The truth is not easy to hide. A thorough unbiased assessment of all Southeastern States will prove that Rochas Okorocha is too good to be compared with any Governor that ever existed in the geopolitical zone. There has however been a conspiracy aided by Igbo controlled Vanguard, Thisday and Radio Biafra to poison people's mind against him for putting the masses ahead of political elite.

Okorocha himself is not helping matters by being quiet or applying the rule of silence. There is no aspect of development that Imo is not doing well and with APC at Federal I foresee a miraculous transformation in coming years.

Thats difficult to tell but the most important thing I noticed is that life has bounced back in Umuapu village with new houses springing up and increased commercial activities. The palm oil women are very happy.

So many roads are under construction within Owerri metropolis but the rural areas have more. I meant the bad portion of Owerri/Port Harcourt road now has a bypass through Umuapu. Most village roads in that axis are equally under construction.

Completed without noise. Imo State now has a new NYSC orientation camp completed without notice too. It is now at Eziama Obaire equally beside the newly completed model secondary school.

You are insinuating and inferring on what didn't happen which you're inadvertently wishing it had occur. This is not an unlawful country like Nigeria where the guy would've been shot for walking too close. No, I believe Rochas is the closest Igbo personality the guy can get to who has the ears of the government. Is not a matter of where the killings takes place but the personality of Rocha's pertaining to Ndigbos and the people he is dining with.

Certainly, i hope it will serve as a food for thought for Rochas.

I can also say that the article is baseless. It's not hard to buy land in the east because of 'culture' it's hard to buy land because a lot of people want land and even more can afford it so the price is high and willingness to sell is low. Any Igbo man that wants to build in the east has free land to do it. If not then you're not from the soil. If you're coming from the outside and want to buy land nothing is stopping you other than your own inability to afford it.

Igbo people can teach the world about pragmatic management of our land because it's one thing we do well. There are few places in the world where the majority of people have land for themselves and their children and even fewer were people buy land for their children to come (even for many generations).
