Bad pastors that I have too often encountered now main objective is to control, rule over even silence the flock through fear and intimidation. In this despotic, institutionalized church system where disloyalty to or disagreement with the pastor or leaders is viewed as the same as disobeying God. Questioning the pastor on doctrinal statements becomes equal to questioning God. After all, the Pastor is the authority, and authority is always right. These pastors even try to commit their objectors to mental institutions. Sadly in real life both God, Good and bad preachers coexist but presently the bad preachers seem to outnumber the good ones.

we want only those who go to church to comment on this issue.

They have not bitten any hand. Politics is about protecting interests. All they have done is use their votes to protect theirs.
It happens everywhere. Lagos is doing something seemingly unique on account of its size and economic position in the scheme of things. Not because of the benevolence of its indigenes. Every mega city is same; from new York to joburg to London.

you've diverted from my point. Everybody has the right to vote for whoever they wish to but not as indigenes. Is just like you are squatting with a person and you decided to act against the interest of the folk. Do you expect him to be happy with you? Individual preference is fine but collective gang up isnt too well.
