date, he hasn't even refuted her claims about being evicted from the house. Of course every human being would feel insulted and threatened. I were in her shoes, i won't just stop at the Police station. I'll definitely sue his ass. What pains me most is the number of kids who look up to Whizkid and now think it's normal to use derogatory terms on women. Just go through the first page of this thread and count how many "smelling pu.ssy" comments are there and the number of likes they have. It's really sad. |
