PoliticsRe: Is The Average Nigerian Fraudulent? by angel101(f): 11:57am On Jul 13, 2007
MILITIA:
Not necessarily!  It depends on if you are "frauded" by a Nigerian! grin  Then you are actually greedy and deserve the best of the insult to your intelligence!   How a mugu for Nigeria----when never ever see chalk and slate go fraud person biko nu? I cannot imagine that! It means it was hypnotics or just sheer "karma" that worked.  With all the bad English in those 419 letters and the way most of those yahoo dudes and babes sound on the phone, I cannot imagine how any one will fall for such a "bull"!

On the other hand if you are an "identity" theft victim, you do not have to be greedy.  Your mails can be picked and your computer hacked without your participation.  Those this make you greedy?  Our fraudulent average "Naija" specialize in this format of fraud over here.  300 drivers licences and 500 addresses registered to one person.  Please do not tell me it is common to all other countries.  DOES THAT MAKE IT RIGHT? shocked
I agree with u on this but the question is not wether it is right or wrong o! and i do not agree that most identity theft are carried out by nigerians. u should see what the 'paki' guys get up to.
PoliticsRe: Is The Average Nigerian Fraudulent? by angel101(f): 11:43am On Jul 13, 2007

PoliticsRe: 1998 Obasanjo Worths N20,000, Today He Worth N180 Billion ! by angel101(f): 11:42am On Jul 13, 2007
Still laughing o but let me just say, for those arguing in defense of OBJ are u saying that his financial standing now is in line with what it was in '99? Also i do not believe for one second that Ota farm was one of the biggest in West Africa in '99 as someone on this thread has alleged. Evidence please

In my own opinion, OBJ is a BIG thief!

PoliticsRe: I Think The Govt Should Legalise This Act ! by angel101(f): 10:47am On Jul 13, 2007
Dis Guy:
they should introduce road tax instead, so citizens can pay in advance instead of being stopped here and there by policemen, the revenue should be going directly to the road/infrastructure agencies not the police who are not accountable for it.
Sorry i dont understand what u mean by road tax. I am assuming its similar to what is obtainable in the UK. If that be the case, then we are already paying thst in Nigeria in the form of vehicle licensing.

However I do not believe that any of this will solve this problem of police turning beggars on the roads. It still boils down to accountability.
The officers should be well paid and given human conditions of service. Secondly, check points should be stopped as they do us no good as it is now. they only cause traffic jams, and in some cases make motorists easier prey for robbers.
