Resources are scarce and wants are unlimited, as at now the FG don't have the amount of money ASUU is demanding give them time at least unlike before N130B has been released and more to come, so should we neglect defence at this crucial stage to attend to ASUU?, we all saw what BH did to those students in YOLA. So let's reason together and move Nigeria forward, 2014 is a nice political year to nail the FG in connection with the 2015 election I bet you they must comply. Let's reason!. One of the main macro-economic goal of Govt. Is to provide 'law and order' and also a secure enviroment for it's people, and we are no way near there. ASUU's demand is legitimate but the FG at the moment can't meet up.

infoscope: I understand that there better facilities and infrastructures in these schools than those depicted, but we shouldn't be be comfortable with the little we get. we deserve much more. I schooled in FUTO and throughout my Chemistry practicals i never used the bunsen burner, students had to buy kerosene for stove whenever we had practicals.... This is a university we are talking about, a citadel of learning.

I was about saying that my guy, the labs needs upgrade but also I learnt that the FG releases some funds annually for these purpose yet we don't see any change. ASUU has a lot questions to answer.

ASUU claims to be fighting for the betterment of the Nigerian Education, they want infrastructure yet the FG has rolled out N100B as start up for that purpose but they remain adamant. Mark my words "when the FG manages to complete their N87B earned allowance ASUU would sharply call off the strike", so who is deceiving who?. 3months and still counting, students future on the line all because of this miscreants called ASUU. Let them come out to defend their claims, we have questions for them. Enough is enough!, cause we are the affected parties and we can no longer sit and watch our future die away.

about the current ASUU strike, from my early
calculations which everyone is beginning to see as
the plain truth it's obvious that ASUU is only
fighting for their pockets and personal interest.
We all hear about the 2009 agreement and
seriously we are fed up. I challenge the
chairman of ASUU to come out from his hiding
place and address the public via a live media chat
just as the president did his, at least 30mins
after the network news would be widely
appreciated. Cause believe me we have questions
we know that man cannot answer, so he should
quit the politics and do the right thing. If
ASUU want to eat from the National cake they
should have chosen politics as their career and
not lecturing. The FG has come out to defend
their claims, and ASUU here are the cowards
who hide behind the scene to speak only after
when FG has spoken. N400B per year for what?,
where is your break down analysis?. N87B as
earned allowances, na una dey decide wetin dem
go pay una?. Democracy has become a curse to
Nigeria, where every idiot would rise up and
embark on strike actions. ASUU has a lot of
questions to answer.

I think we are at the point were we need to come as a Nation irrespective of our religion and belief to pray as one. This is not the time for arguments whether or not you believe in God or the other way round. I'm tired of the happenings in this entity called Nigeria. We all know the series of problems we are facing. Let's organise a prayer session, I still believe there's a God who can deliver us. I earlier stated it on one thread that these ASUP people are very un-serious. What are they making noise for, when FG gives them peanuts they would call the strike off again. Abeg let them go on strike, who knows if that would trigger the FG to answer ASUU.

Carry out a research yourself on these two elements, that how you learn. Find out the properties of these two elements, compare and contrast I'm sure after doing this you'll be able to tell your self the real answer that's how you learn.

My fellow Nigerian students, please don't be deceived for heavens sake we are undergraduates and if we can't literally 'read between the lines' at this stage of our lives at what time would we be able to do this?. ASUU is fighting for their pocket, don't mistake this fact for one day. On the other hand every tom,dick and harry should know by now that the Education system needs transformation this is no news. I bet you when the FG fully implement the 'no work no pay' act ASUU would divide into two factions just like the new and old PDP.
