Emekaonline: And why only on the road? Why not also going to engage businesses in Ariaria or Alaba markets?
i see you are retarded have you seen worldwide where people pushing for reforms carry out protests in markets?? i understand the actions of the peaceful protest is adversely affecting the livelihood of the citizen As a Nigerian, you bear the pain of harsh economic conditions everyday....Are you happy about that?? if you as a citizen can put up with that hoping that things get better then you should atleast put up with and support our protesters inorder to achieve a better country
Passionate888: Wike that majority of Rivers state people supported even when the FG backed sars and army to torment him, you don't know the level of killing of civilians that occurred during the last general elections in Rivers state.
Take a minute and comprehend the line that reads "he knows it is different this time around"
the system is rigged and we need to change it it's inevitable that when the protest becomes large and so many people are joining, there will be spates of all these bad things still we move... eyes on the goal #EndPoliceBrutality #EndBadGovernance
ILoveDemMANNA: What kind of disjointed report is this? I am loving the way the word 'Hoodlums' is being used on most of the Frontpage topics today. That's very nice.
Happening in Benin right now........
I hope it won't get to this ...
Peaceful protest is the way to go. #IStandWithAPeacefulProtest
shut that gutter of yours like we've been getting our pvcs all these years and it worked the system is rigged and we need to change it it's inevitable that when the protest becomes large and so many people are joining, there will be spates of all these bad things still we move... eyes on the goal #EndPoliceBrutality #EndBadGovernance
BlackFlamefromP: This so called protest is turning to something else. it's high time government become brutal on the so-called protesters resorting violence or causing obstruction on our road
Have you ever seen any protest that doesn't cause obstruction on the road and even to people's livelihood...there is always a price to pay regrettably inorder to achieve liberty you sure needs to be schooled, engage me for more replies
Erojepromise: something is fishy ,the #endsars protests has been hijacked by thugs posing as protesters and they were planned by some politicians to derail the plans of the real # endsars protesters . was it that the arms and ammunitions were given to the protesters, how were they able to carry them?and also overpowered the police it doesn't really add up
My thoughts exactly I expected them to fight back this way Let's expect more of these blackmails going forward it pains me some people ain't thinking it this way
snoopanddre: In as much as i believe in d protests , but this dimension is a big no for me. My hand no dey this one.
Bro don't you see the clear handwriting on the wall Government is doing everything to justify operation crocodile smile Don't tell me you didn't expect them to come up with different tactics to save themselves
This is a just a ploy to blackmail the peaceful protesters hence justify the deployment of soldiers as seen on the streets of Abuja now We as Nigerian youths must change the narratives now and must away from #EndSars to #EndBadGovernance and #EndCorruption and watch how the whole of Nigeria will stand along and behind us #EndPoliceBrutality #EndBadGovernanceInNigeria
Lol.. Trust me, 99% of the protesters there think #EndSars is an annual festival like Christmas..
I was shocked when my neighbor asked me why I didn't kill chicken to celebrate the EndSars festival.. That he just finished killing a Ram to celebrate it. He then asked mockingly, "abi you no know sey the world dey celebrate End of Sars?"..
I was puzzled.. Then I asked him, what is there to celebrate?
Then the lecture began.. He told me October has been chosen by "world leaders" to commemorate the day the notorious SARS Coronavirus (SARS-CoV), was defeated.
I must confess, I learnt a lot from the discussion. I never knew people were celebrating the end of that deadly virus. All this while, I was erroneously thinking they were protesting against a police unit, SARS.. But thank God for my friend.
Before I leave, I will use this opportunity to say, Happy End of Sars celebration to all Nairalanders.. May God deliver us from Covid-19 like he did us from SARS-CoV.
God bless Nigeria.
Are you being sarcastic rn if not, you just proved yourself as a retard and a bloody illiterate let me educate your ass a bit, covid's second wave is sweeping across the western world btw you've got an archaic sense of humour
paulolee: good, see person wey i senior with 10yrs don dey stand him legs for ground and start life with pap business and making cool cash from it, and me i dey here jobless they hustle for first to comment on each post on f.p ....na wah for this kind life wey no balance oo
tf are you blaming life You could as well turn lemon into lemonade rather than sit down somewhere and be whinning about how life has been unfair to you Life has been equally unfair to everyone else unless you are born with a silver spoon if only you are passionate enough, no one/thing can stop you
All in all, Preparation for Eternity remains the Greatest way to Cheat Death..
May God Almighty give us Understanding of these things
Your assumption really threw me off You seems to know those men well or how did you come about 4 women made widow just like that....The bible says to investigate all things and hold on to that which is true

SHAME ON BIG BROTHER NAIJA!
Big Brother Africa is the African version of the international reality television franchise Big Brother created by producer John de Mol in 1997. The show was first aired in 2003 for one season on M-Net and broadcast to audiences in 42 African countries.
In 2007, the show was back from four-year hiatus, until it got cancelled after season nine in 2014. It was canceled because of the criticisms that trailed it. Many people said that it is unAfrican and its negative impacts on the youths.
What was dumped and rejected by other African countries was gladly accepted and celebrated in Nigeria and rebranded as BIG BROTHER NAIJA which the season 5 started few days ago.
I asked Google this morning to tell the any country in the world that is hosting Big Brother show in 2020, the answer is Nigeria.
Other countries are shifting every mega show from Oscar awards to Olympics, from football awards to any major events. Why? Because humanity is mourning. The earth has recieved more than 600,000 dead bodies since February this year due to the Corona virus pandemic, the world is sober and suspended certain loud events.
