Mbediogu: This project was started by Mbakwe and completed by Udenwa. Ikiri tried to kill it but could not. The plastering and painting by Rochas is excellent. Abeg make God bless our present governor for me o o o!
mbakwe started it to become a modern market(Imo modern market) not a mall..not sure what udenwa completed
Naija9090: Nnaji was chased out by the same people that chased Onyeka Onwenu. People who want to maintain the status quo...hold Nigeria to ransom. Same people that chased Stella Oduah, same people that chased away Aruma Oteh. Same people that are after Madueke and Okonjo Iweala till today to destroy their reputation. Same people that tried 10x to assassinate late Dora Akunyili. ONE NIGERIA FOR YOU...destroy good people that want to bring change for us!
remove akunyili in your list as people who wanted to assassinate her are from her stock and not from government.
Abagworo: Not completely true. He said Imolites will be allowed to choose a candidate for APC and those 2 are out of dozens of possible popular choice but Chike Okafor, Araraume, Madumere and Jude Ejiogu equally enjoy good will.
Abagworo: Mbaise men are there reporters as well as the NLC chairman Imo. They conspire to write falsehood as news on both Vanguard and Thisday. Some Civil servants were owed for 2 months and they published that all civil servants were owed 11months. Radio Biafra always lie that Okorocha is a Northerner and gay while all of them hunt for anything negative to publish about Imo State. Asari Dokubo even made his own open.
" The political interest of our people is at stake. They will chase Rochas Okorocha away. Rochas is a goner and he knows it and he will go. That is why some of us are going to be aggressive with Goodluck. There is no begging, there’s no retreat, no surrender. We are not taking any Prisoner of War. It is going to be total vanquish, no Prisoner of War. This one is do or die. "
still does not make vanguard Igbo controlled or owned since the main man is not from there..it is even debateable if nduka obiaegbena sees himself as one..it is not good to be throwing words carelessly around
Also asari dokubo is not Igbo which justifies my earlier stance that you change that funny perception from 'igbo controlled ' to 'pdp controlled '.
Abagworo: The truth is not easy to hide. A thorough unbiased assessment of all Southeastern States will prove that Rochas Okorocha is too good to be compared with any Governor that ever existed in the geopolitical zone. There has however been a conspiracy aided by Igbo controlled Vanguard, Thisday and Radio Biafra to poison people's mind against him for putting the masses ahead of political elite.
Okorocha himself is not helping matters by being quiet or applying the rule of silence. There is no aspect of development that Imo is not doing well and with APC at Federal I foresee a miraculous transformation in coming years.
it would be better if you Said pdp controlled rather than Igbo controlled because I don't know when Sam amuka became an igbo man...also dont give out false info
Abagworo: Thats difficult to tell but the most important thing I noticed is that life has bounced back in Umuapu village with new houses springing up and increased commercial activities. The palm oil women are very happy.
the first three pictures looks more solid than the last
If you are coming from ph in umuapu dies this rd go left or right ? Where do you burst out of?
RareDiamond: Are you sure it is 100% occupied ? This is very nice. Ala Imo State wu Oke Mba !!!
not sure about 100% occupation but it is 100% completed and slated to open march 17
Abagworo: Read that MCC, Mbari, Nwoha and Egbu are under expansion and dualisation.
Egbu rd has long been dualized by ohakim...the expansion going on is being done just in front of owerri mall maybe because of expected traffic on that axis because of the soon to be opened mall
Chukwuma nwoha dualization started two yrs ago all the way to okigwe rd through sports club beside imsu but construction has been at all time slow.
Have not heard anything about mbari being dualized or seen any activity to suggest so.
For mcc rd I guess that is the reason for the activities there.
Abagworo: So many roads are under construction within Owerri metropolis but the rural areas have more. I meant the bad portion of Owerri/Port Harcourt road now has a bypass through Umuapu. Most village roads in that axis are equally under construction.
I noticed some demolitions going on along mcc road and some construction activities on the road..not sure what he doing on that rd whether expansion or dualization
Abagworo: Completed without noise. Imo State now has a new NYSC orientation camp completed without notice too. It is now at Eziama Obaire equally beside the newly completed model secondary school.
Please do not tell me that the new road is the one that one that is being constructed from Douglas to through nekede to owerri ph expressway way.
Have heard of this new nysc camp being built
Having passed nkwerre recently through that 7 and half road I must admit that nkwerre people are rich.
