No President can emerge in NIGERIA without having at list 25% in Fct..... I repeat atlist 25% in Fct..... Forget about other votes, the rule is have atlist 25% in Abuja first then others comes in..... With d look of things is like the PDP has more than 76% in Abuja..... Which isn't good for the Apc.
