Well, the offence is way too serious for mobile courts in 9ja setting. It needs thorough investigation to avoid miscarriage of justice as some severe cases will attract life imprisonment. More magistrates can be trained to handle them swiftly and sentencing can be referred to high courts if possible. Just to ensure proper justice.

Laws do exist but the means to make them work are missing.
First, people have to be enlightened about seriousness of the crime.

Police officers (many female ones) and other victim support professionals have to be trained.
To encourage victims to come forward. No need to be ashamed.

Anonymity for victims (with measures to guard against spurious & maliciuos accusations). Stiff penalty for false accusation.

Victims withdrawing cases once reported should be impossible except dropped by prosecution service, e.g for lack of evidence.
DNA database of criminals.
STIFF penalty for offenders. Shikena.

I am seriously and urgently in need of information on how to build pigs pens. I know people use bricks but I believe there should be a cheaper way of building this pens and a very strong one indeed. (The cost of using the brick seem too much, also to have taken 90% of the available capital for these new business)

Please I need your ideas and as well as recommendations of who you think culd be of help to erect the building of these pens as I am looking to start with minimum of 20-50 pigs (weaners).

Buyers of palm kernel oil are mostly in Lagos and states close to Lagos. They are mainly soap and cosmetic manufacturers.

Well in any business you have to consider profit margins. Transport costs can eat heavily into your profit because as a small scale investor, taking products to Lagos or Ogun is not cheap. One cannot afford a decent truck and driver. That cannot be compared to someone importing containers of boxers or slippers from China . Selling in Ogun or Lagos should be a long term goal as business gets bigger. Then why not set up the business around Lagos to be close to the market.

Good idea but be sure of your market. I had same idea in Edo State but found that there's only one buyer in Edo North. Next one said to be in Onitsha. With popularity of palm plantations in Edo/Delta in last 2 decades, there could be oversupply of the processed kernel oil. Do your market research well first. Except grownaira can shed more light on current market to get that ROI.

They hardly go into private practice/business or work in private companies. Especially once they are educated. So it is no surprise if they are the most senior civil servant in most government establishments.

We all know the long leg involved in most civil service recruitments.
A young Northern graduate was made boss of uncle at NNPC in IBB's time. My uncle was a Dutch & Canadian trained engineer with NNPC for many years. A very good project manager. The Hausa boy was just carrying girls up and down at a local university.