The insensitivity of the organizers of Big Brother NAIJA is made manifest by the theme they chose, LOCKDOWN. What an irony. The world is on lockdown and you gather men and women and lock them up for gossips, quarrels, booze!
The Nigeria Broadcasting commission that regulates television content is a confused lame dog and the board supposed to be disbanded. Why approving the show when even all secondary students are at home and they have internet enabled phones for their online classes?
Some of you may say, "deactivate the channel or block it on your decoder" . But it also streaming on YouTube, showmax and the clips shown on African Magic Urban and some TV Channels.
They have always Choosen only Christians but this year, they added a Muslim lady AISHA. But knowing what the Muslim community will say or do, the cowardly branded her KAISHA. But soon, they will hear from Muslims.
Please, those that are watching it have their rights to be entertained as adults. Some of my friends, knowing that I am vehemently opposed to the show since its inception have been tagging me mischievously on their own updates about BBN on their Facebook walls.
What I have picked up from their updates so far:
1. There is a lady with a very huge breasts that is a contestant and there is very good debate about her breasts being biggest in Nigeria.
2. Ebuka, the presenter got penis erection while interviewing that lady with massive breasts. Another debate with pictures.
3. The most handsome of all the male contestants is a yellow skin guy but with little manhood. Two of my female friends uploaded his pictures on boxer while he is inside a bathroom as evidence.
4. One of my friends on Facebook celebrated Kaisha, her real name is Aisha Umaru, for saying that she masterbutes a lot and enjoys masterbation.
Brothers and sisters, these are what my friends and others are gaining from the show and boldly sharing it to the whole world.
Covid 19 vaccines will be ready before this year ends and all the researchs and developments are headed by youths below 35 years in advanced countries. But not in Nigeria.
The new president of Finland is a young lady of 35 years which is same real age of some of the BBA 2020 contestants. An inventor of Facebook (Mark) was just twenty years when he came up with his innovation.
I rest my case.
Please SHARE on your wall and groups if you share my views.
Me : I was shocked that Big Brother Nigeria could still go ahead this year despite the devastating effects of COVID-19.
Edafe Ufuoma Holy
if and only if i could have upvoted this 1000 times it appears majority of the youths have lost their reasoning
Nitah1: I'm still amazed that people really believed that Magu is a thief and corrupt....
This is the work of politician who are directly or indirectly affected by the war against corruption waged by Magu.....we have heard their story, soon we shall hear he's.
seconded Right from day one, they didn't want him there i'm appalled people would see it that way
Lanre4uonly: He who comes to equity must come with clean hands. It's sad when the head of a country's anti-graft agency is found wanting. Anyway, fingers crossed until proven otherwise.
Your statements negate each other He was accused and alleged to have committed crimes Whatever happened to critical thinking
excellence44: the virus is real no doubt but the high figures being roll out is purely audio.
lol purely audio....in a country where organization, personal/public hygiene is nearly zero and illiteracy is rife - just like what you displayed here, i would expect much more Believe what you want to but stay safe
Poloyanabo2: I have doubts on the number of fatalities, Our neighbours ghana with close to 13,000 cases recorded only 66 deaths while we're counting close to 500 deaths with 17,700 cases? Something is wrong somewhere but time shall tell!
idk why people are this dumb you'd expect that because ghana has better healthcare system smh
So why don't NCDC tell us the test each state conduct per day
How do you explain the recent drop in infection in Kano that was already at the stage of community transmission
What about the sudden stop in death that was attributed to corona in Kano
What about the ploy to give kogi an index case that has been rebuffed by their government
Like I said, I am not doubting the presence of corona virus in Nigeria but NCDC has lost credibility and hence throw people in doubt of their daily figures.
And believe it or not, when a person is a chronic liar no one will actually listen to that person in a bid of getting the truth
The fact that you can believe those claims from the irresponsible government in kogi lends weight to the suggestion that you are out to do a destructive criticism of the FG hence believe whatever you so choose
paulolee: fine fresh guy( no homo)..this guy calling was to be a model bt he found luv in football and a very talented and blessed player bt not dt serious with football and sees football lyk he is having fun, i jus wish he can add the kind of determination of cr7 and the seriousness of lionel messi to his wonderful talent, but with the way he keeps playing and showbooting doing too much entertainment and showbiz i doubt if he will ever win the ballon d or, i wish he do return to fcb so dt messi can pass d mantle to him bt i doubt if he can lead barca lyk d way messi did because messi left d bar too high 4 any oda leader to climb...its funy dt d same player dt seeked new challenge n was made the highest paid is now trying to force his way back and even receive pay cuts to join barca, footballers are too perplexed choosing between money and happiness...i guess he wud endup as a model lyk becks... #stillonthematter....na coach and the club owner go settle dis wan..
boookworm: U are hell bent on believing your lying government and NCDC and I'm not cos they have a lot of questions they haven't answered and hence, lost credibility in the eyes of the public.
Let's just leave it at that
I do recognize the government of the day is way dishonest but if you are to count everything a liar spew as lie, you will definitely miss the truth when it is being told if the only defense you've got is that the government is a lying entity then you've got no point to prove and you are talking from your perceptions not otherwise Stay Safe man
Nemere2020: Kano State Ministry of Health, @knsmoh
https://twitter.com/KNSMOH/status/1266502115943493633?s=19[/quote]3 cases reported so far i expected kano's case should have spilled over considering their treatment of the pandemic with kid gloves i understand it's impossible to capture every single case but cases are largely underreported
