The question I have asked 1 million times is, WOULD THE NORTH SING PRAISE AND VOTE A SOUTHERN CHRISTIAN FOR PRESIDENCY?

Please don't count OBJ, as he was the North cabal tool since 1976, so he is their ever ready tools, maybe he turn against them unexpectedly after his 2nd term but they still like OBJ

Mko Abiola is not a christian, won a free, fair election and was not only denied by the North but was murdered. If that happen to a Northerner, there might be a repeat of ethnic cleansing that happen to Igbo's, this time to Odua's.


As for me until a southerner can be campaigned for vigorously and voted in a Presidential election in Nigeria (especially in the North), I have no business trusting any Northerner.

Bhuari now dining with IBB? that is a sign of desperation, and they found GEJ vulnerable because he is NOT a Northerner. IBB even drop a coded hint to say that 'Bhuari is the most qualified' because of what? he has been a Military governor and Head of state via their unconstitutional means which overthrew an elected government.

AS things stands, the North want their power they 'LOAN' to the South back, whether it is through Bhuari, Ribadu or Shekarau, they don't care.

SOUTHERNER SHINE YOUR EYES, and also ask the question, whether for every 1 competent Northerner there aren't 10 competent southerner, so is it a coincidence that It is always Northern and the Presidency.

The presidential campaign of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) will start from Kaduna, the north west zone, on March 2, Sule Hanman, director general of the Buhari Campaign Organisation, said at the weekend.

Mr. Hanman announced this when the party's presidential candidate, Muhammadu Buhari, formally presented his running mate, Tunde Bakare, to the party's National Executive Committee (NEC).

He said Mr. Buhari's presidential campaign council would be chaired by the party's vice presidential candidate and that the campaign team would move to the north central on March 3, with a rally to be held in Minna. On March 4, the team would be in Ibadan in the south west, in Benin in the south-south on March 5; on March 6, the campaign rally would be in Onitsha and Owerri, in the south east, and on March 9, the zonal presidential campaign would terminate in Maiduguri in the north east, after which the state presidential campaign would commence.

Meanwhile, Mr. Buhari has called on candidates contesting elective offices on the party's ticket to adhere to CPC constitution and the Electoral Act.

the key word here is, i don't like him. my question is why? he is one of the best if not the best. do u know of anyother coach with such record? is not as if he is doing this with one club but with different clubs in different leagues. let us always like achievers. the secret of success is being happy so successful ppl. we are full of greed and it is really affecting us. how can you progress when u don't like progressives?
it is a law of nature that whatsoever u like comes to and that is while u see these whites, they vote good ppl, honour gr8 ppl and love achievers but in our case, we vote criminals,honour thieves and love under-achievers.

u still don't get the point, I opened the thread because I recognise his achievement and know he is a world class coach. but I don't have to "like" him because of that.
Fela Anikulapo Kuti is a great musician, known and respected worldwide and I acknowledge his works and achievement too, but that doesn't mean I should "like" fela or his music, It's my opinion and choice and it happens all over the world. Even the whites stars u are referring to have haters as well.
so change your mentality that I must like someone by force, or do u like and admire everyone in the guiness book of records??

I have read thru most posts and am indeed impressed and ashamed at some of what my fellow nigerians are writing about.

My position is this, I will vote Nuhu Ribadu and i dont want to kno whow many roads Buhari tarred or not, what i know is that people that were alive and wise in did not enjoy his presidency, there was fear in the land, yes he tacked corruption but leaders are never feared, they are respected, which is what Jonathan lacks! On the day of the Oct 1 bomb blast it was jonathan that first said that the bombing cannot be Niger Delta militants and then in cohort with his security people tried to (in a very local manner) throw the blame on the IBB campaign org, only for his govt the next week to start chasing Okah and his family, my point here is that , why was he in the face of the National condemnation covering up for his Niger Delta brothers? I could refer to more instances where he will make pronouncements and mannerisms that show inconsistency and paucity of decision making in his govt. that does not breed respect!

Ribadu has world acclaimed respect and as far as i know the most capable, the Presidency does not need years of "Internship" it needs Leadership which is what he has!

Thank God you are not voting for PDP and GEJ, they are the root of our problems, kicking them out is the first step to solving the problems.

I would have agreed with you on Ribadu, I'm just too scarred of his political godfathers, because he must listen to them if he becomes the president

In my own opinion BB is the best we have for now, let's vote for real change!
