Just few days ago while she was sleeping, I used her phone to Google something online and something pushed me to open her Facebook app. When I open, I realized she deletes chats after conversation. I was looking for the messages I do sent her on Facebook and could not find any.

There is this guy in my department. Let's call him Joe. He is good looking and very intelligent. He also has this very nice voice and good vocabulary. Initially we were just normal casual classmates, we greet, exchange notes and all that, nothing serious. He asked me if I felt the same way about him and I was honest and I said I had feelings for him, because I did. He is an attractive guy and even though I have a boyfriend I can't help being attracted to him..

He then asked me to be his girlfriend and I told him I was already dating someone. He was surprised by my response. He told me he was under the impression that I was single and that's why he had gotten so close and intimate with me. But he didn't appear angry or sad. He even told me my bf was lucky to have me.

The problem now is that since that day he hasn't talked to me. When I see him in class, he doesn't even act like I exist. He doesn't reply my messages, doesn't pick up my calls and doesn't check up on me. Throughout this lockdown he hasn't even texted me once. This is unlike him. I feel very bad about the whole thing. It's almost like our relationship didn't mean anything to him and I didn't mean anything to him. I want to still be friends with him.

My uncle got married in 2013....he is my mum brother (last child) my mum is the first child...he was brought to my mum in lagos at age 9 and infact most people think he is my mum first child....he lived all is life with us... primary, secondary,uni my parent were responsible for that.

my mum siblings (they are five) insisted the lady must be pregnant before the wedding takes place but mum due to D's sprikoko things (mfm member) picked against it....u no this believe of baby born out of wedlock is not good spiritually.
Now since February 2013 till now no child...she had two miscarriage in between....they have done several test in the past which says both are ok....but they did one just recently and they were told in lay man language the wife has a weak womb (that she might have done abortion before) she denied ever doing such.

I just want to implore you to do the right thing, don't impregnate her before the wedding. whether you impregnate her before the wedding challenge can still come in any form. I have heard case of couple which the lady got pregnant before marriage and the baby later died it took them several years before they gave birth to another baby. I was in my final year at the university when I met Anita. She on the other hand was a fresher, we met at a campus event, and I immediately took a liking to her, not only because she was beautiful, but also because she came across as intelligent, and we also seemed to have a lot in common, as she was from a broken home just like me, with an unconcerned father...

We developed a fondness of each other, which quickly spiralled into a romantic relationship. It didn't take very long to fall deeply in live with her, even though my friends kicked against it because I was about leaving the school. I ignored their warnings, because Anita was humble, caring, and very well mannered. This was a combination you hardly find with beautiful girls in my school.

To cut long story short, I went for nysc in katsina, and we became miles apart from each other. We managed to keep the relationship alive, and promised each other that distance will not be a barrier, because we felt really committed to each other. I got a job at a microfinance bank in katsina after service, so I had to stay back as I felt it was a good opportunity to begin life and start my journey of independence, but then Anita lost her mom who was her pillar, and only real form of support.

The loss was so devastating for her that she started contemplating leaving school since graduation was still far away. But I wasn't having any of that, I promised I would support her and we'll pull through together.

So as you can imagine, I started squeezing out monthly allowances for her out of my meagre 42 thousand naira salary, but it still wasn't enough because there were times when she would need to buy academic materials and other things. The financial burden became so bad that I had to lie to my mom at one point, that I misplaced bank money and I was facing arrest, and she sent me 180,000 to settle the debt, money of which I used to settle Anita's rent, and part of school fees.

I had really missed her, and finally the chance came for me to see my girl, my mothers family wanted to share a landed property, so she wanted me to appear with her at the meeting. I didn't tell Anita about this cause I wanted to surprise her...

Upon arriving delta state, I made a quick stop at our university, and my first surprise came after I discovered she wasn't living at the location I thought I had sent money for, but this didn't really bother me cause I felt she might have moved for some important reason.

Finally I got her address from one of her neighbours, and I saw my Anita with heavy pregnancy, and it looked like she would be due for delivery at any time soon. For a moment I couldn't breathe, my heart was pounding so fast, and I was worried I might fall down. The worst part is that she was living with another male student. She sounded very normal, and asked me when I got back. I turned around to leave immediately with my bread I carried.

It was on my way home I started to realize why she never posted any pictures on social media, and always felt uncomfortable with video calls that always lasted a few seconds.

I felt sad not because of the support I gave her but the betrayal really hurt me. My mom noticed something was wrong with me, so I told her everything. She smiled and told me its how life can be, surprisingly she laughed hard when I told her what I really used her 180k for.

The effect of the explosion will be so disastrous, if covid-19 should hit us the way it did to US, Italy and the likes, we cannot survive it, anyway is God that has been helping us not the effort of this government.

I told someone few weeks ago that covid-19 will wreck havoc in Nigeria because our government is not ready to fight this deadly plague, her reply was that we reject in Jesus name. As you can see from the situation of things now, only God can save us because our government is not prepared to fight this scourge.
I work in one of the reputable government hospital in my state in south west in Nigeria, the state government did not provide any covid-19 test kits that can be used for emergency purpose if there is any need to refer to infectious center, I was even told that there is no test kits in our state that the few cases that was detected the sample was sent to neighboring state, can you see how bad the situation of things in Nigeria.
I just want to implore anyone reading this to take necessary precautions because covid-19 is real and deadly and there are many asymptomatic people moving around.

You need to be informed! That's the standard way of reporting covid-19 cases, what NCDC need to add in their report is the number of active case which is 436 at present also they need to add who are critically ill.

I'm a medical student, and gf( not sure what to call her now) is in MLS. We are both in same level (500l).

It all started in 2015, when we gained admission into the University. We began to read together and subsequently I started teaching her . Later on, she made me to read and susummarize her course topics (which I did for up to her 300 level) for her as she usually found it difficult to read with textbooks and understand the contents. Months before my 2nd MBBS examinations, I began to notice changes in her attitude and behaviour towards me, up to the point that she told me that if I did not pass that examinations that, she will forget about me. But as God may have it, I passed successfully.

Financially, it started right in year one as I celebrated her and her mummy's Christmas from my own pocket, It got to a point that I usually give her her money almost every day ( for up to 5yrs) Whenever, I'm traveling in any of our vacations, I usually give money for upkeep until I'm back.
In 300l, I bought her gift worth almost 30k and also celebrated her birthday which she demanded I get her 'point and kill cat fish' that cost 9k.

Yesterday by 8:24pm, I called her to tell me the outcome of her mother's discussion with her. She told me that her mother insisted that she cannot marry an Ebonyi man, and she cannot go outside her mother's decision.

In conclusion, she told me that she cannot marry me.

My church just sent 10,000 cash coupled with half bag of Rice to ease the lock down during covid-19. First Baptist Church Garki, Abuja has done well.

I recently got into a relationship with a guy i met on facebook. We've been chatting for long till we decided to meet. Fortunately, we stay in same town. When we finally decided to meey, we got satisfied in what we saw in each other and thats how we decided to take the friendship to the next level.
Now the issue is this i told him am a virgin which i am truly. That i dont want sex till marriage. He frowned at it first, but later accepted on the conditions that we would be having MouthAction. But honestly, i still can't fo that. When i said i dont want sex, i just dont mean penetration, but not allowing a man to see my nude till marriage.
