If it persists you can chat up the seller and let him know Yes I have tried different changing methods but no improvement. Thanks. |

Ademoore07: if not for money, I will go for it over any Toyota SUVs. That car is 100% balance and stable. That 350 is of two types. The first which is 2008 model with 330 resemblance. The other versions starts from 2010 upward. I prefer that 2012 version. Good body work, strong engine and maintenance friendly. It won't gulp u less than 6milla. Wow!, thanks for this Information I'll take it into consideration. |

The model is one of the most fuel efficient SUV. The cheapest u can get for that model can never be less than 3.2M. Pls what is ur opinion about Lexus Rx350? My mechanic recommended I go for instead of Rx330 |

Biafran4life: My oga I won't have posted figure. To God be the glory it was part of dangota floor I wanted to reinvest ,it is not a show off.I had planned TB but the cash came when the TB was no longer what it was.I once did for 18 percent Since we are human , mistakes are bound to happen. I made similar mistake this year when trying to sell a stock. My honest opinion and what i'll do if I'm in ur situation is either: 1. LEAVE IT (Dang. Cement is a good stock) - If you have extra money diversify to buy some other stocks, especially choosing among stocks like GTB, Zenith, UBA, Access, FCMB, fidelity and others outside the banking sector, in their pull back price. 2. SELL HALF of the total 50, 000 units and diversify into some of the above listed stocks and others in other sectors if you don't have extra cash. All things been equally, the dividend yield and price appreciation in most of these stocks will give you more than the 18% T. B gave you for close to a year waiting period. |

TraDeRR: You strong oo all these years and you are still holding those stocks.. I for don sell count my loss .. lol.. I can’t hold more than a year.. Fbnh @33 nse ehn It's was never my intention to hold that long, when I wanted to sell in late 2008 my analogue stockbrokers so frustrated my sell mandate then that I got angry and vowed never to Invest in the NSE. I only had the mind to Invest when I got encouragement here from NSEMPA and the fact that I can trade by myself without those analogue stockbrokers. I have never regreted my decision to Invest in stock again because I have recovered those losses. I will sell that Access Bank shares as soon as it recovers and sell First Bank @ a loss of at least #11 but as for transcorp, I have counted the shares certificates as an NSE souvenier. I remember I bought Zenith Bank in 2006 @#16.90 and have been receiving dividend since then. So Zenith bank shares is still a gain to me since that time. |

I started trading 2017 but been following the market since 2015 I really survived my sister, though I still have some stocks I am yet to sell because I bought high then like First Bank @ #33, Access Bank @ #14.90, Transcorp @#7.50 and the intercontinental bank shares experience. I had to leave the market for some period and came back stronger after I stumbled into this NSEMPA Thread. I have long recovered all the losses I made in the above named stocks. |

But 75% fortunes of the stock market comes from the neglected stocks due to news/sentiments. You are actually right. I personally put abt 85% -90% of my fund in fundamentally sound stocks and play around with the remaining10-15%. I benefitted from diamond bank and Cham with this 15%. |

TraDeRR: A lot of people will be millionaires if patience is all it requires.. it waay above just being patient my sister.. imagine being patient in Skyebank or Oando @ 30 naira.. Being patient in the right stock you bought at a good price at a right time. When I started trading, I’ll sometimes trade 10 stocks in a single month and out of these 10 stocks I’ll probably make profits on just 2 the rest na my broker I work for . The problem is not knowing when things will start moving in the direction you’d planned. As at June, who among us knew beginning of November will be green ? Not even the TA guys.. everybody go hide dey watch nse on 3D.. One do not need to trade 10 stocks to make it in nse you just need to be right on 1 or 2 stock. After buying your desired stock, close ear to anyone that will make or is making 200% cos before the info comes out you are late to the party and about to carry somebody kaya.. And also not bringing one’s account balance to zero because one don go load somebody company when him no dey among board of directors.. always have cash in your account.. it is far better to miss a bull than to trap your full account in a bear regime.. the frustration, anger and sleepless night is out of this world.. you can even average down when the time comes.. you’ll just be praying for BE.. You can beat this market if you pick your stocks wisely.. Be safe, go for a Good FA company that pays dividend and are trading at their lowest.. Exactly my point!, the summary is buying fundamentally good companies at cheap price even when the price reverses U may not fret to sell at a loss. The truth is that no one can time the stock Market but buying the right stock, at the right price and time with d application of discretion will go a long way. Based on my personal experince there are some stocks I may never buy, no matter what! |

onegentleguy: My dear NSE don't need the 2nd part in bold oo !! Even the 1st part in bold(patience) needs to be applied with DISCERNMENT, otherwise u could be running a race where the endpoint is same as the starting point and both are a mirage.
Regards. I understand ur point sir, the long suffering I'm talking about is the ability to patiently wait it out when there is a slight pull back in your fundamentally sound stock instead of selling at a loss or slight gain to enrich your stockbrokers and still enter that same stock at a higher price, especially when the Market is heading in the positive direction ahead of full year dividend It all about knowing what work best for individuals and apply discretion. |

Ask yourself what you want and find ways to realise it.
You will keep losing money as you jump upandan. Exactly, most times it benefits more to stay longer in the Market especially when one buys at a good low entry for a good stock than selling out of fear because the stockbrokers will always gain while the seller losses. |

Mcy56: Later sold out of fear o. Will do something about the impatience. Thanks Ma'am. It's well. It will be good to take any opportunity of pull - back in price to buy again. BTW, you'll need to go beyond patience to long suffering in NSE lol!, though it's not easy to see persistent losses in your portfolio. The patience to wait it out always makes the difference when you start making gains. |

ehix89: He did, he was replaced by Ramon Azeez. Iwobi's position in the team is threatened with the emergence of Joe Aribo, i see a compact midfield of Etebo, Ndidi and Aribo taking the No. 10 spot especially with tough opponent. Yes, he did but I personally felt that it was quite late. That game was a friendly match and an opportunity to try out different players. |
Sports › Re: Why Do Nigerians Dislike Genort Rohr by anjilgreat(f): 1:05pm On Oct 15, 2019 |
Personally, I'll say he has improved our team positively but he needs to be decisive in his substitutions early enough in matches.
He cost us our game against Argentina in the last world cup by delaying his substitution. Iwobi was not playing well against Brazil, what stops him from substituting him?
I think that if he substitutes underperforming players irrespective of who they are brings better competition in the team because players will seat up! |
