FlirtyKaren: A group of FUTA students were caught on camera beating a female 100 level student mercilessly in her room.
About 5 FUTA students, one male and 4 females ganged up against a female student, Bimpe, accusing her of saying something she was not supposed to which quickly resulted in her getting the beating of her life.
The male student was the first to slap her repeatedly before he removed his belt and started beating her with it while the other ladies with him joined in using different objects to beat her up while dragging her clothes and hair as she tried escaping from them.
According to reports, the male FUTA student came to assault the female student with his school daughter (one of the girls in the video) who allegedly called him to help deal with the lady who she had a misunderstanding with in school.
The video which is now going viral is yet to be traced but the last message reads;

partnerbizn5: I always feel bad each time I sight them. I see the peanuts they make despite the stress and hardship they go through daily in traffic.
Well, I have the habit of leaving small change for them each time. The smile on their faces on each occasion in invaluable.
NOW, the truth is that we will always have the poor among us.( Note that this term poor is relative --except you are using UNO or other organisations' standards.)
Even in New York, people still hawk in traffic.
The difference is that they aren't school kids. And the poor also benefit from basic amenities like good education, roads, health care etc.
UNLIKE in nagelia.
It's well.
ASIDE:
Malcom Gladwell in "OUTLIERS" asserts that nobody makes it alone. That most successes like that of Tiger woods, Bill Gates etc are owed to cumulative advantages early in life.
Making it in life is dependent on several factors ranging from family level, talent, LUCK etc. Part of the above factors gives a person a cumulative advantage. This is also called "The mathew effect in sociology, -- gotten from the bible.
Serena Williams and sister Venus owe their success to this factor. I won't dwell much on this because of time.
There is some level of luck. Yes. Some call this luck, kismet, serendipity, accident or God factor.
Geoff Colvin agrees when he wrote his book "Talent is overrated"
My point is that it's unhealthy to compare yourself with others, because your realities and background are different. Nobody makes it alone.
Enjoy and appreciate your level now, while you work for more.
Don't look down on others except you fancy their shoes. Some of the things we brag about, we never merited or worked for them.
The drivers, conductors, pepper sellers etc all deserve respect.
It could have been any of us. But nature was kinder to some of us.
Cheers! you said it well sis you've got a great mentality in that mind of yours i can bet my naira and rice that you are a lovely person |

To know that this country is doomed, go to Kogi state and see how people still troop out to support an individual who hasn't paid salaries for over 16 months. They are giving goodies that will turn sour once that clown is re elected for attendance You know what my take is; The government is deliberating impoverishing people so it can buy them on election day |

They should bring nitel back specially for you entitled nitwits. In the end Nigerians get the service they deserve Are you saying Nigerians doesn't deserve better...this kinda your mental make up is disturbing and it does nothing but portrays your inferiority complex as an individual. As a matter of fact to regulate price is one of the reason s why you have a regulator after the privatisation of a sector or sub sector cos business people are in the market to make profits often horrendous and the regulator is there to protect citizens cum consumers and what they do is to provide a realistic template, a win-win situation for everybody. Every patriotic Nigerians not like yourself is painstakingly aware that some telcos are milking the citizenry so the need for this initiative...hope you are schooled a little bit Take it ignorance ain't good, what's worst is thinking you know when infact you are dummy |

ornicus: You can regulate quality of service. You cannot regulate price. Is that too much for you to understand? If I choose to charge 2k per Gb , you have the option of moving to a different provider. These are not the days of nitel The thrash you put up there is meant for the garbage once you have a competitive market, there is need for sound policies...this will achieve quality of service which will regulate price albeit not directly |

ornicus: The man is just grandstanding. You cannot force any telco to adjust their rates. The telcos are a perfect free market, you do not like one, you move to another. Each have their own peculiar operating challenges which NCC cannot do anything about.
Regulation of the price of petrol is one of the reasons for moribund refineries and a lack of investment in refineries. Because return on investment is not guaranteed
This is just the man saving face You are spewing Bs Telcos have a regulator which is the NCC and it is within the ambit of its power to devise a template inorder to enable consumers recieve value for their money. It has byelaw, go read it up bro |

Transsion is not after the quality of their phones, they are just after the money Transsion is in the market for profit They tap into the not so tech savvy attitude of the market in Africa and elsewhere, seeing it as an opportunity to make abnormal profit thereby churning out substandard smartphones i couldn't agree with you more bruv |

Montracine: Makinde re-awards Moniya-Iseyin roads for N9b
*N170m for free WAEC past questions
Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state has given approval for the total reconstruction of the Moniya-Iseyin road to a new contractor at a cost of over N9billion.
He also approved the printing of 100,000 copies of West African Examination Council (WAEC) compendium of past questions and answer of ten years to be distributed free to senior secondary school three (SSS3) students at both the public and private schools across the state.
The Moniya-Iseyin road became an issue when upon resumption of office, the Governor visited the site and express dissatisfaction at the rate of works done.
The project is to be handed by KOPEK construction company The project was initially awarded by former Governor Abiola Ajimobi at a cost of N7billion out of which N2billion was released before Makinde revoked the contract.
The decisions were parts of resolutions reached at the weekly State Executive Council meeting which held at the Executive Chambers of the Governors office, Agodi Secretariat, Ibadan.
https://thenationonlineng.net/breaking-makinde-re-awards-moniya-iseyin-roads-for-n9b/ He should have limited the compendium to the public schools Parents and guardians who paid whooping amounts to private schools should be able to afford simple waec questions |

Bryan06: Mark Zuckerberg is currently trending again after pictures from his wife baby shower in September leaked online and people are calling it cheap and low budget.
Mark Zuckerberg is the CEO and founder of Facebook / Instagram, the young man is also one of the richest people in the world.
But his wife’s baby shower pictures which have been circulating online have got people talking on how frugal the multi billionaire is.
The baby shower was held inside Zuckerberg’s home, which is surprisingly humble for a man worth more than $50 billion.
And the decorations for the event which had a very “Dollar Store” look was even more surprising. The couple taped paper cut-out letters on the wall and served food using paper plates and napkins.
