Anyways, even if Innoson continues to "produce" fossil fuel (PMS/AGO) powered cars, I believe they can be certain economic sanctions imposed on counties who would still encourage such productions and or imports/exports blockage on their trade.

Last week there was a report that an iceberg ten times the size of London had broken off in the Antarctic, and there was a risk of water levels going up and coastal cities around the world being flooded. Going by this threat and let's say such flooding eventually happens, you can be certain world governments and the powers that be would take such sanctions (against fossil fuel powered cars) seriously. The clearing cost should not increase because of this though but I am sure the shipping fee is constant since the pimping we are doing is not changing the size of the car. To ensure the safety of the gadgets inside, we may have to pay for extra insurance so as to hold the shipping company responsible if anything goes missing during the shipping to Nigeria. Greetings Oga Lade, it's the Peugeot Expert Tepee fella again. If you don't mind giving me a few minutes of your time, please I still have a few questions.

I'll like to know if certain customizations are possible (after you must have purchased the car) before shipping down to Nigeria. (Talking about pimping/love vending the car, especially the interior).

My questions now are, while I expect such customization to come at an additional cost should it be possible, I'll like to know if it would affect/increase the overall value of the car, hence the shipping and clearing cost?

I'm talking about customizing with features like:
1. A large TV screen
2. PS3
3.Excellent sound system/speakers
4. Fancy interior lighting (All those blue lights)
5. Repainting the car exterior

Would highly appreciate your response.

NB: Road trips can be long, boring and exhaustive, thereby discouraging some folks. So I'm looking at trying to make my(potential) customers clients as comfortable as possible.

Older peugeot vehicles (504,505,404) are sturdy and almost indestructible. The newer peugeot cars are really nice once you get to understand that owning a peugeot, is not like owning a regular car, you have to acquire a great deal of maintenance knowledge, the vehicle has very little tolerance for mechanical or electrical abuse, Basically you would have to learn a lot of DIY and find a special peugeot mechanic, if you want to keep your vehicle on the road at all times.

Diesel is readily available in nigeria, unfortunately there is a lot of contaminated diesel and peugeot does not tolerate anything out of specification. You would have to learn a lot of DIY to ensure you don't get stuck on the road If this happens.

Most of the peugeot boxer vehicle that are used in transporting agricultural products from the north to the south are diesel powered, getting to find who services their engine should not be a problem.


Not every one shares the sentiment of owning a modern peugeot and a diesel at that parts will be a problem, you would have to familiarize ur self with ordering for parts online.



If I needed a 7/8 seater vehicle, for regular travel, I would buy a vehicle with very common parts, and a vehicle that most mechanics are familiar with.

2. Diesel or Petrol engine? Seems diesel engine are readily available from my researches so far
3. How do I maintain a diesel engine? Common issues associated? Are auto Mechanics readily available for it?
4. Are the parts readily available? At what cost?
