^^^ I know say na here you go come talk. Ijaw/Yoruba kidnap saga in Ondo state is going on, yet una run. Na Ndigbo come they fight for Ijaw. What a shame. |
Gunmen abduct 10, kill 1 in Imo From VAL OKARA, Owerri Monday, February 21, 2011 • Photo: Sun News Publishing More Stories on This Section Gunmen have abducted 10 persons and killed one other in Amaigbo, Nwangele Local Government Area of Imo State to unknown destination. But police gave the number of victims as only four. Daily Sun gathered that the incident occurred at the Eke Ukwu Market Square where the town union executives of Amaigbo Progressive Union (APU) assembled to discuss the burial arrangement of their traditional ruler, Eze Nwosu, who passed on recently. The meeting, according to a report, comprised both members resident at home and other parts of the country. According to the report, the said gunmen alighted from their Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) and fired some gun shots into the air before abducting their victims. While trying to escape, a middle aged man whose vehicle mistakenly blocked their exit was reportedly shot dead. Confirming the incident, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr. Linus Nwaiwu, an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) told Daily Sun that only four persons were abducted during the town hall meeting and that the police is closing in on the hoodlums. http://www.sunnewsonline.com/webpages/news/national/2011/feb/21/national-21-02-2011-004.htm
What a load of rubbish. This thread is about Ijaw kidnap of an Ondo monarch. Deal with it and do not derail any further. |

alj harem1:Pete is from either Anambra or Enugu state. |

@Becomerich, I know your policy, which is to be the leader of Dahomey, Yorubaland, Edo, Itsekiri and Urhobo/Isoko. Am not sure you are interested in leading the Yoruba. |
rebranded:Definitely not becomerich. |
Many people dont even understand that Irele is an ijaw town in Ondo state. so i dont understand the invade part, Ijaws lives there and it is their town including okitipupa and ilaje too. So dont turn this into a big issue no one was invaded, I am dissapointed in most of the yoruba peeps who didnt know this but instead calling it an art of war,
You are right. Also they have to apologise to Ezeuche and Chyz. Remember that at first, the duo were not interested in this Ijaw/Yoruba wahala until the Yorubas provoked them. |
Sacking Carlo is not the remedy now. There is not even any one appointable out there to replace him. Mind you, Guus is old and not ready for the top flight. Carlo is not the problem. |
Arsenal have gone nearly five seasons without a trophy, yet heavens have not fallen. Real Madrid bought CR7 for £80 million pounds and £200 million on other players, yet has not won anything. Hence, why are people here crying more than the bereaved. |
akwaowoudo:Rita Dominic is from Imo state |
The police should hold the Ijaws back. @Know All, you have asked a good question. These people may capture more Obas in Ondo state. Attacking innocent Ndigbo in this thread will hot help.

That is why I still maintain that the most thing to happen to Nigeria is G.EBERE.J. |
@Alh Harem: Ndigbo and ijaws have been living together as neigbours for over 1000 years without wars. There is no need for Ndigbo hating the Ijaws. Remember that the Scots and English do not like each other so much, but if Norway, Denmark, Finland or any country invades Scotland, England will go to war for Scotland. |
jason123:At the bolded, where did you get the figures from?. Can I have the link please?. |
'@Alh Harem. Why do you hate the Ijaws so much?. Ndigbo do not hate Ijaws as you may think. Any problem between Ijaw and Igbo will be seen as a family affair. |
Obiagu1:Will Ndigbo shelter the Ijaws when attacked as Yorubas shelter Itsekiris when attacked?. Because in the event of war, the Ijaws will run to Ndigbo. |
But the Yorubas are not as blood thirsty as the Igbos. Imagine Ojukwu killing his own ppl in thousands. Has that ever happened in the Yoruba nation? No!
Monkey, this is thread is not about Ojukwu or Ndigbo. It is about Yorubas and Ijaws in Ondo state. Get it into your retarded head. Ashawo. |
^^^^^ My statement certainly applies to the residents of Iju-Osun in the Irele Local Government Area of Ondo State. I doubt it applies to the whole state. WTF kind of people will run away and allow their Oba to be captured by hoodlums? @Onlytruth, I know say na here we go find you, basking in the demise of the cowards of Iju-Osun. The trend is disturbing, na so fulani people with ordinary dagger s pursue Ibadan residents far inside bush.
Indirectly, you are saying that Yorubas are cowards. You know they don't like that. |
ASL33:What are you calling OPC for?. Say no to war. Seek for a peaceful resolution to this conflict. OPC will not solve the conflict. Moreover, Yorubas are not inclined to war. |
binjahbo, please if you want to change history please change your own. I am Ukwuani and there is nothing in our history that suggest we develope ANY dialect with the Igbo because of trade or christianity. We have always spoken like this just like other Igbo clans. In fact, SOME of your own ndokwa people are starting to resent being called Ukwuani, instead they want to be referred to as Ndokwa. You can keep the Ndokwa name, you will be a fool not to,but no that we are no different from the larger Igbo group. You don't have to claim or deny being Igbo.
Thanks. |
binjahbo:Brain-dead monkey, you are the one fooling your imbecilic self here. At first, you said Welsh and English are the same. Later you said that Benin ruled the entire West Africa. You were thoroughly thought lessons by Ezeuche. Now an Ukwuani son has shut your smelly mouth up, so stop displaying further stupidity in this thread, jobless freak. |
binjahbo:Do not use ''we'' in this context. Feel free to be any idiotic thing you want to be, but let those who identify as Igbo be. You do not speak for Ndiukwuani but your single soul. This should not be forced into your skull. |
Ikwerre denial of Igbo is reducing daily. The problem there is that those parents who denied Igbo are still alive. They should confess their sins now before they travel to the great beyond with it. |
binjahbo:@monkey or gorilla, which ever you prefer. I like your post. As you wrote, let those who want to be identified as Igbo be. |
@the O.P: David Luiz is not eligible for this match. |
Why can't Ijaws come out from the creeks and canoes to defend themselves here. Does it mean that they are too scared of the Yorubas?. |