Abagworo: Those who ply Owerri to Port Harcourt can now use an alternative route via Umuapu town constructed by Imo Government. That whole area is wearing a new look.
constructed or under construction? Pics for matter here
yes I probably logged off my asha80 handle and mistakenly logged in with asha90 that I have never created before..i have better things to do than being jobless
Abagworo: Land is sarce in Amaigbo and its surrounding villages. Have you travelled from Amaraku to Ihiala?.Its almost like a conurbation from Amaigbo to Ihiala.
travelled from isinweke to nkwerre to orlu recently and yes is like an urban concubation in that axis
jcross19: see in every lies there is a truth , vice versa and in that post we can just jump to conclusion when you have heard the other side of the story, mind you the woman in question have no any fan from the husband family that could stand for her!!, then that should raise an alarm of a bad woman, in that post the lady clearly stated that the man declared his love for her in the beginning and at middle of the journey the man change , see something is wrong here .
I understand you but in our society where everyone is expected to get married no matter our sexual orientation and this case a well of offspring of a family it is not hard for gay to proffer love to a woman just to satisfy society and family to get married..after the deed is done it is back to real habits
I am now convinced that ofodirinwa is the same person as ikengawo..similar often clueless statements..andy uba great business man indeed..maybe you can tell what are Andy uba's businesses
jcross19: the story have loopholes , why would a married man masturbate when he has a pretty wife or a wife? Something is fishing here , maybe the wife was not sexually active enough or the wife was denying his right. Well God know the best.
it seems you do not know gay guys...if you like put them in the same room with Kim kardashian nothing go happen as they are only interested in a fellow guys butt
PhockPhockMan: The Congress men are coming for fact finding mission only.
Where did you read about secession here ?
ipob are secessionist so people who are supposed to represent them in this fact finding mission are supposed to be people who share their ideology or is simply being an up right Igbo man enough to represent ipob?
MrEverest: You are the one decieving yourself. Abi, ke, ko, ni, ode, ashawo etc are known yoruba terms, biko, nko, alobam, negodu, odeshi etc are Igbo derivatives!!
I have told you 'nko' the exclamation is a Yoruba word not Igbo word or any dialect in Igbo.if you like stubbornly dont believe it and it does not matter how many exclamation marks you put at the end of your sentence.it is 'kwanu' that is supposed to be in a place where you find 'nko'
MrEverest: You guys are so so ethnocentric!! "Nko" is an Igbo word, it could mean sharp or an exclamation to differ. Haba, the spelling & pronunciation makes it so obvious. Improve your world view!!
nko means to sharpen but that 'nko' in that context used in the video is a Yoruba word...the Igbo exclamation there is supposed to be 'kwanu'...it is just like where you now see some Igbo guys using 'abi' instead of 'okwa ya' or 'ke' instead of 'kwa' ..let us not deceive ourselves
TheArchangel: You are insinuating and inferring on what didn't happen which you're inadvertently wishing it had occur. This is not an unlawful country like Nigeria where the guy would've been shot for walking too close. No, I believe Rochas is the closest Igbo personality the guy can get to who has the ears of the government. Is not a matter of where the killings takes place but the personality of Rocha's pertaining to Ndigbos and the people he is dining with.
Certainly, i hope it will serve as a food for thought for Rochas.
your explanation sounds more political to me though because there was not any cry to the last administration of the amansea river bodies which we know belonged to massob members
TheArchangel: Where in the video did it showed the guy being thrown out?? You do not have to peddle falsehood to buttress your point.
but obailala is largely right..do you have reports on where ipob guys have been killed in Imo? All the reports of ipob being attacked and killed is it not abia, anambra and rivers?
Ofodirinwa: I can also say that the article is baseless. It's not hard to buy land in the east because of 'culture' it's hard to buy land because a lot of people want land and even more can afford it so the price is high and willingness to sell is low. Any Igbo man that wants to build in the east has free land to do it. If not then you're not from the soil. If you're coming from the outside and want to buy land nothing is stopping you other than your own inability to afford it.
Igbo people can teach the world about pragmatic management of our land because it's one thing we do well. There are few places in the world where the majority of people have land for themselves and their children and even fewer were people buy land for their children to come (even for many generations).
problem is whether those children born and raised outside their homeland are actually interested in those lands supposedly kept for them
